“INDIANAPOLIS — Multiple shots were fired at the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department’s Northwest District Headquarters late Tuesday night.
An officer called in a report of shots fired around 11 p.m. Upon further investigation, about 15 bullet holes were found on the outside of the building in the 3800 block of Industrial Boulevard.
Police say the shots appear to have come from a high-powered assault-style rifle.
There were shell casings all over the road on the ground along the street. A vehicle was also struck.”
I’m sure it wasn’t the Amish this time
“Judges who originally set $1 million dollar bonds for Waco Twin Peaks bikers had three of them re-arrested after they bonded out on reduced bonds. Their bonds were reset to $1 million, but they were able to bond out again.
The three men, Juan Garcia, Drew King, and James Harris, are all from Austin.
The Austin American-Statesman reported that Garcia is a 45-year old engineer with the city of Austin public works department. He is on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of his charges and an investigation by the city.”
Breitbart Texas reported that an attorney out of Austin, Texas has filed motions to remove the three McLennan County judges who set and retained the $1 million bonds. He argued that the judges have demonstrated bias and should be recused from making future rulings.
A recusal motion had been filed asking that Justice of the Peace W.H. “Pete” Peterson be recused because he not only set $1 million bonds for 174 bikers, but added he was doing so to “send a message.” According to the Waco Tribune, Peterson said “I think it is important to send a message… We had nine people killed in our community. These people just came in, and most of them were from out of town. Very few of them were from in town.”
Motions to remove Judges Johnson and Strother had also been filed because they approved the $1 million bonds, and ordered no other judge could rule on motions to reduce the bonds.
These bonds have been decried by well-regarded criminal lawyers, and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association as “absurd” and “unconstitutional.”
Sounds like the Bandidos need to recuse these assholes.
I have a feeling that that this is going to get ugly
Actually, I am rather hoping it will.
About time some of these judges were put in their places
Dispute over parking space may have ignited deadly Texas biker gang brawl, report claims
” Authorities in Texas reportedly are investigating whether a dispute over a parking space set off a deadly brawl and shootout between motorcycle gangs outside a Waco restaurant Sunday afternoon.
The Dallas Morning News reported that police were pursuing the parking space theory after interviewing several witnesses to the violent melee that left 9 gang members dead and injured 18 others. Another 170 gang members were charged with organized crime activity Monday, and investigators left open the possibility that capital murder charges may be filed. Bond was set at $1 million for each suspect, and the Morning News reported that members of each gang being kept separate from the other gangs at the local jail.
It’s like the Wild West,” McLennan County Sheriff Parnell McNamara told the paper. “These guys become very violent to each other very quickly over nothing.”
It is just like the three muslims killed in N.C..
Parking spots do matter. They are so much more than just empty space.
Help stop the violence
