The time has come to stop dancing around the word “impeachment.”

I just landed in one of the most politically corrupt cities in America: Chicago. It is the home of “Rules for Radicals” author Saul Alinsky as well as the most corrupt, lying, radical president this country will ever know, Barack Hussein Obama.

Clearly, the Rule of Law is not applicable in Obama’s world, it’s just a framework which he feels he can fundamentally transform at his will. But America does not live by imperial edict granted from on high by his highness. Heck, that’s why we had a revolution in the first place.

In Boston, Obama said these plans were junk and the insurance companies were bad apples. His own henchwoman, HHS Secretary Sebelius issued a decree making these plans non-compliant. But now the Emperor waves his hand and presto change-o, they are in compliance — in other words our Dear Leader is granting his permission.

This man is a manipulative liar. His arrogance is beyond comprehension. He has, in true Alinsky-esque fashion, picked the individual insurance market to demonize and set up the industry for blame.

Obama has once again demonstrated his disdain for America, Americans, and our Constitution. I say now is the time for good ol’ fashioned American civil disobedience. From today, let no one sign up for Obamacare. It’s not a law, just the bidding of a narcissistic megalomaniac.

If Americans do not finally see the arrogant lawlessness of this person who no longer holds regard for the Office of the Presidency, then God help us, for He shall certainly not bless us. What more do people need to see and endure? This disgraceful era must now end.

The president is in violation of his oath and yes, he should be removed from office by impeachment. Let the call ring across the land from sea to shining sea.

It all makes perfect sense to make purse carrying socially unacceptable for men. I don’t mean a fairified little fruitcake with a flower purse ; I mean your typical man/dude.  Think about flipping his purse over to find something lost in the bottom; No lipstick here.  9mm , 2 extra mags, bear spray, fixed blade knife, wire nuts, a pen that doesn’t work, 3 feet of wire,  a handful of loose bullets, and 1 AA battery.   Think about giving a man a place to carry all of the things he thinks he really needs with him everywhere he goes.    I don’t think that this is the direction that our country wants to go in. I am all for a be a continued social ban on the man purse. 

Resisting the police state

Resistance to tyranny is something that is as programmed into man as strongly as his propensity for oppression. Innately all of us know that we have certain rights that can only be removed by acquiescence or brute force.    For centuries philosophers have expounded the “natural rights” of man and their application within societies. Even those in prison know that they have certain rights and will begin to resist when their imprisonment becomes tyrannical. When a man becomes enslaved, he knows innately that he has the right to be free but that has been taken from him.   When our natural rights are eroded to the point of tyranny, resistance will invariably begin. Resistance ,and revolution also, are commonly misunderstood by many people. Most think of an armed struggle that involves bombs, bullets and war, but it is in fact far from that.  Resistance , as is freedom, is a thought, an idea without necessarily having a something to quantify it. Just because neither have a corporeal existence doesn’t mean that they are not there. When freedom is gone ,everyone knows it and when resistance begins it is just as obvious.     Resistance is a funny and fickle thing because it does things that are counter intuitive. The more you oppress, the more that people resist . The higher the stakes and the more the atrocities, the higher the level of resistance.    In Northern Ireland the IRA virtually did not exist as a resistance group in the late 60’s. When the native Catholic population started to rise up against the oppression and discrimination of the Brits and protestants, violence quickly escalated against them. Caught up in the civil rights era they began to march and demonstrate for not only freedom from British rule, but also an end to the discrimination against them. In response they were attacked and brutalized by the police and armed gangs of protestant militias that made incursions into their neighborhoods.    The IRA split into two groups at the point with the newly formed provisional IRA dedicating themselves to protecting Catholics and bringing the armed struggle to the Brits. The PIRA was only a handful of volunteers with few to no weapons and would have remained that way except for further oppressions by the Brits.   The British army was eventually called in to quell the sectarian violence and was initially welcomed as they secured off the Catholic neighborhoods and brought safety and security. This soon changed as the people realized that they were being quarantined, not protected. Because of this treatment the PIRA ranks were swelling with volunteers and this is the counter intuitive part of resistance.     When things got bad enough the Brits started an internment policy which allowed them to arrest and hold prisoners without trial. Many people were mistreated and others tortured under this policy but instead of discouraging resistance, the PIRA was over run with volunteers.   All of these events culminated on bloody Sunday in 1972 when British troops opened fire on unarmed protesters immediately killing thirteen. The level of resistance from this point on became open warfare. Instead of being frightened of imprisonment or live fire the resistance movement exploded in size. The PIRA had a goal of recruiting volunteers faster than they could be killed or imprisoned and easily met that goal, actually turning many away.     If you look around you will see the first signs of resistance coming in our country and it is not with violence. There are more and more signs that people are saying “I am not going to take it”

This is pretty cool; It is a classified for buying and selling (Private sales) in Florida. Wish I had known about this a few weeks ago. I had to liquidate some firearms for a friend and the best I could get was 60% of their value and none had more than 10 Rds. through them and some were unfired.

These people never cease to amaze me. A couple gets visited by some unknown agency because they were separately researching backpacks and pressure cookers.       Now for the amazing part; You can google Nitro methane and ammonium nitrate with no problem. Mix those two together and you have an explosive with higher brisance (Detonation velocity) then ANFO which is what McVeigh used.  You can google Hexamine and nitric acid with no problem. AMERICA’S DYSTOPIAN FUTURE

Our trip down the road to totalitarianism didn’t start in 1934 but that was the seminal year for the formation of the all powerful federal government. It actually started with Lincoln asserting Federal power over the states by making war on the confederates; but that was on the level of establishing federal supremacy over the states rights.  I use 1934  as the year that it really started because  that is when unlimited   federal  power was given over the citizenry.            With the much flawed ruling that banned machine guns. the fate of our nation was sealed; by ruling that machine guns affected interstate commerce and were therefore subject to the commerce clause the door was opened to the unlimited abuse of the clause that we now have. With the SCOTUS perverted interpretation of the commerce clause every aspect of American life could be claimed to be under Federal Jurisdiction. From what type of crops a farmer may grow to it being illegal to grow pot in your backyard has been ruled to be subject to the commerce clause. The Fed now dictates everything from your toilet and shower to your light bulbs the    Now for the scary part; the Obamacare ruling the National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius . A lot of people really haven’t thought about the implications of the ruling.      In addition unlimited jurisdiction through the commerce clause the federal government now has the unlimited power to tax; and not the power to tax as set forth in the constitution.  That treasonous bastard Justice Roberts has sold our nation into slavery.  We can now be compelled to do anything or pay a tremendous “Tax”.  There is no limit on the amount of the “Tax” that congress can exact for according to the Roberts court congress makes the call on all taxation.     Worried Yet?  If not, you should be. Think of all the possibilities: Register or turn in your guns or face a $15,000 tax, submit your DNA or face $10,000 tax or  a terrorism screening where you would be compelled to submit your work, financial and family history, your IP address, access to your email accounts and phone records.    You See?  The possibilities are endless. Whether you are left or right or center, name your biggest fear of the government and it can be found with this ruling.  Read it yourself if you don’t believe me.      There are no limitations on civil rights or anything else because you don’t have to comply;All you have to do is pay the tax; Congress has the constitutional authority to tax as it wishes according to this ruling.     Just wait until the scumbags in Washington figure out how to use this. Each party will claim to be the champion of the people protecting them from abuse and tyrannical taxation while they are positioning themselves to get both houses and the presidency so they can tax and oppress the fuck out of their enemies.      But my wonderful story of America doesn’t end here, it only starts here. When you couple unlimited federal jurisdiction and unlimited taxation powers with the increasingly militarized police state you can come up with some very scary scenarios. Anything the police state wants you can be compelled to give them, or be taxed to a pauper, anyone that can afford to not comply will find that under the commerce clause the fed has jurisdiction and they can be compelled by law.    To put it plainly and bluntly, we are fucked.        There is no way of voting your way out of this.  I will never cast a vote again; it does not matter. We have been given over to kings and tyrants by the treasonous scum on our highest court.         But in the end the most important questions are: What are you going to do when it begins?  Will you submit or resist? Will you go on as if life is normal or will you become Edward Snowden?

Obama finally being seen for what he is,  “It was a combination of staggering naiveté, the appeasement of America’s enemies and strategic adversaries, and the championing of more big government solutions.”     although stupidity may be a more accurate description than naivet’e.  As North Korea, India, Pakistan  and Iran further their nuclear programs, the boy genius wants to cut our nuclear arsenal by 1/3 and then eventually eliminate them. This will be the utopian society where we will all join hands around the globe and sing we are the world..     It is amazing that a guy who is touted as the smartest guy in the room  adheres to a sophomoric ideology that most have discarded by the 8th grade.  It would be entirely laughable were it not for his position of power and his ties to radical revolutionaries.

What does it take to step over to the other side? As Edward Snowden said “It was no single event” that spurred him to do what he did. It was a collection of ever growing lies and deceit from our government that finally built until he reached his breaking point.  The important question is when will that point be reached for normal law abiding citizens? When will they realize the scale of the tyranny building and cross over themselves?     It is becoming ever more obvious that this administration is flagrantly flouting the rule of law and doing as it wishes. It certainly is not one single event but many; From Eric Holder and his contempt of congress to the IRS scandal. Every level of the government is involved in this lawlessness and corruption.      With the IRS scandal it was not just the IRS, some of the victims involved were not only audited , but also investigated by the FBI the ATF and even OSHA. With Bengahzi , the lies came from state and it is almost certain the white house was aware from the beginning but perpetuated them nonetheless.    Fast and furious involved not only the ATF, but also the FBI and state. Hillary used the guns coming in from fast and furious to try to further her gun control agenda when she used erroneous statistics about the guns coming from the US while standing next to a pile of assault rifles.  When Obama said that they were “working on gun control under the radar” it is almost certain that high level administration officials were aware that the ATF was flooding Mexico with guns and the carnage from those very same guns was going to be used to further their agenda.     Now we are  approaching the crossing point for “Normal” citizens; The point where they begin to rebel against the system. This is the point where righteousness begins to out weigh the threat of consequences and outrage overcomes fear. The enormity of these latest scandals are starting to sink into the public consciousness and resonate; This government is losing it’s legitimacy.     In Syria, when the mass protests first started, Assad’s troops began firing into the crowds to disperse them. When the shooting started the protests accelerated rather than diminished. Outrage overcame fear as the last shreds of Assad’s legitimacy evaporated .When he ordered firing upon peaceful protesters he could no longer be perceived as a legal, legitimate ruler.         People will submit to a lot of things , even if they don’t agree with them, if they feel they are legitimate. Take TSA for an example;  No one wants to go through a humiliating pat down, but as a whole, they submit to it.  They undergo the experience in the belief that TSA is, at least trying , to work for the greater good and are acting in good faith.     As soon as that belief in good faith is gone, such as being singled out unfairly or treated rudely, people immediately begin to rebel and a scene quickly ensues.  The context of the pat down changes as soon the perception of the pat down does.    The IRS is another prime example. The much feared financial arm of the Fed is going to find itself in difficult straits because of their malfeasance. It is simply a fundamental change in the perception of the agency.     Instead of fearing what they might find out, the attitude is going to be “” You are a bunch of frauds, crooks and liars, how dare you audit me. You are only auditing me because I write in opposition to the government”      Instead of fearfully submitting to an audit that type of perception can leave a bunch of agents in an office with the wrong end of a five gallon gas can.     The perception of events is all important and it all comes back to the consent of the governed. Even in prisons, they have the consent of the prisoners.Without that consent a prison could never be run. If no one followed the rules it would be chaos and so costly that no state could have one.   The prisons have the consent to run because most convicts know that they have broken the law and done wrong deeds; Even in prisons they have a sense of fairness. When prisoners feel that they are being mistreated or treated unfairly, riots break out or guards are singled out for revenge. (Which is actually fairly rare)  Once the perception of legitimacy is removed the prison quickly becomes ungovernable.    As more comes out about these scandals, more and more of the governments legitimacy is going to be removed. As it sinks in that the IRS was being used for voter suppression, to cheat the very way that we give our consent, more and more people are going to lose faith in the system and withdraw their consent.   As more information is released about the NSA domestic spying program and the true scope of the lies are revealed, one more layer of the veneer of legality will be stripped away from the regime.    As it becomes apparent that all of the powers of the Fed are being used for lawlessness and corruption and political machinations then more and more people are going to reach the crossing point.  I have already reached mine. Over 1/2 of Senate members skip briefing on NSA domestic spying

It is all about priorities. Only 47 out of 100 senate members attended a classified briefing on the NSA domestic spying. The rest hopped on planes early to enjoy the father’s day week end.     Do you feel represented? Do these spoiled elites stand for you or for me or for anything other than themselves ? It is apparent that they care nothing about their obligations to the constitution or their constituents .They have their position and power so why should they care about representing us when it is not an election year ?      If you don’t get it by now then you haven’t been paying attention; We have been had.  Everyone has been waiting for the revolution to start, when in fact it already over.The senate is no more interested in investigating the NSA than the FBI is in investigating the IRS. They are already aware of what is going on and are part of it.   We have been sold wholesale into bondage by both parties. This Government has become above the rule of law and our insignificant liberties will not stand in the way of it growing ever larger until it controls every aspect of our lives. The NSA spying is only the tip of the iceberg.    If you still think that you can vote your way out of this, I think you are sadly mistaken. Unless there are another 99 Rand Pauls waiting in the wings to be elected to the senate, the America that we knew is gone.      Now we are left with hard choices; Either submit or become the resistance.The time to choose will be coming in the near future.

Republicans in rush to prosecute Snowden

The extent of the police state has been unmasked and the Govt. is not happy about it, Calls for prosecution abound from both parties;  “I don’t know exactly the law and I don’t know the extent to which he violated whatever law is there, but he’s got to be prosecuted,” Sen. Chuck Grassley said.   John Boehner called him a traitor, while Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said he should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Rep. Pete King (R-N.Y.) says he’s a “defector.”      Snowden is a threat to their one party rule. What he has unmasked here is that the leadership of both parties are actively working to build this police state. I am sure that what he released is only the tip of the iceberg. I am sure that the warrantless spying is much more extensive and in depth than exposed in the initial release of info.    People are finally starting to wake up to the true state of our Govt.  Let’s see what other info he has.
