Now that Trump is in and looking to repeal……..

What do you know?

Nothing but air…Hot air

Do they think that this will be forgotten?

It most certainly will not

It shows what they are concerned about

Their re-election and their party and nothing else

Republican obstructionists beware; You will be treated a lot more harshly than the Dems who it is expected from

Reminder that the CIA hacked Senate computers in 2014

“INDIANAPOLIS — Multiple shots were fired at the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department’s Northwest District Headquarters late Tuesday night.

An officer called in a report of shots fired around 11 p.m. Upon further investigation, about 15 bullet holes were found on the outside of the building in the 3800 block of Industrial Boulevard.

Police say the shots appear to have come from a high-powered assault-style rifle.

There were shell casings all over the road on the ground along the street. A vehicle was also struck.”

Progressive parents throw gender declaration party for teenager

“SPRINGFIELD, Mass.- Move over, carbon-neutral birthday parties. There’s a new popular way to celebrate for the country’s trendy progressive families: Gender declaration parties for teenage children.

The new phenomenon is a natural outgrowth of one of the latest trends in progressive parenting: Intentionally obscuring the gender of one’s children. Parents, frustrated by a society where people are declared “boys” or “girls” simply because they have penises or vaginas, are fighting back by opting out entirely and waiting until children have grown wise enough to choose a gender for themselves. Typically, this point is reached when a child is able to complete Algebra II, and it is accompanied by a big party comparable to bar mitzvahs or high school graduation parties.

Like other progressive parents, Bryce and Priscilla Hawkins-Hart of Springfield, Mass. did everything they could to keep their “penis-child” Taylor from being pressured into one gender or another. In addition to Taylor’s androgynous name, they insisted on using the gender-neutral pronoun zhe, painted zher room a monochrome grey, and forced zhim to play with both dolls and toy trucks while growing up.

“I remember when the doctor told me ‘It’s a boy!’” Bryce told The Daily Caller. “I just said to him, ‘Well, we’ll see about that!’ Then, I reported that doctor for child abuse for trying to force a gender onto young children.”

What can you even say about that?

For once I’m speechless

April fools

The dead elephant party

Compliments WRSA

Bush/Vagina 2016 !

How bad is it going to have to get to wake the masses?

Pretty bad

As long as they get to stare at facebook or play inane games they will not notice.

It will continue until the government runs out of money to provide free things and benefits

Once that happens things will be ugly

Very ugly

There are those on the left that believe that it will provide their vehicle to revolution and power

I beg to differ as do a lot of others

Paul Ryan: You have to pass it before you can read it.

“What Ryan is trying to convince House Republicans to do is vote for Trade Promotion Authority (TPA) which would fast-track at least three highly secretive trade deals—specifically the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP), the Trade in Services Agreement (TiSA), and the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (T-TIP)—and potentially more deals.

Right now, TiSA and T-TIP text are completely secretive and unavailable for even members of Congress to read while TPP text is available for members to review—although they need to go to a secret room inside the Capitol where only members of Congress and certain staffers high-level security clearances, who can only go when members are present, can read the bill.”

There is nothing the fuck wrong with this at all. What could possibly be wrong with classified trade deals that the peoples Reps aren’t allowed to read?

The Republicans are proving once again that if you vote for them, your vote is wasted.

There is no stopping what is happening with a vote. There is no changing a system so far gone from it’s original form that it is unrecognizable.

Politics have failed us, politicians have failed us and now they drive us straight at the edge of the cliff.

When we hit bottom, just remember who was driving.

Ths will not be for restoration, but rather retribution.

Happy Thursday everyone.

EPA Grants Itself Power To Regulate Ponds, Ditches, Puddles

“The EPA has released its Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule critics say would allow the agency to regulate waterways previously not under federal jurisdiction, including puddles, ditches and isolated wetlands.

Republicans, farmers and industrial groups have called the rule an EPA “power grab” because it extends the agency’s powers to new heights. Environmentalists and the Obama administration, however, argue the WOTUS rule is necessary for protecting water quality.

No matter how you spin it, the EPA’s WOTUS rule does expand the agency’s authority, and creates new avenues for environmental groups to sue projects they want to stop from moving forward.

“The administration’s decree to unilaterally expand federal authority is a raw and tyrannical power grab that will crush jobs,” House Speaker John Boehner said in a statement.

“Despite their assurances, it appears that EPA and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers have failed to keep their promises to Congress and the American people,” echoed Oklahoma Sen. Jim Inhofe. “In fact, instead of fixing the overreach in the proposed rule, remarkably, EPA has made it even broader.”

The rest from The daily caller: http://dailycaller.com/2015/05/27/epa-grants-itself-power-to-regulate-ponds-ditches-puddles/

The EPA it seems now has the power to regulate just about anything. They already regulate CO2, dust, mud, run off and any industry that creates any of those things.

It is a good thing that a federal agency would NEVER be arbitrarily punitive to accomplish political goals.

I know that they already regulate tar, but how about feathers?

Cheese eating surrender monkeys! Republicans to replace Obamacare subsidies if SCOTUS rules them illegal.

“Reuters) – If the U.S. Supreme Court blows up the tax subsidies at the heart of Obamacare in June, Republicans hope to deliver on their promise to offer an alternative healthcare plan.

But key parts of it may resemble the one President Barack Obama delivered five years ago in the Affordable Care Act, partly reflecting Republican concerns that they could pay a political price if insurance subsidies are yanked from millions of Americans later this year.

Two front-running Republican options at an early stage in Congress include a refundable tax credit that experts say is virtually the same thing as the Obamacare tax subsidy being challenged before the Supreme Court. Republicans deny that their ideas are tantamount to “Obamacare Lite” but acknowledge they will need bipartisan support for their plans to stand any chance of avoiding an Obama veto.

“It’s not going to be like Obamacare, in my opinion,” said Senate Finance Committee Chairman Orrin Hatch, whose plan includes a refundable tax credit for low-and middle-income Americans.

“It’s not a literal subsidy, it’s a recognition that they should have this credit.”

We are so screwed.

The republicans are even worse than the french; they surrender even when they win.

What more can you say?

From on high. This passed regardless of the concerns voiced below. Read it all.
The noose is tightening.
Are you going to fight? Or are you going to swing?
They aren’t going to stop.
Do you get it?
“The section contemplates that those private communications of Americans, obtained without a court order, may be transferred to domestic law enforcement for criminal investigations.”
Time flies when you’re having fun.

Dear Colleague:

The intelligence reauthorization bill, which the House will vote on today, contains a troubling new provision that for the first time statutorily authorizes spying on U.S. citizens without legal process.

Last night, the Senate passed an amended version of the intelligence reauthorization bill with a new Sec. 309—one the House never has considered. Sec. 309 authorizes “the acquisition, retention, and dissemination” of nonpublic communications, including those to and from U.S. persons. The section contemplates that those private communications of Americans, obtained without a court order, may be transferred to domestic law enforcement for criminal investigations.

To be clear, Sec. 309 provides the first statutory authority for the acquisition, retention, and dissemination of U.S. persons’ private communications obtained without legal process such as a court order or a subpoena. The administration currently may conduct such surveillance under a claim of executive authority, such as E.O. 12333. However, Congress never has approved of using executive authority in that way to capture and use Americans’ private telephone records, electronic communications, or cloud data.

Supporters of Sec. 309 claim that the provision actually reins in the executive branch’s power to retain Americans’ private communications. It is true that Sec. 309 includes exceedingly weak limits on the executive’s retention of Americans’ communications. With many exceptions, the provision requires the executive to dispose of Americans’ communications within five years of acquiring them—although, as HPSCI admits, the executive branch already follows procedures along these lines.

In exchange for the data retention requirements that the executive already follows, Sec. 309 provides a novel statutory basis for the executive branch’s capture and use of Americans’ private communications. The Senate inserted the provision into the intelligence reauthorization bill late last night. That is no way for Congress to address the sensitive, private information of our constituents—especially when we are asked to expand our government’s surveillance powers.

I urge you to join me in voting “no” on H.R. 4681, the intelligence reauthorization bill, when it comes before the House today.

I have a new link in my blogroll to Ace news services. It is a site run by Ian draper and a place to get quality news feeds. If anyone who reads my blog hasn’t noticed, I am a news junkie and am constantly scanning news sources.

The reason I started checking in on Ace was that I noticed during the Russian invasion of Ukraine, he was giving a different side of the story than the MSM and from sources in Ukraine.

I am very particular about the news sources that I deal with, as I don’t deal in rumor or innuendo, but rather cold hard truth. I always verify my material multiple times before posting it and if it is opinion or speculation I make that clear.

So far, I have found nothing but quality, patriot oriented material coming from Ian and his team. If you are like me and into news, check him out and bookmark his site.

“Shocking poll” Democrats lose millenials

“Harvard University on Wednesday provided new proof that the Democrats are going to be broadsided in Tuesday’s national elections as millennial voters, in a shocking shift, now prefer a Republican-controlled Congress and give President Obama his second lowest grade ever.

A new and massive poll of 2,029 18- to 29-year-olds from Harvard’s Institute of Politics just released found that of those who say they will “definitely be voting,” 51 percent want the GOP in charge, 47 percent favoring Democratic control”

“a huge shift from the last IOP midterm poll. In 2010, younger voters kept to their historic trend with 55 percent favoring Democrats, 43 percent Republicans. That is an eight-point change, very good news for the Republicans who had feared that the Obama generation would show up at the polls and in knee-jerk fashion simply pull the Democratic levers.”

“Shellacking” that’s the term isn’t it? Yes, I believe that one of epic proportions is about to happen. No matter how much the Dear Leader flies around the country telling everyone how great things are, there is no covering up the shape that our country is in.

Things are bad enough that it is starting to saturate the psyche’s of even the youngsters. I have nephew who is 9 and is after his mother to watch the news because he is worried about Ebola. She is one of those non-news, insulate yourself from reality types  and he is now infusing her with what is going on.

“Shellacking” Yep, I think that term is a little mild for what is about to happen to the big gay party.

Vote for revoluton!

For those of us who refuse to vote for the lesser of two evils; Do not stay home and be ignored. I understand that not voting is a valid form of protest as it shows that you are not validating the system, but your non-vote will not be counted. Stand up and be counted; let them know what you think of them and their system of corruption.

Go to the poll and take the ballot into the booth then write across it in large letters REVOLUTION

Forget writing in Mickey Mouse vote for revolution.

If you like this idea, please pass it on. By 2016 we may have enough people to show them what we really think.

Mike Pence sells out, proposes medicaid expansion

So much for Pence. Apparently he is just a Pol like Rick Perry. Where is the guy who writes the books and makes all the speeches about the role of the federal government? That’s the guy we want, but apparently he doesn’t actually exist; He is only on paper and a work of fiction.   I met Pence at the 2cnd TEA party march in DC in 2010 and he talked just as his speeches went. Apparently talk is cheap and the only thing cheaper is a career politician. Really makes my Friday.

So much for weak TEA : Mconnell backed candidate in Nebraska loses in landslide

So much for Mconnell’s war on the TEA party. The establishment still hasn’t figured out that people will stay home instead of voting for their elitist candidate (AKA Romney). A recent poll found that the TEA party was losing support and their support was only 22%. You know, like only one quarter of the country. Unless the dead elephants can do something disastrous to lose the election, it is theirs for the winning.

Russia contemplates military annexation of Ukraine after the olympics

Andrey Illarionov, Political scientist and former adviser to Vladimir Putin

“Ukraine is a failed state, and the historic chance for reunification of all the Russian lands can be lost in the next couple of weeks, so we mustn’t put off the solution to the Ukrainian Question.”

Putin knows that he has free rein to do as he pleases. Who is going to stop him the EU? Their financial system is crumbling as we speak. Obama?

Yeah right, I am sure that Vlad is trembling in his boots. The most impotent and incompetent leader that our country has ever had, surely has put the fear of God in those commie bastards.

An ascendent Russia has a now or never chance to re-assert it’s power and recapture it’s sphere of influence. Don’t think that Putin has given up the idea of Russia as an empire. The Russians will not be satisfied until they are a world power again.

Maybe Obama will send hordes of troops waving rainbow flags in to stop the Russian menace from spreading across Europe.
