Hillary: Supreme court wrong on 2cnd amendment

“So I’m going to speak out. I’m going to do everything I can to rally people against this pernicious, corrupting influence of the NRA,”

“And we’re going to do whatever we can. I’m proud when my husband took them on and we were able to ban assault weapons but he had to put a sunset on it so, 10 years later, of course, Bush wouldn’t agree to reinstate them.”

“We’ve got to go after this,”

Well, well Hillary

Here is the deal

Neither you nor the supreme court give me any rights

The constitution does not give me rights

Nor the federal goverment

In essence we have a tacit agreement

You do not oppress me and I will not make war on you

If you do not think that is a good deal take a hard look around the world

Go on, name your insurgency and see how it is working out

Blood in, blood out: Young man featured in Chicagoland killed in south side

https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CiQrNZxUgAARK8n.jpg:large

(CNN)Lee McCullum was a hopeful figure in “Chicagoland,” the 2014 documentary that aired on CNN about the violent streets of that city.

He changed his life, emerging from homelessness and being a gang member to become a student leader with a chance to attend college.
“When we saw him win homecoming king it just brought tears to our eyes,” said Marc Levin, executive producer of the documentary. “He lived through the gang wars and made it to his senior year — it was a moment we had so much hope.”
But McCullum’s story ended early Thursday morning.
The 22-year-old man was found dead in the 500 block of West 126th Street, shot in the back of the head, Chicago police said. At this point, nobody knows why it happened or who killed him.
The news of his death disheartened many people because McCullum appeared to be trying to escape the violent street culture that earned Chicago the nickname “Chi-Raq.”
He was a great kid,” said Liz Dozier, who knew McCullum when she served as his principal at Fenger High School. “I think people (watching the documentary) got to see what a great person he was and the complexity of what he faced and how he handled it with grace. …
“He wanted to go to college and play basketball. He was a great person and I just can’t believe he’s dead. It’s just unreal when you think about it. The streets have got yet another young male.”
In the series, McCullum said he moved out of the city for a while after high school because he feared for his life — only to return. CNN affiliate WGNTV said he had a job and wanted to attend college but kept having trouble with gangs.
In 2014 he was wounded in a drive-by shooting. Less than a month ago, his girlfriend — the daughter of a Cook County sheriff’s deputy — was fatally shot getting out of a car on the city’s Southside, WGNTV reported.

Police union pissed that the Thin Blue Line is breaking down

SAN FRANCISCO (KPIX 5) — A spokesperson for the San Francisco Police Officer’s Association is calling out fellow officers on his Facebook page for snitching on an officer that made racial remarks at the Bayview Station.

The officer that was called out is now facing suspension for the sexual and racial comments in what now is a he-said, he-said within the department that is already under a lot of scrutiny.

Gary Delagnes, President of the San Francisco POA for a decade, and a consultant with them for three years now, took his frustrations to Facebook.

“Officers are now being encouraged to be trained snitches on one another,” he wrote.

Damn, why couldn’t that happen here?

“Brazil’s Senate voted on Thursday to put leftist President Dilma Rousseff on trial in a historic decision brought on by a deep recession and a corruption scandal that will now confront her successor, Vice President Michel Temer.

With Rousseff to be suspended during the Senate trial for allegedly breaking budget rules, the centrist Temer will take the helm of a country that again finds itself mired in political and economic volatility after a recent decade of prosperity.

The 55-22 vote ends more than 13 years of rule by the left-wing Workers Party, which rose from Brazil’s labor movement and helped pull millions of people out of poverty before seeing many of its leaders tainted by corruption investigations.

Fireworks rang out in cities across Brazil after the vote at the end of a 20-hour session in the Senate. Police briefly clashed with pro-Rousseff demonstrators in Brasilia during the vote, but the country was calm early Thursday, with scattered celebrants in São Paulo and other cities draping themselves in Brazil’s green, yellow and blue flag.

Rousseff, a 68-year-old economist and former member of a Marxist guerrilla group who was the country’s first woman president, is unlikely to be acquitted in a trial that could last as long as six months.

The scale of her defeat on Thursday showed the opposition already has the support it needs to reach a two-thirds majority required to convict Rousseff and remove her definitively from office.

“It is a bitter though necessary medicine,” opposition Senator Jose Serra, tipped to become foreign minister under Temer, said during the marathon debate. “Having the Rousseff government continue would be a bigger tragedy. Brazil’s situation would be unbearable.”

Florida police activist Ticketed for Walking Around Debris on Sidewalk

“A Florida man was ticketed $113 for the crime of stepping into a quiet, residential street from a sidewalk to avoid walking through a pile of debris.

It was an apparent case of profiling considering Joshua McKnight is a local police accountability activist who records police in public, shows up to city review panels and files complaints against officers for not wearing their name tags.

One of the two Fort Myers police officers who stopped him has arrested him before on a questionable charge that was later dismissed.

That cop, officer Vasquez, was training the other cop, officer Zarillo.

McKnight recorded the entire detainment, refusing to provide identification until a supervisor showed up. When the superior showed up, he sided with his officers and McKnight was cited anyway.

It all started on April 28 when McKnight was walking down the sidewalk when a Fort Myers patrol car with two officers pulled up behind him.

“What’s the problem?” McKnight asked.

“Uh, you were walking back there in the middle of the road where there’s a sidewalk,” said officer Zarillo.

“I didn’t walk in the middle of the road,” McKnight responded. “If you look on the sidewalk, there’s an obstacle with debris on the sidewalk.”

Officer Zarillo then asked McKnight for his identification.

“For what?”

“Because I’m asking you for your license.”

“I don’t have a reason to show you my ID.”

“This is a lawful stop,” said Zarillo.

“A lawful stop for what?”

“For walking in the road where there’s a sidewalk provided.”

“There’s debris on the sidewalk, and I walked around the debris. C’mon, I’ll show you,” said McKnight as he began to walk towards the debris.

“No, no. That’s great. I can see it from here,” said Zarillo.

“So what are you stopping me for then?” asked McKnight

“For walking on the street where there’s a sidewalk.”

Officer Zarillo continued to pester McKnight about this ID and McKnight continued to explain the reason he stepped into the street is because the sidewalk was obstructed by palm tree debris that he had to walk around.”

And this is not his first run in with the law or the officer involved

He has been arrested multiple times under questionable circumstances

” It’s doubtful any of the officers really did not know who McKnight was, since he’s been know to do things like call them out for not wearing name tags while on duty.

He’s also been arrested by Vasquez, the officer training Zarillo, on a previous occasion when he pulled up to his mom’s house and knocked on the door.

While he was knocking on the door of his mother’s home, officers drew guns on him and ordered him to get back in the car.

Then they arrested him for driving on a suspended license.

The state attorney refused to file charges after reading the evidence in a case where McKnight wasn’t even driving when they pulled up to him with their guns. He was only knocking on his mother’s door.

On another occasion, they came to his grand mother’s house and arrested him on charges of selling to an undercover officer and possession of drugs after they alleged he was selling drugs on February 2.

But they didn’t arrest him until June 19.

“But here’s the thing,” said McKnight. “I didn’t live in the city at the time, and I didn’t sell drugs. I was in Tampa at college, and I was working two jobs. They said they had video and photo evidence. But when it went to trial, they said it was a transcribed copy and paste verbiage that they forgot to remove. And that they never had video evidence; it was simply a mistake.”

“No drugs, no documents to show, no video evidence. Yet how did I serve 67 days in jail before I was exonerated because there was no evidence? They said they had video evidence, then they lost it, then they never had it in the first place.”

McKnight later filed a pro se civil rights complaint on that case, but the state argued his claim past the statute of limitations requirements.”

Vanity fair laments Captain America’s lack of gayness

https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/3e/ce/b0/3eceb0d5ad3b7da91b1858aa223741df.jpg

“Vanity Fair has weighed in on the blockbuster movie “Captain America: Civil War” to lament the hero’s “heterosexual virility.”

Marvel Studios and Disney’s latest installment wowed audiences in North America to the tune of $181 million last weekend, but Vanity Fair writer Joanna Robinson left the theater disappointed. Her reason: Chris Evans’ character, super soldier Captain America, got nostalgic for his “skirt-chasing” days with best friend “Bucky” Barnes.

Robinson said directors Joe and Anthony Russo should not have said fans may “interpret the relationship [with Bucky] however they want to interpret it” since the character explicitly makes clear his attraction to women.

“As if to put the nail in the coffin of speculation, Bucky and Cap paused for a moment in the middle of snowy Siberia to reminisce about their days chasing skirts in pre-War Brooklyn,” Ms. Robinson wrote Sunday. “It’s a sweet, human bonding moment but one that also bristles with heterosexual virility. If Disney isn’t inclined to give audiences a gay superhero, couldn’t they have at least left us the dream of Bucky and Cap? … Doesn’t ‘Captain America: Civil War’ go out of its way to “define” Bucky and Steve’s relationship when Cap smooches Sharon Carter (Emily VanCamp) while Bucky looks on approvingly? Where’s the room for interpretation in that moment?”

Facebook censoring trending news

“Facebook workers routinely suppressed news stories of interest to conservative readers from the social network’s influential “trending” news section, according to a former journalist who worked on the project. This individual says that workers prevented stories about the right-wing CPAC gathering, Mitt Romney, Rand Paul, and other conservative topics from appearing in the highly-influential section, even though they were organically trending among the site’s users.

Several former Facebook “news curators,” as they were known internally, also told Gizmodo that they were instructed to artificially “inject” selected stories into the trending news module, even if they weren’t popular enough to warrant inclusion—or in some cases weren’t trending at all. The former curators, all of whom worked as contractors, also said they were directed not to include news about Facebook itself in the trending module.”

“These new allegations emerged after Gizmodo last week revealed details about the inner workings of Facebook’s trending news team—a small group of young journalists, primarily educated at Ivy League or private East Coast universities, who curate the “trending” module on the upper-right-hand corner of the site”

Nasty, crusty ,old lying skank, Hillary tries to unsay what she said about coal

150220_pol_hillary-crop-promo-mediumlarge

Last month, Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton vowed to “put a lot of coal miners and coal companies out of business.”

On Monday, an emotional unemployed coal miner by the name of Bo Copley confronted Clinton on her promise, asking how she could claim to be friends of the coal miners while also putting them out of jobs.

“I don’t know how to explain it other than what I said was totally out of context for what I meant because I have been talking about helping coal country for a very long time,” she replied. “It was a misstatement because what I was saying is the way things are going now, they will continue to lose jobs. It didn’t mean that we were going to do it. What I said is that is going to happen unless we take action to help and prevent it.”

Clinton continued, “I can’t take it back, and I certainly can’t get people who, for political reasons or personal reasons, very painful reasons, are upset with me. What I want you to know is I’m going to do everything I can to help, no matter what happens politically.”

“I do feel a little bit sad and sorry that I gave folks the reason, or the excuse, to be so upset with me, because that is not what I intended at all,” she told Copley.

And here is what she actually said

“I’m the only candidate which has a policy about how to bring economic opportunity using clean renewable energy as the key into coal country, because we’re going to put a lot of coal miners and coal companies out of business, right, Tim? And we’re going to make it clear that we don’t want to forget those people,” Clinton said.

“Those people labored in those mines for generations, losing their health, often losing their lives to turn on our lights and power our factories. Now we’ve got to move away from coal and all the other fossil fuels, but I don’t want to move away from the people who did the best they could to produce the energy that we relied on.”

—————————————————————————–

Totally out of context for what she meant?

WTF?

What does that even mean?

Is she having her second childhood and she is three years old again?

Get this line:

“I can’t take it back, and I certainly can’t get people who, for political reasons or personal reasons, very painful reasons, are upset with me”

It’s not what she said it’s “people who, for political reasons or personal reasons, very painful reasons, are upset with me”

Oh, Po Po Hillary, I think she’s going to cry because of the mean people

My kids came up with better excuses than that

And this:

“I do feel a little bit sad and sorry that I gave folks the reason, or the excuse, to be so upset with me, because that is not what I intended at all,”

“Or the excuse”

See? they were just waiting for a reason

An excuse to be upset with her

“Please, don’t beat me anymore. I’m just a poor woman”

Just turn on the waterworks and get it over with already

But now compare that sorry self serving load of B.S. with reality

“I’m the only candidate which has a policy about how to bring economic opportunity using clean renewable energy as the key into coal country, because we’re going to put a lot of coal miners and coal companies out of business, right, Tim?”

“We’re”  *We are

“Going”

Future tense of the verb

*In the future

*”Put a lot of coal miners and coal companies out of business”

*Right Tim?

Now go ahead you old skank and try to unsay what you said and blame it on all the mean, misogynistic, sexist white men

What a lying crock of shit she is

Should I say now what I really Think?………

Army retains decorated Green Beret it planned to kick out over confronting Afghan child rapist

“In a stunning reversal, the U.S. Army decided late Thursday to retain a decorated Green Beret it had planned to kick out after he physically confronted a local Afghan commander accused of raping a boy over the course of many days.

Sgt 1st Class Charles Martland, confirmed the Army’s decision to retain him when reached by Fox News, who has been covering the story in depth for the past eight months and first broke the story of the Army’s decision in August to kick out Martland over the incident, which occurred in northern Afghanistan in 2011.

“I am real thankful for being able to continue to serve,” said Martland when reached on the telephone by Fox News.  “I appreciate everything Congressman Duncan Hunter and his Chief of Staff, Joe Kasper did for me.”

As first reported by Fox News, while deployed to Kunduz Province, Afghanistan, Martland and his team leader confronted a local police commander in 2011 accused of raping an Afghan boy and beating his mother. When the man laughed off the incident, they shoved him to the ground.

Martland and his team leader were later removed from the base, and eventually sent home from Afghanistan. The U.S. Army has not confirmed the specifics of Martland’s separation from service citing privacy reasons, but a “memorandum of reprimand” from October 2011 obtained by Fox News makes clear that Martland was criticized by the brass for his intervention after the alleged rape. Asked for comment in September 2015, an Army spokesman reiterated, “the U.S. Army is unable to confirm the specifics of his separation due to the Privacy Act.”

An Army spokesman said Thursday that Martland’s status has been changed, allowing him to stay in the Army in a statement to Fox News.”

If
the government’s plan for getting people back to work is to provide
incentives for not working, by granting 99 weeks of unemployment
checks, without any requirement to prove that gainful employment was

nation that was founded by geniuses but is run by idiots.

If
you pay your mortgage faithfully, denying yourself the newest

Cannon fail;Been there , done that

Yeah, I had a home built 4″ bore black powder cannon

Had a hammer and sear and used shotgun primers to fire

I normally used 1000 to 1200 Gr. of Pyrodex and a 1 Lb. projectile

So I got uppity one afternoon and dropped 2000 Gr. in it and about 4 to 5 Lb. of lead shot that I had sitting around oxidizing in a big cup

What prompted this was the refrigerator that had taken a dump on me and was now squarely in my sights. Pay you bastard , you will

The wife popped out of the door  when she saw me hiding behind the Mustang in the driveway and inquired as to what the hell I was doing

When i told her that I had questions about whether the cannon would hold, I was summarily informed that the car would be moved from the driveway

I got as far away as I could when I pulled the string that dropped the hammer

The cannon was about 30″ long and it was mounted on an angle iron frame

It was attached with a massive hinge for attitude and so it would unfold when fired and not tear itself apart

When I did fire it the cannon unfolded and went airborne tumbling end over end

With the base unfolded the whole thing was about 6′ long and I very narrowly escaped having my head taken off

The refrigerator got a hole through it the size of a basketball and was blasted about 20′ back

Luckily the car was not in the driveway as it probably would have been totalled

Needless to say I got a big I”I told you so, not behind my car” From my wife

Obama Appointee To Activists: White House ‘Aggressively Engaged’ In Transgender Fight

“A top Obama appointee in the Department of Education personally assured a group of LGBT activists that the White House is “aggressively engaged” in the fight to allow transgender students use whichever bathroom they please at school.

DOE Assistant Secretary for the Office of Civil Rights Catherine Lhamon delivered the good news at an LGBT summit hosted by the White House in Michigan last Thursday, where she gave the keynote address.

The event was co-sponsored by activist group Equality Michigan, which has led a statewide charge to allow schoolchildren choose their name, gender and bathroom, all without parental knowledge or input. Officials from seven different federal agencies attended the event, according to the Equality Michigan website.

Equality Michigan executive director Steph White blasted out a giddy email to supporters after the event, which she called “a great catalyst that will propel our collective work forward.”  The email included an excerpt from Lhamon’s remarks, which White called “refreshingly clear.”

Speaking about the Obama administration, Lhamon told attendees: “We are serious. We are aggressively engaged. We will enforce Title IX.” The Daily Caller has filed a FOIA request with the Department of Education for Lhamon’s full remarks.

Under Lhamon’s guidance, the DOE’s Office of Civil Rights has ruled that schools will be in violation of Title IX if they do not permit transgender students to use the bathroom and locker rooms of their choice. The administration has made clear that giving private, single-user bathrooms is not a sufficient accommodation. That is: schools must allow boys who think they’re girls to shower and change alongside actual girls.”

Yep, I can see this one really getting ugly

For some reason it really strikes a nerve in people even though we have more important things going on

They have it planned this way because they want the fight

They tried it with the gays but every one is so over that

No one cares anymore about Ed and Ted

But this one they can get a public outcry going and then condemn those who are against

Thought for the day

I have been thinking about the whole Tranny in the bathroom thing

Think about this: A man in a dress peeing in the men’s room

Pretty uncomfortable for the Tranny right?

So let’s take this unnatural and instead insert him in the ladies room

Now we have shifted who feels uncomfortable

Now it is the occupants of the ladies room

So what’s the difference?

Now the ladies are told that THEY are unnatural if they feel uncomfortable

The entire paradigm is shifted simply by the presentation of who is made ill at ease

Yeah, they have this shit all planned out

Happy Friday.

State flags with Confederate emblem removed at U.S. Capitol

“WASHINGTON — State flags, including the controversial Mississippi flag featuring the Confederate battle emblem, will no longer hang in the tunnel at the U.S. Capitol where each had been displayed.

Rep. Candice Miller, R-Mich., said Thursday the flags, which had been removed during renovations, will instead be replaced with prints of each state’s commemorative coin.”

This behemoth no longer consists of a conglomeration of the states

It now exists as a tyrannical bureaucracy who’s sole purpose is it’s own existence

What we have now is is the equivalent of Soviet style cold war rule

There is no representation and this election is removing the very guise of it

“In Marxist–Leninist states, the party is seen as “the vanguard of the people” and from that legitimizes itself to lead the state. In that way, the party officials in the Politburo informally lead the state.

Officially, the Party Congress elects a Central Committee which, in turn, elects the Politburo and General Secretary in a process termed democratic centralism. The Politburo was theoretically answerable to the Central Committee. Under Stalin this model was reversed, and it was the General Secretary who determined the composition of the Politburo and Central Committee. This tendency decreased to some extent after Stalin’s death, though in practice the Politburo remained a self-perpetuating body whose decisions de facto had the force of law.” Wiki
