The new phenomenon is a natural outgrowth of one of the latest trends in progressive parenting: Intentionally obscuring the gender of one’s children. Parents, frustrated by a society where people are declared “boys” or “girls” simply because they have penises or vaginas, are fighting back by opting out entirely and waiting until children have grown wise enough to choose a gender for themselves. Typically, this point is reached when a child is able to complete Algebra II, and it is accompanied by a big party comparable to bar mitzvahs or high school graduation parties.

Like other progressive parents, Bryce and Priscilla Hawkins-Hart of Springfield, Mass. did everything they could to keep their “penis-child” Taylor from being pressured into one gender or another. In addition to Taylor’s androgynous name, they insisted on using the gender-neutral pronoun zhe, painted zher room a monochrome grey, and forced zhim to play with both dolls and toy trucks while growing up.

“I remember when the doctor told me ‘It’s a boy!’” Bryce told The Daily Caller. “I just said to him, ‘Well, we’ll see about that!’ Then, I reported that doctor for child abuse for trying to force a gender onto young children.”

Feds to Fine Schools for Not Following Michelle Obama’s Lunch Rules

“The federal government is taking steps to fine schools that do not comply with first lady Michelle Obama’s school lunch rules.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Service issued a proposed rule Monday to codify parts of the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act, which was championed by Mrs. Obama.

The regulation would punish schools and state departments with fines for “egregious or persistent disregard” for the lunch rules that imposed sodium and calorie limits and banned white grains.

A West Virginia preschool teacher was threatened with fines for violating the rules by rewarding her students with candy for good behavior in June 2015. The teacher ultimately did not have to pay, but the school had to develop a “corrective action plan” with training on the policies.

The government now seeks to make fines enforceable by regulation. Section 303 of the law requires that the federal government “establish criteria for the imposition of fines” for all the Department of Agriculture’s child food programs.”

“The federal probe into the Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office could reopen hundreds of criminal cases and already has led to the dismissal of one narcotics case, according to the Iberia Parish District Attorney’s Office.

Sheriff Louis Ackal and Lt. Col. Gerald Savoy were indicted last week on conspiracy against rights and depravation of rights charges. Eight former deputies — five narcotics officers, two jail supervisors and a K-9 officer — pleaded guilty over the last few weeks to similar civil rights violations.

The DA mailed 170 letters earlier this month notifying criminal defense attorneys who’ve handled cases involving the first six deputies who pleaded guilty. Hundreds more letters are expected to be mailed addressing the remaining guilty pleas and Ackal and Savoy’s indictments.

The DA’s office has identified all of the attorneys who represented defendants since Ackal took office in 2008, said Iberia Parish District Attorney Bo Duhe.

Duhe says the letters are being mailed “out of an abundance of caution.” It will be up to the defense attorneys to file motions in their cases, but the DA’s office is also reviewing all opened and closed narcotics cases.

“You’re talking about a substantial number of cases that are going to be negatively impacted,” First Assistant District Attorney Rob Vines said. “We’re also going back and looking at closed cases to look at how this information may have impacted our charging decisions and the sanctity of the convictions.”

Duhe expects the letters will mostly affect defendants who went to trial and one of the officers testified against them, or entered a “best interest” plea, perhaps because they thought a jury would convict them because of an officer’s testimony.

“Particularly those officers who admitted they were untruthful in giving their testimony in civil cases, all their testimony are seriously in doubt,” Duhe said.”

Makes you wonder how many innocent people are in jail

When they sent my wife away it was a circus

She was charged with resisting obstructing and all the report said was ” She refused my search of the vehicle”

That was what was written on Stacey and Tracey’s also

It was Stacey’s vehicle, so My wife or Tracey could not give consent to search it

One year after charging them the charge and arresting officer were changed

It was a fish and wildlife charge initially and a second degree misdemeanor

They changed it to a State of Florida charge and made it a first degree misdemeanor

Up to 1 year in jail instead of 30 day Max.

Then the new charging officer changed his testimony that he had given earlier

He now said that all 3 of them refused to exit the vehicle for 3 minutes when ordered to do so

Even though the transcript of his earlier testimony said that they exited without hesitation

Our attorney never brought it up

The judge says no because he is not the victim, the state of Florida is

So the cop says that he has something really important to read

The judge looks at the paper he is waving and finally says “Okay, there was  a report that she tried to hit you, I’ll allow it”

(And that was total and utter bullshit because she was in handcuffs the entire 3 hours and no mention whatsoever of attempted violence”

So the judge takes it and reads it and guess what it is?

“A city police officer was arrested Friday for unlawfully discharging his gun while off-duty, the prosecutor’s office said.

Dante Gordon, 25, of Paterson, was charged in relation to an officer-involved shooting that occurred last week at 7-Eleven, which he did not report until the following morning, according to Cinda Adams from the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.

Gordon, a Paterson cop, was outside the 7-Eleven on Main Street at around 1:20 a.m. on Feb. 25, when he pointed his gun at a 34-year-old Wanaque resident.

He then fired the weapon. Fragments from the discharge injured a 36-year-old Paterson resident, said Adams.

The prosecutor’s office did not disclose what led Gordon to pulling out his gun. They also did not give information on why it took more than a week for Gordon to be arrested.

The Paterson Police Department did not know of the incident until the next morning, when Gordon reported it hours later.

At 10 a.m., the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office Shooting Response Team was sent to the scene due to the discharge of a firearm by a police officer.

The prosecutor’s office previously acknowledged the police-involved shooting, but with few details.

Gordon was charged Friday with second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, fourth-degree aggravated assault by pointing a handgun at or in the direction of another and two counts of fourth-degree aggravated assault by recklessly causing bodily injury to another with a deadly weapon.”

AG Lynch Testifies: Justice Dept. Has ‘Discussed’ Civil Legal Action Against Climate Change Deniers

“Attorney General Loretta Lynch testified Wednesday that the Justice Department has “discussed” taking civil legal action against the fossil fuel industry for “denying” the “threat of carbon emissions” when it comes to climate change

During Lynch’s testimony at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.) said that he believes there are similarities between the tobacco industry denying scientific studies showing the dangers of using tobacco and companies within the fossil fuel industry denying studies allegedly showing the threat of carbon emissions.

He went on to point out that under President Bill Clinton, the Justice Department brought and won a civil case against the tobacco industry, while the Obama administration has “done nothing” so far with regard to the fossil fuel industry”

Oregon Fire Chief Catches FBI Agents Posing as Militia – Quits His Job in Protest

“This week, Harney County Fire Marshall Chris Briels resigned after discovering undercover FBI agents posing as militia members near the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, which has been the site of a standoff for weeks now. According to Briels, he found FBI agents who were impersonating militia members lurking around the town’s armory. When he inquired about the undercover operation with county Judge Steve Grasty he was told to back off.

Just before this discovery was made, there were reports of people who looked like militia harassing locals, which is uncharacteristic of the protesters who initially assembled at the refuge. It turns out that these militia members suspected of harassing locals were actually undercover FBI agents.

During an impromtu press conference, Briels explained how he was so disrespected in his encounter with Grasty and was so disgusted with the situation in general, that he no longer wants to work for a government that he does not believe in. Briels added that he would still be helping people in the community with fire prevention and other issues that he has helped with in the past, but he will just no longer be doing it as a government employee. Briels went on to describe how he exposed undercover FBI agents who had come to town and were creating problems amongst the locals.

When announcing his resignation, Briels described his encounter with the judge.

“I’ve been told by Steve to distance myself from this committee of public safety. I’ve been told that we don’t know what we’re doing. I’ve been told that my life is in danger. I’ve been told all kinds of things. I will not be told what to do. I have my own mind, and I will use my own mind, not somebody else’s,” Briels said.

Many activists and militia members are now suspecting that the undercover agents were planning to act as agent provocateurs and create trouble in order to frame the protesters for things that they did not do. This theory is supported by the fact these undercover agents were reportedly bothering locals and acting in a threatening manner.

However, mainstream media has reported that militia members were harassing locals, but now that version of events is being brought into question considering the fact that undercover agents were posing as militia. The looming threat of agent provocateurs may be one of the reasons why the refuge occupiers are turning away help from outside militias who have attempted to join the occupation.

As the situation at the refuge becomes increasingly volatile, leaders of the occupation have announced that they will soon be making plans to disperse, but they have not yet said when this will happen. Meanwhile, the FBI has said that they will be filing federal charges against the militia members that they have found evidence on throughout the occupation.”

Bundy redux: A different take on the Malheur stand off

“I have been observing events with the Hammond case and the occupation of the wildlife complex in Malheur. I wasn’t going to comment, but due to what I have seen on the internet from persons/organizations that are considered authoritative online commentators, and the general wailing and gnashing of teeth, I am drawn to comment. What I am going to say goes against the grain of what appears to the established GroupThink that has grown up as a response to this situation. I am going to make a number of points that originate from my thoughts on this matter. I don’t necessarily have a strong opinion about the events at Malheur, I don’t know any of the people there, and I have no inside knowledge. I am simply an observer.

– I see a huge amount of negative commentary from the online Patriot community, from a number of influential sources. I see a lot of armchair quarterbacking. Apparently the protesters at Malheur are not the ‘chosen ones.’

– There is a lot of negativity coming from what appear to be militia groups in the area. We have already covered a lot about these groups and their made up rank structures – why are they suddenly the authority? Some of the statements made are laughable, for example citing the need for the Governor to activate them to actually do anything. Does the Governor actually recognize these militias? What is this fantasy? What gives them the authority to say the Malheur protesters have no business protesting?

– This smug groupthink from the Patriot community seems to be led by fear of the left’s reaction. Apparently this is not the time to protest tyrannical actions by Leviathan, because the left might be upset? Really? When is the left ever not going to be upset by the actions of the forces of freedom?”

Congress Provides $1.6B to Resettle Illegal Immigrants Arriving at Border Through 2018

“A massive appropriations bill expected to be approved by Congress would provide more than $1.6 billion to resettle illegal immigrants arriving at the U.S. border through 2018.

Congress would award the massive check to the government just as the U.S. is experiencing a surge in arrivals of immigrant children at the southern border. Last week, federal agencies said they were opening two temporary shelters with 1,000 beds in South Texas to cope with the surge. A 400-bed shelter is also to be opened in Southern California.

“Out of an abundance of caution, the Office of Refugee Resettlement at the Department of Health and Human Services has begun a process to expand its temporary capacity to house unaccompanied children,” the Department of Health and Human Services said in a statement last Monday.

The so-called omnibus spending bill would give $1,645,201,000 through fiscal year 2018 “for necessary expenses for refugee and entrant assistance activities authorized by section 414 of the Immigration and Nationality Act and section 501 of the Refugee Education Assistance Act of 1980, and for carrying out section 462 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002, section 235 of the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008, the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (‘‘TVPA’’), section 203 of the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2005, and the Torture Victims Relief Act of 1998,” according to its text released Tuesday.”

Man’s Noisy Spider Battle Sparks Police Calls

A man’s noisy attempts to kill a spider caused his neighbours to call the police, reporting a suspected violent domestic incident.

Officers in Sydney went to the address after numerous calls were made claiming a woman could be heard screaming hysterically and a man yelling “I’m going to kill you, you’re dead. Die! Die!”

After police attended the address in the northern suburb of Wollstonecraft and started banging on the door, a man who was out of breath and flushed in the face answered.

In a post on the force’s Facebook page, New South Wales police said officers then questioned the man about who was in the apartment with him.

When he replied that he did not have a wife or girlfriend, police were perplexed.

Below is their transcript of the conversation that followed:

Police: We had a report of a domestic and a women screaming, where is she?

Male: I don’t know what you’re talking about, I live alone.

Police: Come on mate, people clearly heard you yelling you were going to kill her and furniture getting thrown around the unit.

Police: Come on mate, what have you done to her?

Male: It was a spider.

Police: Sorry??

Male: It was a spider, a really big one!!

Police: What about the woman screaming?

Male: Yeah sorry that was me, I really, really hate spiders.

What neighbours thought was a serious incidence of domestic violence was in fact the man chasing the arachnid around his home with a can of spider spray.

The police report concluded: “After a very long pause, some laughter and a quick look in the unit to make sure there was no injured party (apart from the spider) we left.”

Stand off with gunman in Co. Springs planned parenthood

“Colorado Springs police continue working to subdue an active shooter at a Planned Parenthood building. Police spokeswoman Lt. Catherine Buckley said offficers (SIC) and the gunman exchanged fire in the building Friday afternoon.

The shots-fired call came into police at 11:38 a.m.

Four officers have been injured, Buckley said. Penrose hopital confirmed it has taken six victims of the shooting, Memorial hospital has taken three. No information was provided about their conditions or if the victims were civilians or law enforcement.

The office is at 3480 Centennial Blvd.”

3:17 p.m. UPDATE

Police confirm that officers and the suspect have exchanged gunfire inside the Planned Parenthood building.

The president of Planned Parenthood Vicki Cowart issues a statement: “At this time, our concern is for the safety of our patients, staff and law enforcement.”

3:11 p.m. UPDATE

Policy report that the shooter is still active, and that all roads around the scene continue to be closed.

White House officials announced that President Barack Obama has been notified about the situation in Colorado by Homeland Security Advisor Lisa Monaco and will be updated as necessary.

 

3:03 p.m. UPDATE

Penrose Hospital confirmed they have six victims of the shootings and Memorial confirmed they are handling three shooting victims.

2:51 p.m. UPDATE

One person in scrubs and an employee of Planned Parenthood were just placed in police cars and taken to another staging area.

The man who was searching for his daughter began hopping up and down as soon as he saw his daughter being taken away in a police cars.

“She’s all right,” the man said.

There was a moment this afternoon when a man walked up to the scene with a handgun strapped to his waist and ammunition vest around his chest. He appeared to be asking police if he could help. Officers told him to leave immediately because appearing at the scene while wearing firearms and that equipment was a bad idea.”

“Okay, I just spent my entire day in court. I was served a notice for a hearing for a restraining order and a civil lawsuit from the Kerodins about 3 weeks ago.
I do feel the hearing went well for me. I had good representation, I gave my answers clearly and half-assed intelligently and the judge was taking lots of notes. My attorney cost me money I didn’t have but I refuse to walk into a courtroom without one. That’s like going brown bear hunting without a weapon.
I’m not going to say anything more about it because the judge won’t reach his decision on the restraining order until the 16th. I go to court on the civil lawsuit in January.

I’ve turned the comments off for this post and I’m also not going to publish any comments about this anywhere on the blog for obvious reasons so don’t waste your time trying. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m in kind of a shitty mood. I think I’m going to have a beer.”

Holly Kerodin slapped him with an Order of Protection, which is what the court case was about yesterday. She specifically requested that the court force him to surrender his guns. WTF? Unlike Sam, Ken has NEVER threatened physical violence to anyone, especially the Kerodins. But she’s so afraid of Ken, she’s demanding the court disarm him. The second case is suing for money for “damaging her reputation”. Uh-huh. I think they did a good enough job of that on their own.

But the result of this bullshit is Ken has had to retain a lawyer (who knew his defense fund would need to be activated because of a “fellow Patriot”?) with all the expenses that entails. Not only is this a specious case designed to damage, harass, and potentially disarm Ken, it’s an assault on all Patriots. A “warning” not to cross the Kerodins. Don’t ask questions, don’t look behind the curtain.”

I have had dealings with Mr. Lane in the past and I will tell you personally that he is the one holding the position of righteousness here

To specifically ask to have him disarmed over a blog dispute shows truly who is who

It also shows who the III really are

If it comes to that I will personally be sitting on his doorstep when the time arrives

Over 1/4 of Americans believe that goverment is the enemy

WASHINGTON (CBSDC)– “More than 1 in 4 Americans believe that the government is the enemy, according to a new poll.

Pew Research Center found that 27 percent of registered voters say they think of government as an enemy, up 8 points since 1996. The latest poll looked at general public opinion regarding the federal government.”

“More than a third (35 percent) of Republicans believe the federal government is the enemy, while 34 percent of Independents believe the same. The poll found that half of all Democrats (50 percent) view the government as a friend and only 12 percent see it as the enemy.”

“The majority of Americans feel the federal government has room for serious improvement, with 59 percent saying the government needs “very major reform.” Only 37 percent of voters felt that way in 1997.”

“COMMERCE CITY — In a surprise twist, a Commerce City police officer who said he was shot last weekend has been arrested and charged with a felony.

Officer Kevin Lord is being charged with attempting to influence a public official, District Attorney Dave Young said at a news conference Friday night.

Officials said Lord was arrested at 8:15 p.m. Friday and had turned in his service weapon.

Just a day earlier, Commerce City, state and federal officials announced a $20,000 reward for information in Lord’s shooting.”

“At the time on the initial report, police said Lord was shot when he approached a stopped Nissan Pathfinder about 7:10 a.m. Sunday. His ballistic vest stopped the bullet and his injuries were not life-threatening, officials said.

Lord gave a description of the man he said shot him and also gave a possible license plate number.

He described the shooter as a white man in his late 40s or early 50s with a thin build and brown hair. Police released a drawing of a probable suspect.

“There is no armed gunman on the loose this night,” Smith said. “No police officers are in danger.”

Modern birds

I was at a customers house yesterday installing a new irrigation zone for his hedges

I was using a ditch witch vibratory plow to pull the piping into the ground

The homeowner was sitting on the back porch with an African grey parrot on top of his cage

The bird was making all kind of electronic noises like the cell battery going dead warnig

Then as soon as I fired the Ditch witch up e would start making back up beeper noises

Beep…Beep…Beep…Beep

The homeowner said that when they acquired him they were in a subdivision that was under constant construction

Now what would really be a cool trick is if he could train him to do that while walking backwards
