And so it begins: ATF to begin policing in NYC

“In an unprecedented move, a federal agency is joining the effort to get gun crimes under control, CBS2’s Marcia Kramer reported Monday.

Kramer is told it was a collective decision made by the federal government, the NYPD, the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Those agencies are mounting a first-ever anti-gun initiative in high-crime areas.

“There’s going to be an increase in federal arrests – no doubt,” said AFT agent Charles Mulham.

Mulham’s words were intended to be a stiff warning to city residents who would carry weapons, and seem all to ready to use them. They will not only have to deal with the NYPD, but they will have the feds on their tail too.”

Here it comes, the federal police force. I am sure that this is justthe pilot program. Expect Baltimore ,Ddetroit and St. Louis next.

I’m ready for tyranny 2016!

Paul Ryan: You have to pass it before you can read it.

“What Ryan is trying to convince House Republicans to do is vote for Trade Promotion Authority (TPA) which would fast-track at least three highly secretive trade deals—specifically the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP), the Trade in Services Agreement (TiSA), and the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (T-TIP)—and potentially more deals.

Right now, TiSA and T-TIP text are completely secretive and unavailable for even members of Congress to read while TPP text is available for members to review—although they need to go to a secret room inside the Capitol where only members of Congress and certain staffers high-level security clearances, who can only go when members are present, can read the bill.”

http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2015/06/11/paul-ryans-pelosi-esque-obamatrade-moment-its-declassified-and-made-public-once-its-agreed-to/

There is nothing the fuck wrong with this at all. What could possibly be wrong with classified trade deals that the peoples Reps aren’t allowed to read?

The Republicans are proving once again that if you vote for them, your vote is wasted.

There is no stopping what is happening with a vote. There is no changing a system so far gone from it’s original form that it is unrecognizable.

Politics have failed us, politicians have failed us and now they drive us straight at the edge of the cliff.

When we hit bottom, just remember who was driving.

Ths will not be for restoration, but rather retribution.

Happy Thursday everyone.

Cop who laughed about flash banging baby ambushed and shot

This is from February of 2015, I had no idea that this had gone down. I found the link here on the FB page I Do NOT support Habersham County Sheriff Joey Terrell  : https://www.facebook.com/isupportjoeyterrellNOPE

As the Sheriff himself would say, Hahahaha!

Edward Snowden: Becoming an ‘international fugitive’ was worth it

“I think the most liberating thing about burning your life to the ground, and becoming an international fugitive, or so I’m told, is that you no longer have to worry about tomorrow, you think about today,” he said. For me that’s been a great experience, I’m actually quite grateful for it.”

“Although he can “no longer see my family” or live in the US, Snowden said “the things I’ve received personally and we’ve all benefited from publicly, make it all worth it.”

“It has been incredibly rewarding, incredibly gratifying,” he added, pointing out that newspapers around the world have published stories about government abuses and courts had acted to stop them.”

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/people/edward-snowden-becoming-an-international-fugitive-was-worth-it-claims-nsa-whistleblower-10293240.html

I think that Snowden is a bona fida hero and should have a memorial erected to him. The man has gone as far as he can without sacrificing his life.

If the Fed.gov does end up with him in it’s clutches then I think that it should become the mission of every red bloodied patriot to free him.

I am not talking about protesting on the capitol lawn either.

Waco judges gone wild

“Judges who originally set $1 million dollar bonds for Waco Twin Peaks bikers had three of them re-arrested after they bonded out on reduced bonds. Their bonds were reset to $1 million, but they were able to bond out again.

The three men, Juan Garcia, Drew King, and James Harris, are all from Austin.

The Austin American-Statesman reported that Garcia is a 45-year old engineer with the city of Austin public works department. He is on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of his charges and an investigation by the city.”

Breitbart Texas reported that an attorney out of Austin, Texas has filed motions to remove the three McLennan County judges who set and retained the $1 million bonds. He argued that the judges have demonstrated bias and should be recused from making future rulings.

A recusal motion had been filed asking that Justice of the Peace W.H. “Pete” Peterson be recused because he not only set $1 million bonds for 174 bikers, but added he was doing so to “send a message.” According to the Waco Tribune, Peterson said “I think it is important to send a message… We had nine people killed in our community. These people just came in, and most of them were from out of town. Very few of them were from in town.”

Motions to remove Judges Johnson and Strother had also been filed because they approved the $1 million bonds, and ordered no other judge could rule on motions to reduce the bonds.

These bonds have been decried by well-regarded criminal lawyers, and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association as “absurd” and “unconstitutional.”

Sounds like the Bandidos need to recuse these assholes.

I have a feeling that that this is going to get ugly

Actually, I am rather hoping it will.

About time some of these judges were put in their places

Man Killed by Oklahoma Troopers Trying to Rescue Him from Flood

“On Friday night, an altercation that broke out in Oklahoma when two highway patrol troopers attempted to help two men whose truck had stalled in rising floodwaters ended with one of the men being fatally shot.

Oklahoma highway patrol captain Paul Timmons told reporters that the patrol received a call from the men, Nehemiah Fischer and his brother, Brandon Fischer, prompting the troopers to attempt a rescue. Timmons said that the troopers told the men to stop trying to push their truck free and move to higher ground, but when the men started arguing, shots were fired by police.”

This shit is getting ridiculous.

The bar for any type violence against a citizen needs to go way up

How it ever became accepted in our society for cops to use violence against those who employ them is beyond me.

Cleveland police agree to stop hitting people in the heads with their guns

“Cleveland police pull their guns too fast, fire at fleeing cars and people who pose no immediate threat and ignore potential danger to bystanders, the U. S. Department of Justice found.

A biting 58-page report released Thursday concluded that police violated the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, including by shooting an underwear-clad hostage victim and an unarmed driver who made an illegal turn.

The report blames several reasons for the “unreasonable” shootings. Police often lack the training and confidence necessary to  control a situation without resorting to force. They are not required to tell their supervisors when they pull their weapons. And the prevailing police culture promotes an “us-against-them” mentality.”

Cleveland Police Agree To Stop Hitting People On The Head With Guns

Sounds too good to be true doesn’t it? Imagine a P.D. that can’t go around randomly pistol whipping the populace.

Where is this place of legend? This Cleveland, the land of the free?

Surely, I must go there.

EPA Grants Itself Power To Regulate Ponds, Ditches, Puddles

“The EPA has released its Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule critics say would allow the agency to regulate waterways previously not under federal jurisdiction, including puddles, ditches and isolated wetlands.

Republicans, farmers and industrial groups have called the rule an EPA “power grab” because it extends the agency’s powers to new heights. Environmentalists and the Obama administration, however, argue the WOTUS rule is necessary for protecting water quality.

No matter how you spin it, the EPA’s WOTUS rule does expand the agency’s authority, and creates new avenues for environmental groups to sue projects they want to stop from moving forward.

“The administration’s decree to unilaterally expand federal authority is a raw and tyrannical power grab that will crush jobs,” House Speaker John Boehner said in a statement.

“Despite their assurances, it appears that EPA and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers have failed to keep their promises to Congress and the American people,” echoed Oklahoma Sen. Jim Inhofe. “In fact, instead of fixing the overreach in the proposed rule, remarkably, EPA has made it even broader.”

The rest from The daily caller: http://dailycaller.com/2015/05/27/epa-grants-itself-power-to-regulate-ponds-ditches-puddles/

The EPA it seems now has the power to regulate just about anything. They already regulate CO2, dust, mud, run off and any industry that creates any of those things.

It is a good thing that a federal agency would NEVER be arbitrarily punitive to accomplish political goals.

I know that they already regulate tar, but how about feathers?

Florida crowd assaults cop trying to make arrest

MELBOURNE, Fla. — Authorities say a hostile crowd assaulted a Florida police officer while he was trying to arrest a combative man.

Melbourne Police say the officer was arresting 22-year-old Phoenix Low of Melbourne early Saturday on a city ordinance violation of carrying an open container of alcohol.

police statement says Low became combative and attempted to run before the officer wrestled him to the ground.

Cmdr. Vince Pryce says a crowd gathered and began striking and pulling at the officer, who took out his Taser and told “the aggressive advancing crowd” to get back.

Pryce says the officer suffered cuts and bruises.

Along with the ordinance violation, Low was charged with resisting an officer and battery on a law enforcement officer. He was released late Sunday from the Brevard County jail.

Where am I when all the fun happens? I would have paid good money to be ringside on that one.

Heh, heh, heh… Sounds to me like someone has a vendetta……Bad cop! No doughnut!

We have a new start up. Please check her blog out and book mark it. Right now it is a fledgling, but give it a read if you would and pass it on.  That is where I acquired the below article with the sick twisted POS  Deputy burning the child’s genitals with a blow dryer.      Thanks.

Hernando county Florida corrections officer arrested for burning 3 Yr. olds genitals with hair dryer

“HERNANDO COUNTY, FL – Police have accused  detention Deputy Cody Marrone, a 21-year-old corrections officer, of punishing his girlfriend’s 3-year-old son by repeatedly burning his genitals with a hair dryer.

Meghan Sherron said it was routine for her to leave for work while her longtime, live-in boyfriend would take him to daycare. But last Friday, Marrone called her at work to inform her that her son’s genitals were swollen.

She had Marrone come to her work so she could see what he was talking about and found that her son’s genitals were swollen to the size of a softball. She also noticed burn marks to his thigh, buttocks and chest.

“When I saw the marks on his behind, I thought, that looks like my blow dryer,” she said. When she asked Marrone what the hell happened to her kid’s junk, he went through several different stories including; he woke up and found him that way, he blacked out and doesn’t remember, and that he simply snapped.

The boy was rushed to Tampa General Hospital where doctors would find the boy was suffering from second-degree burns. They called the Department of Children and Families who also notified police.”

From The dreamin’ demon: http://www.dreamindemon.com/2014/01/27/cody-marrone-accused-punishing-toddler-blow-dryer/

This guy is a special kind of sick and it goes to show the mentality of the people who occupy these positions. Ask yourself this question : What was it that drew him to law enforcement in the first place and specifically to being a corrections officer?

The type of personality that enjoys power and control is the same type of personality that is drawn to law enforcement.

According to the purple berets, a California women’s advocacy group,

“Domestic violence is 2 to 4 times more common in police families than in the general population. In two separate studies, 40% of police officers self-report that they have used violence against their domestic partners within the last year. In the general population, it’s estimated that domestic violence occurs in about 10% of families”

It is a dangerous mix to take a type of personality that is more prone to abuse and put that person in a position of power.

Hernando county (Which adjoins mine) has a long history of Deputies being arrested for abusing their position and power and being outright liars, victimizers and thieves.

Nothing will change though until all of the current, long time deputies are replaced and the culture of corruption comes to an end.

Richland Ms. $4.1 million police station funded by civil forfeiture

“The Mississippi city of Richland has a new $4.1 million police station, a top-level training center and a fleet of black-and-white Dodge Charger police cars.

All of it was paid for through civil forfeitures of property and cash seized during traffic stops of what police say were suspected drug runners on Interstate 20.

TEARFULLY DONATED: The sign for Richland’s $4.1 million police station, which was paid for entirely by civil forfeiture.

Civil libertarians question the constitutionality of civil forfeiture, which has become a key part of revenue for state and local law enforcement agencies nationwide. Under the laws of many states, citizens can be deprived of their property or even cash if police merely suspect the owners to be involved in criminal activity.

Mayor Mark Scarborough and police chief WR “Russel” James of Richland — population 7,033 and located south of Jackson on I-20 in Rankin County — say they’re not only giving city taxpayers a bargain, but they’re also helping do their part to stem the heavy drug trade that travels between Texas and Atlanta on I-20, which eventually trickles down to smaller cities like theirs.”

http://watchdog.org/218867/civil-forfeiture/

What could possibly go wrong here?

Take a look at this that I posted the other day

“One Florida town has been hit by corruption and it is so bad, the entire police force has been fired. The most corrupt city in the state has been exposed for its unlawful ways during a recent audit. All cops and elected officials in office have been let go or will be soon as this is just one of the stipulations that had to be followed to spare the city of Hampton, as its corruption runs deep.”

“Trouble arose in a quite innocent way according to the newly hired city attorney John Cooper. A Texaco gas station on nearby US 301 asked for cops to protect the place after a couple of bad accidents and homicides took place. Then, Hampton annexed a 1,200-foot stretch of highway. Later on though, someone arrived at the idea that a lot of easy cash was to be made from pulling over speeders and writing up tickets they would have to pay.

When Hampton’s map was redrawn, it resembled a giant mosquito, draining money straight from the highway. The biggest issue at the time was the police department as it was constantly going over its budget and the revenue from the tickets did not seem to make its way to any person working outside of its city hall building.

The amount of officers increased to 19, which included the chief.”

That is what happens when you dangle a carrot in front of a bunch of public servants.
