Coming soon to a theater near you

Seems like everyone you talk to these days has a growing sense of unease. Shows on preppers have gone mainstream. Everyone is stockpiling something, be it gold, guns, ammo or food. The feeling saturates our society from the top to bottom. Those who can afford big time stuff are spending tens of thousands on supplies , safe rooms and land in the country.  Militia groups are growing at an exponential rate, gardening is suddenly a very popular past time and , at least in my state, you have to book a campsite almost a year ahead of time.     It all adds up to something bad, even if you are not a paranoid or prepper type.  I read this morning that Fiocchi is sold out of ammo for 2013 even after adding extra production. I am sure that DHS purchases account for some of the shortages but most of it are from citizen purchases. I personally know people sitting on 50k plus rounds.   Now, those of us on the more extreme side sit and wait, knowing full well that a pot this close to boiling will soon enough go over the top.  What will it be and what will be the mechanism that brings it? Who knows. It may be the gun control push sparking a war in New York or more likely Colorado. All I know is once Federal assets begin being used, it is on. All those people holding back because they don’t have a tangible target will suddenly have one and they are angry, righteous and trained. The significance of 2700 MRAPS is not lost on them.    It may also be a financial collapse that triggers it. If it comes this time, it is going to be bigger than you can wrap your head around. As Marc Faber said yesterday “Not even gold will save you from what is coming”.  At that point we will have surpassed SHTF and gone to TEOTWAWKI. If it comes to that, you better have tribe.     There is also the possibility that it may come down from the Federal side. You could wake up in the morning and find your neighborhood cordoned off with check points at each intersection, although I find that the most unlikely scenario.  I believe what they have in store will be a slow usurpation; TSA check points on highways, bus stations and train stations.  In Florida they are already doing bus and train stations on a random basis to warm people up to the idea.    What is happening now is like Intrade. Once enough people believe that something is going to happen, it is almost inevitable that it will; We seem to have this intuition for probability.   Whatever  is coming, I am thinking sooner rather than later and if you haven’t doubled down on being ready for it, I  suggest that you do.       Tempis Fugit

Ever kick a hornets nest?

You know they won’t be able to resist. They are so overwhelmingly assured in the immense power of their statist machine that they will have to.They have the goal in sight and all they have to do is kick the ball.  Go ahead, kick it.    I don’t think the response is going to be favorable. Once the hornets are out of the nest, they will play hell getting them back in.  Imagine if all the people planning resistance decided to act out, even if on a minor scale. Mayhem would quickly ensue. Once one group starts, others will quickly follow.   I am not even talking about acts of war, I am simply talking about acts of mayhem. Once people figure out a riot has started they then run with the mob.   Downed power lines, overturned cars, burning tire barricades and so forth. The local police forces would quickly be overwhelmed due to the sheer scale and guard troops would need to be called in.  Sure the guard will try to protect citizens and property , but deep down inside most of them are on our side.    If this were ever  to take place it would most likely come to the point that people would be targeting federal assets and TSA and DHS would be deployed in force. Now your state, your town, your neighborhood would be occupied by troops of the federal government.   Get the point?

America at war

Look around America, look around at those that surround you. Do you see those that will stand against your freedom and  take your rights ? They are traitors and enemies of the republic, though they will deny it. Our brotherhood with them has been shattered, torn asunder by their insidious evil.   They don’t deserve the label of neighbor or friend or brother. They are the enemy and they do the enemies bidding.  When push comes to shove, they will turn you in, point you out as an enemy. (And get paid for it in New York)    We are in a state of war now, though shots have yet to be fired.  On one side ,we have freedom and our constitutional republic, which many patriots have fallen and bled out their life’s blood for.  On the other side we have those that will tear down our freedoms and slowly enslave us, quietly strangle our God given rights and forge shackles on us while smiling and lying to us.   We were silent and peaceful for far too long and now we are paying for that. We are paying with freedom; We are bleeding it out on the grass like blood. It dies slowly on the ground before us with nothing to staunch it’s wounds.    We have relied on politicians, who have done nothing but lie and fill their pockets with money. We have sent them them to represent us and they mock us from their seats of power , ruling us as lords and kings. All they do is is seek position and power.  We have been betrayed; There a but a few elected who will actually uphold their duties.    It now falls to us , as it is apparent that we have been failed in the most inglorious of ways. We must do what they will not; Honor our oaths.    Happy Friday all.

Colorado Governor signs anti gun bill into law

Well Colorado has gone and done it and personally, I think that they have stepped in it. On July 2nd the day after the new law goes into effect, a magazine swap meet is going to take place to test their mettle. http://co-ironwill.blogspot.com/2013/03/commierado-gov-signs-victim-disarmament.html . With 62 out of 64 county sheriffs in opposition to these illegal laws, they are going to have fun arresting these people.   In addition to the native folk, outside groups looking to make a stand are planning to travel into Colorado. http://sipseystreetirregulars.blogspot.com/2013/03/oh-theyll-get-wolverines-back-in.html     Yep, things are certainly starting to heat up.This is where it is going to get dicey. Let’s say they do arrest a large number of these self righteous citizens. What do they think is going to happen if they are imprisoned? If that happens I will tell you this much; They better never let them out. They will have destroyed their lives and I will guarantee that there will be retribution.    The night before the signing of the bill the Colorado head of corrections was assassinated when he answered a 12:30 A.M. knock on his door. Now they are scrambling to add extra security for the Governor and the rest of the traitorous legislators that voted for the bill.  Now the shooting may not have been related to the bill, but I am absolutely certain that it was retribution by someone.     I believe that you will see that this July 2nd event is going to snowball into something giant. I would suggest that anyone inside or outside of Colorado who wants to support the cause of liberty to be there on July 2. I know that many people cannot afford the trip , but if you can, be there. This is our line in the sand, all of ours and not just Colorado’s. I also encourage you to petition the various gun lobbies (NRA, GOA , SAS, etc.) for their participation in this event as I will be doing.    Isn’t  it cool that it is only 2 days before the 4th of July?   Molon Labe. Spread the word!

We are Americans

This is not an easy choice we make. This is most likely  our death we face .  We are family men; honorable men.  We are  citizens of the community. We love our families, as do you. We are drinkers, lovers, men of abstinence and all in between. We are good men, God fearing men, and those that don’t believe.    We are Americans, those people that stand above the world. (yes we do ) and we stand up  and tell you when you  do what is not right.   We are Americans and we will fight to the death for what is right.  Don’t make us fight, because If you do that ,we lose all that we have and then we have nothing left to lose.  God help us all if it comes to that.    May all men of  honor , now honor their oath.        We are the chosen and we now live our lives every day as if we are dead men. We live as ghosts.  Our lives gone, done and dead , because of what we choose.  We choose freedom and so be it.

We will pound our fearsome sound

Please take this in context. This is from my wife and she has been under tremendous stress.   I am serious . She is being assaulted,  her way of life altered and frankly is fucking pissed off about it.    She grew up in America, a place to love, that her family fought and died to protect. Her way of life, her very life is now threatened. Here is the response of the woman I love.   An excerpt: ” We have now been driven to madness, poked like rabid animals in a cage . You are unleashing a beast that loves the blood of it’s enemies. We are an enemy that will play sport with your skulls, that will fashion your  flesh for our war drums. We will pound our fearsome sound out with your bones. Can you hear the sound? It is getting closer and closer” Yeah, that’s my baby. I will love her ’til I die. I have taken a vow to her, my love , That I will not fire the first shot.     That’s my baby.

Why “Assault rifles” are protected by the second amendment

IN THE ABSENCE OF ANY EVIDENCE TENDING TO SHOW THAT POSSESSION OR USE
OF A "SHOTGUN HAVING A BARREL OF LESS THAN EIGHTEEN INCHES IN LENGTH"
AT THIS TIME HAS SOME REASONABLE RELATIONSHIP TO THE PRESERVATION OR
EFFICIENCY OF A WELL REGULATED MILITIA, WE CANNOT SAY THAT THE SECOND
AMENDMENT GUARANTEES THE RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR SUCH AN INSTRUMENT.
CERTAINLY IT IS NOT WITHIN JUDICIAL NOTICE THAT THIS WEAPON IS ANY PART
OF THE ORDINARY MILITARY EQUIPMENT OR THAT ITS USE COULD CONTRIBUTE TO
THE COMMON DEFENSE. AYMETTE V. STATE, 2 HUMPHREYS (TENN.) 154, 158.
U.S. v Miller March 30 1939

Miller and a buddy were busted transporting a short barreled shotgun, with a
barrel less than 18", across state lines in violation of the 1934 national
firearms act. The shotgun was supposed to be registered and have a tax stamp
purchased:Of which it had neither. Above is an excerpt from the supreme court
ruling that upheld their conviction. You will notice two things that are of
importance:IN THE ABSENCE OF ANY EVIDENCE TENDING TO SHOW THAT POSSESSION OR
USE OF A "SHOTGUN HAVING A BARREL OF LESS THAN EIGHTEEN INCHES IN LENGTH AT
THIS TIME HAS SOME REASONABLE RELATIONSHIP TO THE PRESERVATION OR EFFICIENCY OF
A WELL REGULATED MILITIA" and "IT IS NOT WITHIN JUDICIAL NOTICE THAT THIS
WEAPON IS ANY PART OF THE ORDINARY MILITARY EQUIPMENT OR THAT ITS USE COULD
CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMMON DEFENSE." Did you notice what they based their
finding on? One that the weapon may not contribute to a militia and two that it
is not like THE ORDINARY MILITARY EQUIPMENT. If they had he been transporting
the main battle rifle of U.S. forces of the time, The M1 Garand ,they
would have been all right. If troops were currently using short barreled weapons
then they apparently would have ruled in favor of Miller. This paragraph
also acknowledges participation in a militia even though he belonged to none
either formal or informal. So it is acknowledged that he is part of the body militia.
Next is the part of U.S V. Miller has been used against personal firearm use for decades:
"THE CONSTITUTION AS ORIGINALLY ADOPTED GRANTED TO THE CONGRESS POWER "TO
PROVIDE FOR CALLING FORTH THE MILITIA TO EXECUTE THE LAWS OF THE UNION, SUPPRESS
INSURRECTIONS AND REPEL INVASIONS; TO PROVIDE FOR ORGANIZING, ARMING, AND
DISCIPLINING, THE MILITIA, AND FOR GOVERNING SUCH PART OF THEM AS MAY BE
EMPLOYED IN THE SERVICE OF THE UNITED STATES, RESERVING TO THE STATES
RESPECTIVELY, THE APPOINTMENT OF THE OFFICERS, AND THE AUTHORITY OF TRAINING THE
MILITIA ACCORDING TO THE DISCIPLINE PRESCRIBED BY CONGRESS." WITH OBVIOUS
PURPOSE TO ASSURE THE CONTINUATION AND RENDER POSSIBLE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SUCH
FORCES THE DECLARATION AND GUARANTEE OF THE SECOND AMENDMENT WERE MADE.
IT MUST BE INTERPRETED AND APPLIED WITH THAT END IN VIEW. THE MILITIA WHICH THE
STATES WERE EXPECTED TO MAINTAIN AND TRAIN IS SET IN CONTRAST WITH TROOPS WHICH
THEY WERE FORBIDDEN TO KEEP WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF CONGRESS. THE SENTIMENT OF
THE TIME STRONGLY DISFAVORED STANDING ARMIES; THE COMMON VIEW WAS THAT ADEQUATE
DEFENSE OF COUNTRY AND LAWS COULD BE SECURED THROUGH THE MILITIA - CIVILIANS
PRIMARILY, SOLDIERS ON OCCASION." This seems to set in stone that the only
Militias were the state run national guard militias; even though they used the
weapons failure of contribution to the militia as the reason for
ruling against him. Now comes the recent ruling on the DC gun ban which relied
heavily on Miller. Below is an excerpt:
            District of Columbia V. Heller
 1) The Second Amendment protects an individual right to
possess a firearm unconnected with service in a militia, and to use
that arm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the
home. Pp. 2–53.
(a) The Amendment’s prefatory clause announces a purpose, but does not limit or expand the scope of the second part, the operative clause. The operative clause’s text and history demonstrate that it connotes an individual right to keep and bear arms. Pp. 2–22.
(b) The prefatory clause comports with the Court’s interpretation of the operative clause. The “militia” comprised all males physically capable of acting in concert for the common defense. The Antifederalists feared that the Federal Government would disarm the people in order to disable this citizens’ militia, enabling a politicized standing army or a select militia to rule. The response was to deny Congress power to abridge the ancient right of individuals to keep and bear arms, so that the ideal of a citizens’ militia would be preserved. Pp. 22–28.
(c) The Court’s interpretation is confirmed by analogous arms-bearing rights in state constitutions that preceded and immediately followed the Second Amendment. Pp. 28–30.
(d) The Second Amendment’s drafting history, while of dubious interpretive worth, reveals three state Second Amendment proposals that unequivocally referred to an individual right to bear arms. Pp. 30–32.
Now after this Scalia goes on to say that this does not cover any weapon, like dangerous ones, but ones that are common to the time. It is obvious though by reading Miller that they are referring to weapons of war. Now I personally don’t give a shit what the SCOTUS rules, because I think they sold us down the river long ago; they lost their objectivity and became an arm of the federal machine. But if you add Heller and Miller it is obvious what you have; We are part of the Militia body and we should have weapons of war. The reason I spent all this time writing this is for others as,I already stated how I feel about SCOTUS rulings. The next time you have some liberal tell you that the second amendment is about duck hunting or some such crap, smack them upside the head with some truth. You may also pass this on to any misinformed on our side if they don’t quite get the indignity of what the fed and states are trying to do to us.

The road to war, part two

The reason I say that “The war has already started, they just don’t know it yet” is because I believe it to be the truth. The seeds have been planted; They have been sown into the fertile soil of righteous indignation. A soil that is rich and dark, ideal for growth.   Righteous indignation is the birthplace of revolution, it’s lifesbood. It is the perception of oppression that starts these things. Taxation without representation! It wasn’t the fact that they were being taxed, it was the fact that they were being taxed without their consent or participation. They were being oppressed.   We are not Occupy Wall street. We are not a band of ne’er do wells and druggies with vague goals born out of jealousy of others. We are not left wing ideologues who desire some twisted Utopia that has always failed.   We are instead the spirit and the blood of this nation, the stuff that it was born from. And now we have the feeling and not just the feeling, but outright knowledge, that we are now being oppressed.   The feeling has been creeping in slowly. The DHS, The TSA, The patriot act, and that most intolerable act , the NDAA.   I am sure you are all aware of the of the the provisions that were added to the 2012 NDAA that allowed for the military arrest of individuals and their indefinite detention without trial.   Dianne Feinstein added language to make sure it did not apply to American citizens . That language was summarily removed in the senate at the request of the administration. The NDAA provision for indefinite detention was struck down in Sept. with a stinging rebuke by Judge Katherine Forrest which was immediately appealed by the white house.  There intent is clear.     Now it seems, they wish to disarm us, to take the only means that we have to defend against this  tyranny .  And that is the final act, the push over the edge.     Now we look not with suspicion, but rather clarity ,and say “Your intent is oppression”.  That is when we react with righteous indignation. We can no longer look and say that it is not true. But we do not react with fear, instead we are emboldened;  Righteous indignation has a way of making fear evaporate.   When you make that conscious choice that you are willing to fight and die because you have been so grievously offended , fear no longer plays a part.   This is what has been awakened in millions of us. A righteous anger and indignation so deep that we have no fear, when the time comes we will fight and we will die. We will spill our blood as our forefathers.  Millions of us across the nation respond with the cry Molon Labe! And we mean it.       Something has been started, at least in thought, if not yet in deed. The seed has been planted. The fire has been started.    Where it goes from here no one knows, but my advice would be, better not pour anymore water on that seed.   The war has already started, they just don’t know it yet.
