The state of corruption/ FBI impeding IRS investigation

When the rule of law no longer matters in a government, that lawlessness slowly creeps through the entire bureaucracy. As our government becomes more corrupt we are quickly moving to an Eastern block type of bureaucratic dictatorship.   Corrupt leadership quickly spreads through all levels of bureaucracy and soon all of the lettered agencies will be doing the bidding of the system.  The system, after time, takes on a life of it’s own and becomes self perpetuating; It’s end becoming it’s means.   The agencies do not have to be told what to do, they just do as part of the system and the corruption spreads until every level is permeated. Eventually every level of life will be ruled by institutionalized corruption. Even as we sit, those proverbial frogs in slowly boiling water, the chains of our own imprisonment are forged around us. It is not by chance that the system is doing all it can to spread it’s tentacles everywhere.    The system has reached the point that without direct leadership it is preparing it’s own eventuality and perpetuity. The TSA, NSA, EPA, ATF, and numerous other “Lettered” bureaus are now creeping into every aspect of life (The examples are so numerous that I need not name them)  and soon all that information and power that they are gathering will be put to use.   Right now there is only one key structure missing; A military force that can be used for control on the local level. Control comes not only by the use of force but also and mainly by intimidation. Enter into the picture now the MRAPS that are being distributed throughout the country to local law enforcement. These multi-ton armored behemoths are being snatched up like hot cakes by P.D.s across the nation and put into service as SWAT vehicles.   As this militarization takes place DHS is working to incorporate local PDs into it’s structure. Soon, and very soon, I think the end game will be upon us.   What choices at that point do we have? Any who dare to stand directly against the might of the machine will quickly be put out of their misery, met by overwhelming force . If the media mouth pieces even acknowledge their existence they will be labeled as miscreants, child molesters,  psychopaths or worse.    The answer is that we need to do what we are doing; We are dissidents now in the European sense. The dissident is actually the most dangerous thing that the system faces because He/She is the only one willing to speak the truth. While everyone else is afraid to speak so they don’t upset their comfortable, life the dissident is compelled by truth to speak out.  The system only works when everyone, with a wink and a nod, acknowledges the systems sovereignty over them and goes along with it.    The key is to live the truth and speak it and part of that truth is to acknowledge that our government has become so corrupt that we can’t vote our way out of this. It has gone too far and too long to be cured by one party or the other.       Read the excerpt below and you decide what the truth is and then decide if you have the courage to speak it. Being a dissident is a dangerous job and it has caused many to be imprisoned for lengthy terms and many will choose their comfortable ,mind numbed lives instead of truth.    But my truth is that even if you imprison me, I am still a free man, for that liberty lives within me. Our trip down the road to totalitarianism didn’t start in 1934 but that was the seminal year for the formation of the all powerful federal government. It actually started with Lincoln asserting Federal power over the states by making war on the confederates; but that was on the level of establishing federal supremacy over the states rights.  I use 1934  as the year that it really started because  that is when unlimited   federal  power was given over the citizenry.            With the much flawed ruling that banned machine guns. the fate of our nation was sealed; by ruling that machine guns affected interstate commerce and were therefore subject to the commerce clause the door was opened to the unlimited abuse of the clause that we now have. With the SCOTUS perverted interpretation of the commerce clause every aspect of American life could be claimed to be under Federal Jurisdiction. From what type of crops a farmer may grow to it being illegal to grow pot in your backyard has been ruled to be subject to the commerce clause. The Fed now dictates everything from your toilet and shower to your light bulbs the    Now for the scary part; the Obamacare ruling the National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius . A lot of people really haven’t thought about the implications of the ruling.      In addition unlimited jurisdiction through the commerce clause the federal government now has the unlimited power to tax; and not the power to tax as set forth in the constitution.  That treasonous bastard Justice Roberts has sold our nation into slavery.  We can now be compelled to do anything or pay a tremendous “Tax”.  There is no limit on the amount of the “Tax” that congress can exact for according to the Roberts court congress makes the call on all taxation.     Worried Yet?  If not, you should be. Think of all the possibilities: Register or turn in your guns or face a $15,000 tax, submit your DNA or face $10,000 tax or  a terrorism screening where you would be compelled to submit your work, financial and family history, your IP address, access to your email accounts and phone records.    You See?  The possibilities are endless. Whether you are left or right or center, name your biggest fear of the government and it can be found with this ruling.  Read it yourself if you don’t believe me.      There are no limitations on civil rights or anything else because you don’t have to comply;All you have to do is pay the tax; Congress has the constitutional authority to tax as it wishes according to this ruling.     Just wait until the scumbags in Washington figure out how to use this. Each party will claim to be the champion of the people protecting them from abuse and tyrannical taxation while they are positioning themselves to get both houses and the presidency so they can tax and oppress the fuck out of their enemies.      But my wonderful story of America doesn’t end here, it only starts here. When you couple unlimited federal jurisdiction and unlimited taxation powers with the increasingly militarized police state you can come up with some very scary scenarios. Anything the police state wants you can be compelled to give them, or be taxed to a pauper, anyone that can afford to not comply will find that under the commerce clause the fed has jurisdiction and they can be compelled by law.    To put it plainly and bluntly, we are fucked.        There is no way of voting your way out of this.  I will never cast a vote again; it does not matter. We have been given over to kings and tyrants by the treasonous scum on our highest court.         But in the end the most important questions are: What are you going to do when it begins?  Will you submit or resist? Will you go on as if life is normal or will you become Edward Snowden?

The corruption of the Obama administration finally boils over

The foul stench of this onerous administration has finally begun to permeate into the general population. While the media still attempts damage control for the administration, it has come to the point that they must admit that something is going on or lose their last vestige of credibility .    Right now they are  trying to spin the AP story into a justified intrusion for national security reasons even while writing a joint letter of complaint to the DOJ. Libya is being spun as a political witch hunt while they call for the release of all the emails involved.  NBC news ran a story yesterday about how overworked and understaffed the IRS was in an attempt to soften the TEA party story, but I believe that one is runaway.     The bottom line here, is that this administration is so corrupt , from the top to the bottom , that eventually what they are doing will have to come out. The only problem I see  is that I don’t think the Republicans will be able to do anything about it. In the past it was expected that when congress asked or subpenaed information that it would be provided.  I am sure that this collection of liars, crooks and usurpers have no intention of giving up any incriminating information. They will instead stonewall, lie and destroy anything that points back to them.    The level of corruption in this government rises to the point of illegitimacy. They have thrown off the rule of law and are actively undermining the constitution. They have entrenched themselves in all the position of power and bureaucracy and are “Fundamentally transforming” our nation.     I honestly don’t see them letting go. The only end that I see is for them to be forcibly removed from power sometime in the near future , either at the orders of Congress or by the people.

Constitution to be re-interpeted to allow the hanging of arrogent asses like Bloomberg

In the wake of the Boston Marathon bombings, Mayor Michael Bloomberg said Monday the country’s interpretation of the Constitution will “have to change” to allow for greater security to stave off future attacks.

“The people who are worried about privacy have a legitimate worry,” Mr. Bloomberg said during a press conference in Midtown. “But we live in a complex word where you’re going to have to have a level of security greater than you did back in the olden days, if you will. And our laws and our interpretation of the Constitution, I think, have to change.”

In the wake of Michael Bloomberg saying that the constitution should be re-interpreted,  the two rabbits who live in my office, Larry and Mr. Bunny have called for a re-interpretation  that would allow hanging him.

“The people who are worried about hanging  have a legitimate worry,” Mr. Bunny said during a press conference in my office. “But we live in a complex world where you’re going to have to have a level of punishment greater than you did back in the olden days, if you will. And our laws and our interpretation of the Constitution, I think, have to change.”  In a joint statement they both went on to say ” In the olden days they simply would have tarred and feathered him, but we need an interpretation that would allow the hanging of arrogant , communist , douchebags like Bloomberg”             Mayor Bloomberg’s office has declined to comment.

Don’t get out teched. Assuming that things are going south, but civilization hasn’t crashed you need to have technology to keep up with the other side.  Cell phone and GPS blockers can be invaluable tools. GPS blockers effectively block any GPS outgoing signals within a specified range .If you have a car with  built in  GPS tracking or want to defeat a car attached device then this is for you.     Plug it in your lighter and you go dark. There are also hand held versions that will allow you to carry it with you and block cell phone GPS. (Don’t make calls)    More powerful devices can block the GPS signals of airplanes and airports..   All of these are of course illegal but readily available.   Cell phone blockers will also black out coverage within a given area. Blockage also depends on the strength of the incoming signal and the output of the device. Cell phone blockers are routinely used by the military  and secret service to defeat bombs detonated by cell phones (Think McFly, think)   There are many situations today where the police and the military use cell phones for private communication instead of open radio channels.    With these totally illegal and readily available devices you can have an up  in the coming tech war.  I did say they were illegal , right?  Oh yeah and they are illegal , so don’t ever buy one. Even if they do work great      By the way: Don’t pay 70 dollars for the car GPS blocker; the 13 dollar one from Ebay works fine.

The truth about the gun grab

Many people today are waiting , wondering where and when the fight starts.Waiting for that shot to be fired so they can act. In their minds they conjure up a battle against some dark federal leviathan that sweeps through their Gothamesque city , black clad and menacing in futuristic uniforms.   The truth is that the enemy and the fight is actually a lot closer to home. They are not nameless or faceless. The enemy makes some uncomfortable because they are not storm troopers armed to the teeth ,moving in huddled groups through the dark of night. Instead they live two doors down from you. They are the person you see walking their dog every day. They are the person who teaches your fourth grade child.  They wear the face of just a regular person. They are Democrats and they are the real enemy and driving force behind all anti gun legislation. The source for the upcoming gun grab is solely the responsibility of the Democrat party and the Democrat voter. The voters  either heartily or tacitly support their parties goals ; Otherwise they wouldn’t be voting for them.   We are preparing to fight a fight without truly identifying who the enemy is. If DHS, TSA or some other federal agency shows up in your town to seize firearms it will be under the directions of Democrats. The person you see walking their dog everyday? They will point you out as a gun owner if they know. That schoolteacher? They will question your 4th grader to find out if you have guns.   Enemies are easier to fight if they are nameless and faceless; Non persons stripped of identity and humanity. That is why in war we have Gooks, Krauts, Chinks and such. It make them easier to kill and still sleep at night . They don’t have fathers or mothers or families to mourn them because they are just Gooks.    It is time to take a hard look at the real enemy and decide what to do.    Maybe we can come up with a cool name for them so we can sleep better at night.

Resistance: Breaking the perception of the infallability of the state

Part of not playing by the rules is ensuring that military operations come second to the battle of persuading the people. Ultimately, a government cannot exist without some sort of consent by the governed. At the very least, the ruled must resign themselves to government control. The two most dangerous ideas to state are therefore 1) that the people do not need it, and 2) that the government can be defeated. Once the people are persuaded of these two points, no government can exist.

Of these two ideas, proving the vulnerability of the state is the more difficult. The state has a powerful Army, Navy and Air Force, all outfitted with the latest technology. Many believe the only thing that could beat such power is another state with an equally powerful military. The resister proves the vulnerability of these conventional forces by opposing them and surviving to tell the tale. Most people assume that any one individual opposing the state would be crushed by the full might and power of an empire. However, when the state fails to crush that individual, it shows that resistance is possible and lowers the cost of others joining the resister’s movement. It also makes the resistance leader appear larger-than-life. For example, Mullah Omar and members of the Haqqani Network actively opposed the Soviet Union and the United States in Pashtunistan and are still alive to inspire others. The inability to stop these individuals illustrates the failing of massive armies with overwhelming technological superiority. Of course, the loss of such leaders is a propaganda coup for the government. However, as Al-Qaeda has proven, such leaders are easy to replace at a very low cost.   Joshua Van Buskirk

I was making Swiss steak earlier. I went to the bin to get the meat tenderizer and found that the metal part with the blades had fallen off and gotten lost. I had to  come up with something.  So this was my answer. Yes, that is a hole saw and it worked like a champ….

There are no dates on the slides, but an Army spokesman told the Navy Times that the materials were presented last year to soldiers.

The Army Chief of Chaplains office said that the training was an isolated incident and the slides were not sanctioned by the U.S. Army Department.

Anti- government extremist

The left has a generic term for people like me. Along with right wing, extremist and  far right, anti-government always pops up. In fact I am not anti government at all. I am anti fascist, anti-communist, anti-dictator and anti-king. I am against all the things that our government was set up to protect us against.   I believe that our form of government is one of the most beautiful things in the history of mankind.  It is the embodiment of freedom and self determination. I look at it with reverence and am sometimes astounded by the sheer simplicity of what it actually stands for, written out in such simple terms.

That is the founding principle of our nation. It is not only eloquent, but a deep and powerful statement about the soul of our nation and us as a people. How can I hate that? How could I hate a thing of such beauty?   Anti- government ?  Au contraire , I am a government advocate, one who wishes that our republic and it’s principles would stand forever. My only problem is with those that wish to distort and destroy our government. It is they, not I that should wear that label.   This is what we are rising to defend. We are not waging an offensive action, but rather a defensive action; We are not fighting against but rather advocating for.   Anti-government?  No, just give us our damn government back. Just an American

       I am not a rash man; I do not make decisions without serious thought.
 I over think things to a fault when it is an important decision.  Where
 I am today was not something that happened overnight. I was a political
 activist for 4 years (Obviously a failed one) and an organizer for 
912DC.    I am by most standards considered a radical because I am 
usually the the first one to react to events and my solutions are always
 a little more extreme than most.  I myself don't think that I am 
radical, I just happen to have unusual clarity when it comes to events 
and their outcomes. My solutions seem a little more extreme than most 
because of what I see as the outcome;  (X) is a justified as a response 
because of the outcome of (Y).      After 912DC I knew that we were in 
deep, deep, shit. The largest gathering in Washington DC history was 
completely ignored by not only the administration, but also the entire 
MSM. It was obvious  that we had been disregarded , not so much of 
course that Chairman zero had been flown out of Washington when we 
arrived, but  in the other sense. I knew then that the battle had 
crossed the threshold and that we would be where we are now.    I 
petitioned people then to tell them that a dangerous line had been 
crossed and to no avail.  Everyone thought that any type of disobedience
 would reflect badly on our cause and somehow the Republicans would be 
elected and make it better. The Republicans of course reinforced this 
and assured everyone that they would make it better  if they were 
elected.( We all see where that went.)     Let me take you to a 
flashback to the mid 90's. Things were a little hot, but not like today.
 Militias were forming up in numbers and some people were starting to 
wake up, but not many. Back then I was REALLY considered a radical. I 
saw then, what we have today. It was obvious where it was all going but 
most people completely ignored it. If you were to talk about the coming 
police state, you were a whack job. Things like DHS ? Unthinkable.     
So here we are today. I am still a radical, but I have a lot more 
brothers. A lot more people are awake than in the past. I seem a lot 
less radical now, but only because  a lot of other people are catching 
on to the learning curve.     I truly  think that we have  passed the 
point of no return , but still wish that this bitter cup would be passed
 from our lips. My wish for tomorrow is that we would all wake in a free
 America. My wish is that you and all you love would be safe. My wish is
 simply the American dream. Live it,love it, be it.

The second amendment is not about hunting

This man was arrested after an “Anti government” rally in Louisiana for possession of marijuana and his children were taken. He is a USAF vet and part of the patriot community  I personally will give him and his family aid and shelter if I come across them.

The logical conclusion

Connecticut has now passed some of the strictest anti gun laws in the country and a bill has been floated in congress to exact a $10,000 dollar fine on any gun owner that doesn’t carry liability insurance on their firearms. It seems that in the most illogical of ways, they are going to push this issue  to it’s most logical conclusion; Mayhem and bloodshed.    The problem is that they are missing the most important part of the true American psyche; We come from revolutionaries who could not live under a crown and threw off the chains of oppression. Even the founders missed this and they started to rule as they wished and the end result of that was the whiskey rebellion and the subsequent codifying of the bill of rights.     Because of the leftists innate belief in the absolute power of the state, they have made a grave tactical misjudgement. They think that the fear of state reprisal against individuals will cow all constitutional  patriots into a fearful state of submission. The problem is that fear of reprisal doesn’t exist in many of us. We are law abiding citizens and we don’t commit crimes: And  not out of fear of reprisal, but because we are the good guys. We are your cops, your soldiers, your paramedics, citizens who intervene in crime, your neighbors who watch your house while you are gone. We don’t take pictures while people die on train tracks and say there was no time to respond. If you are in trouble we are the people to call.     On another front they have also gravely misjudged our patriotism and dedication to the constitution. They do not realize that we will fight and die to defend not just our rights, but also our republic and our sacred constitution; That which spells out the rights we claim to all future dictators. There is no legislating away our rights because they are codified in stone. If they defy that, then they defy us and it it is up to us to claim our rights, for they have become illegitimate.    They will try to make us criminals, they will call us terrorists and worse for what is to come ; But it is all in the name of taking our legitimacy; Although It is not us who are criminals, but rather they. Resistance to tyranny is not terrorism, but rather a duty. It is our duty to protect and defend the constitution and in the end re-institute the government when it no longer represents the people.          I have as much to lose as the next man, but I can’t make the easy choice. When it comes to this, I am required by duty  to stand up and make the tough choice. Maybe I will be hung , maybe I will be shot, maybe I will live.   I am not feeling real optimistic at the moment. Maybe at the the most I will make the patriot  roll of those who fell.     I will be proud to be put upon the list .

RESISTANCE IS NOT TERRORISM

Actions have consequences

In Kaufman county Texas, Mike Mclelland and his wife Cynthia were both found shot to death in their home. This happened  Saturday, two months after Assistant District Attorney Mark Hasse was gunned down and less than two weeks after Colorado prisons chief Tom Clements was also killed.   It seems that what they are experiencing is a breakdown of the “System”. When the “System” functions as it should, criminals take their punishment, do their time and don’t go out looking for revenge. The entire prison system operates with the approval of the inmates.  They get up when they are told to, eat when they are told to and sleep when they are told to. The entire thing works because inmates cooperate with their own  imprisonment. If they all refused to leave their cells or to obey any order at all, the prison staff would almost have to match the inmate population. The entire endeavor would be so costly that no state could afford it.   Now, cracks are in showing in the very fabric of the prison system and the judicial system. Normally an official in the “System” is not held responsible for their actions unless they break the laws of the “System”  and that is judged from within. Their actions don’t have consequences because they are insulated and protected by the rest of the “System” which taken collectively is all powerful.    But just like the prison system, everyone has to agree and cooperate with the orders that come down or it doesn’t work.    Take Christopher Dorner and his cop hit list as an example. Because he took it upon himself to go outside the law he threw the entire System into chaos. It would have been even worse if he hadn’t named a hit list because they would have had to protect even more cops. Cops will do their job as long as they think that the other cops can protect them and people will cooperate and fear that protection.      I am not judging or defaming any of the deceased, as I know nothing about them; They may have been the greatest of heroes.  I am simply saying that they died as a direct result of their actions because individuals decided to work outside of the system . None of these killings were random acts; They were targeted attacks not just on individuals but also on the “System” itself.    Acts like these are usually dealt with harshly and quickly as the facade of the System cannot be broken for long. You see, the system operates like a bank; It doesn’t work without faith. With banks the faith has to come from the outside,from customers who believe the bank will give them their money. With the system the faith has to come from the inside; Those within must believe the system can protect them from the harm.      Now think about this for a moment; Right now millions of people are being forced out of the system. In states like new York  ,Connecticut,  Colorado, California and others they are criminalizing many of their citizens. Many, if not most of those citizens are taking their first small steps outside the system by flat out refusing to do as the law states.    Cracks in the facade of the larger system are now starting to show. The question is though when you force someone to be a criminal outside of the system, how far will that person go? Personally, when all these laws go into full effect, I think we are going to find out. I think that there will be consequences for their actions.
