JEB proves that he is a full on retard

“Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush wants the United States to declare war on ISIS.

Speaking on “Meet the Press” on Sunday, Bush addressed the recent attacks in Paris and said that he believes America has a responsibility to lead in the fight against what he called “this radical Islamist threat.”

“This is viewed as a law enforcement exercise by the Obama administration. We should declare war,” Bush said. “We have the capabilities to do this. We just have to show the will.”

His desire to call for war could provoke comparisons to his brother, President George W. Bush, who sent troops to Iraq in what became a widely unpopular war against terrorism after the September 11 attacks on the U.S.”

“The former Florida governor listed a number of actions he thinks President Barack Obama should take, including declaring a no-fly zone over Syria and directly arming the Peshmerga forces in Iraq. Bush also declared that he wants to American boots on the ground in the fight against ISIS.”

A no fly zone over Syria

What a genius

Russia is flying hundreds of sorties a week and bombing the hell out of the people that are supposedly our allies

And JEB proposes that we make a no fly zone

In fact he believes that it is the most important thing that we can do to defeat ISIS

That and boots on the ground

So let us do an Iraq replay but this time with Russia adding extra flavor

No thanks Mr. Bush

Between your brother and your father

We have already been fucked to high heaven and back

Don’t run JEB, just walk

America has had enough of Bushes with bad ideas

Most of 177 Twin Peaks bikers no longer wearing ankle monitors

“Of the 177 bikers jailed after the May 17 Twin Peaks shootout, none remain in McLennan County jails and 135 of those were fitted with GPS ankle monitors after negotiating reduced bonds.

Almost five months later, all but 22 of those 135 have been allowed to remove the ankle monitors after agreements between their attorneys and state prosecutors to amend the conditions of their bonds.

None of the bikers who wore the monitors for varying periods of time committed any serious violations that caused them to be removed from the GPS program, said Ronnie Marroquin, office manager for Recovery Healthcare in Waco, which oversees the monitoring program.”

Reyna’s prosecutors have taken hard lines during examining trials for bikers, alleging that each showed up at Twin Peaks that day wearing his or her colors, most of them armed, in a show of full support for their affiliate members because they were keenly aware that such a firestorm could erupt.

This despite testimony from state and local officers that they had no evidence that the bikers in the examining trials committed any crimes or had any knowledge that the gunfight might occur.

So why now? Why are prosecutors allowing the bikers to roam free without the GPS tracking systems?

“Assuming, if you are like me, that this is not going to end up with 177 convictions and 177 life sentences,” said Austin attorney Adam Reposa, who said his multiple Bandido clients were set to get their ankle monitors removed last week.

“It is going to end up pretty much the opposite,” he said. “So if you are the people who are prosecuting, you have to start culling cases that you are conceding. They realize they are not going anywhere with this particular individual, so eventually, they have to start letting go.

“That is what I see. We are starting the letting-go process, although they are not admitting they did something wrong. Oh God, no. They would never do that. I don’t think we will ever get to that point where they admit these people did nothing wrong and should never have been arrested,” Reposa said.”

I am really surprised

Who would have thought that this might be a case of shoot happy cops?

This has smelled bad from the start

Totally awesome must see Donald Trump video

Absolutely hilarious

They made it to burn Trump but they made so funny that it backfired

I almost dropped on the floor laughing at the money guns

Enjoy

I will not go peacefully

From T.L. Davis at Christian Mercenary:

For the most part, I think my last post was seized upon for its anti-tax position much more than it should have been. Who cares about my particular situation? Is it relevant? My answer is no. I was asking how long will you wait to resist? Or as one person suggested: What are you doing to resist?

Trust me, the very mention of resistance caused visits from the Department of Homeland Security (an inclusion which will already invite numerous visits), the USDA, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Defense, the Naval Information boys, the Department of State, office of the Secretary and numerous state organizations all interested in what I might say about resistance to their illegal activities.

If anyone doubts that what I write costs me something, think again. I put everything on the line every time I write a syllable. It is something I have understood since 2011 when an IRS agent arrived at my place of business to intimidate me with accusations and insinuations. Ultimately, it cost me several thousand dollars and more than a year of such intimidation.

These are the actions of an oppressive government. I relate such instances to put a personal face to the intimidation and oppression. I do not speak of generalities, of hypotheticals. These things have happened to me and continue to happen to me because I speak the truth and I tell the tale of the abuses of the government. My wife hates me for it, but has now, since she has also been implicated (by association), come to recognize that NO government has the right to treat their citizens as such and still claim the authority of the PEOPLE.

We are not the people to them, we are subjects, serfs, obligated laborers, nothing more. A republic is based on the concept that the people themselves are represented by elected officials. That is not what we have today. What we have, as a government, is an oligarchy (where a group of powerful individuals decide what will happen to the rest). Can anyone argue against that analysis?

WE ARE NOT a republic. We are not a democracy. We are not a functional society. Those who have spent us into debt are demanding from us future funds at the threat of imprisonment. Those who are incapable of functioning under the constraints of a budget are demanding that we give them more and more funds with which they might be increasingly less responsible and increasingly more threatening to our freedom. It is a crude form of extortion (look up the definition of extortion and tell me that it does not apply).

Without going to extremes, tell me that any average understanding of extortion does not apply to a government as well as a criminal organization. What is the functional difference? That we vote? That who votes? Does anyone in power seem to care where the votes come from? Legal or illegal? Paid for or out of intellectual contemplation? They do not. It is their sole claim to legitimate authority and they will not investigate the validity of that vote, no matter what. They do not want to know.

A free people are not fooled by this ruse. A free people respect and require legitimate votes and voters to determine the direction of the nation and to select the leaders of the same. That is what a legitimate republic looks like, not the contrived nonsense we endure today.

The point is very simply if they do not offer us a republic as represented by the Constitution and the amendments thereof, they cannot legally, morally or ethically offer us a republic respecting only the 16th Amendment, disregarding the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, 9th and 10th Amendments. It either works as a document and all amendments are respected or none are respected. The government has been very good at picking and choosing which amendments and rights of the people are respected and which are not, but it is not a smorgasbord. One must choose all or nothing, or it ceases to be legitimate, it ceases to embrace the rule of law and becomes a nation of exceptions, of waivers and of concessions to those with the most money, or the correct political persuasion. Is that not what we endure? Is that not what our forefathers fought to liberate us from?

We endure the illegal and impossible government of today, but we do not acquiesce, we do not accept, we do not endorse, we merely endure what we cannot, without forfeiture of life, liberty or property, change. Our opposition should not be held subject to vote, that is what the first 10 amendments were adopted to deny. Those are rights that we, as citizens of the United States, have with or without consent of the government, with or without consent of other citizens. These are individual rights endowed by God and supposedly ensured, guaranteed by the government ordained by the people for this purpose and this purpose alone. They have failed that and they have failed the people.

This is what I protest. This is what I will sacrifice all that I own or will own to secure. This is my line and they have crossed it long, long ago. So, whatever happens to me is just another fact, a statistic on the legal ledgers of a corrupt and criminal government. I do not ask for rescue, or help, or legal defense. It is what it is, but I will not go peacefully into that dark night.

“No need for alarm” Ebola deaths return to Libera

“Authorities in the West African country are perplexed as to what could have caused the resurgence of the disease that is confirmed to have killed a 17-year-old on June 28.

The boy, who hails from Margibi country outside the country’s capital, Monrovia, died under unexplainable circumstances three days after falling ill. A post-mortem diagnosis revealed that he succumbed to the Ebola disease.

His death is the first since World Health Organisation (WHO) declared the country Ebola- free on May 9. On whether this outbreak could be ringing a knell for yet another full-scale outbreak of the disease, Dr Joa Ja’KkenoOkech-Ojony, a Ugandan epidemiologist and public health specialist leading the Ugandan team of specialists in Liberia says,“There is no need for alarm.”

“Meanwhile, health officials in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) are investigating the possible outbreak of Ebola in Masambio village, according to Reuters.

It is reported that six hunters fell ill last week with symptoms of Ebola including diarrhoea, bloody urine and vomiting, after killing an antelope. Four of the hunters have since died.”

China’s stock market imploding

“HONG KONG — For nearly three years, President Xi Jinping of China has crushed opposition by silencing and often locking up anyone who dares defy the government. But that aura of invincibility has been shaken by stock market speculators who have made a mockery of efforts to halt a steep slide in share prices.

The losses — Chinese shares have shed more than a quarter of their value in three weeks — pose an added risk, and possibly greater danger, to a global economy grappling with Greece’s difficulties in repaying foreign loans and its possible exit from the euro. About $2.7 trillion in value has evaporated since the Chinese stock market peaked on June 12. That is six times Greece’s entire foreign debt, or 11 years of Greece’s economic output.”

US Police More Concerned About “Anti-Government” Domestic Extremists Than Al-Qaeda, Study Finds

“U.S. law enforcement agencies rank the threat of violence from anti-government  extremists higher than the threat from radicalized Muslims, according to a report released Thursday by the Triangle Center on Terrorism and Homeland Security (TCTHS).

The report, “Law Enforcement Assessment of the Violent Extremism Threat,” was based on survey research by Charles Kurzman, professor of sociology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and David Schanzer, director of TCTHS and associate professor of the practice at Duke University’s Sanford School of Public Policy.

The survey — conducted by the center with the Police Executive Research Forum — found that 74 percent of 382 law enforcement agencies rated anti-government extremism as one of the top three terrorist threats in their jurisdiction. By comparison, 39 percent listed extremism connected with Al Qaeda or like-minded terrorist organizations as a Top 3 terrorist threat.

– From Duke’s Sanford School of Public Policy

Since September 11, 2001, the frightened and emotionally pliable American public has gullibly relinquished its civil liberties and free heritage in order to allow the U.S. government to wage unaccountable and unconstitutional war again Al-Qaeda and radical Islamic terrorism across the world.

Many of us have warned for years, that preemptively giving up freedoms to protect freedom could only make sense to a propagandized, ignorant public completely clueless of human history. We warned that any totalitarian apparatus implemented to fight an outside enemy, would ultimately be turned around and used upon the public domestically. We already know this is happening with the NSA’s bulk spying and data collection, and we are starting to see a proliferation of the meme that “domestic extremists are more dangerous than Al-Qaeda,” spreading from the mouths of a corrupt and paranoid political class.”

Perhaps if the police didn’t harbor such negative thoughts about the general public, there wouldn’t be as many citizens killed by police. The recent tally is up to 463 killed so far in 2015, or an average of 2.5 Americans killed by police every day.

Finally, I came across the following excerpt from a recently published National Journal article:

Senate Democrats are calling for Congress to shift its focus from solely jihadist-fueled terrorism and hold hearings on the threats from domestic groups in upcoming weeks. And the Department of Justice has already opened up a domestic-terrorism investigation into the Charleston church shooting.

The real enemy of the corrupt corporate state is none other than, “we the people.”

Finally paying attention are they? Have they realized that they have awoken the angry masses? And those masses are becoming a horde?
Why all of a sudden new security for the white house?
LOL
Of course the cops are going to view them as the biggest threat because they are the ones that are tasked with enforcing the police state and are afraid of running into one without back up.
For better or worse the three percent movement made it onto the radar with the Bundy ranch and are now going to be under increasing  scrutiny
These are dangerous and interesting times that we live in
Play safe…..

Thomas Sowell: No longer America

“The Constitution of the United States says that the federal government has only those powers specifically granted to it by the Constitution — and that all other powers belong either to the states or to the people themselves.

That is the foundation of our freedom, and that is what is being dismantled by both this year’s Obamacare decision and last year’s ObamaCare decision, as well as by the Supreme Court’s decision imposing a redefinition of marriage.

Last year’s Supreme Court decision declaring ObamaCare constitutional says that the federal government can order individual citizens to buy the kind of insurance the government wants them to buy, regardless of what the citizens themselves prefer.

The Constitution gave the federal government no such power, but the Supreme Court did. It did so by citing the government’s power to tax, even though the ObamaCare law did not claim to be taxing.

This year’s ObamaCare decision likewise ignored the actual words of the law, and decided that the decisions of 34 states not to participate in ObamaCare Exchanges, even to get federal subsidies, would not prevent those federal subsidies to be paid anyway, to Exchanges up by the federal government itself.

When any branch of government can exercise powers not authorized by either statutes or the Constitution, “we the people” are no longer free citizens but subjects, and our “public servants” are really our public masters. And America is no longer America. The freedom for which whole generations of Americans have fought and died is gradually but increasingly being taken away from us with smooth and slippery words.”

From RCP. The rest is here: http://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2015/06/30/supreme_court_disasters_127180.html

Even with that being said Sowell still thinks that we can vote our way out.

I think this is going to end badly

Right now it is soft tyranny

But hard tyranny is coming

Bow down before your new masters

Those civil consequences—and the public approval that conferring the name of marriage evidences—can perhaps have adverse social effects, but no more adverse than the effects of many other controversial laws. So it is not of special importance to me what the law says about marriage. It is of overwhelming importance, however, who it is that rules me. Today’s decree says that my Ruler, and the Ruler of 320 million Americans coast-to-coast, is a majority of the nine lawyers on the Supreme Court. The opinion in these cases is the furthest extension in fact— and the furthest extension one can even imagine—of theCourt’s claimed power to create “liberties” that the Consti-tution and its Amendments neglect to mention. This practice of constitutional revision by an unelected committee of nine, always accompanied (as it is today) by extravagant praise of liberty, robs the People of the most important liberty they asserted in the Declaration of Independence and won in the Revolution of 1776: the freedom to govern themselves” Justice Scalia in his dissent

There it is and boy did he say a mouthful. Scalia knows how big this one is and that there are going to be consequences.

The Govt. via the supreme court has just repudiated Christianity in our country.

God is no longer the giver of law, the Govt. is via supreme court rulings.

Forget the mumbo jumbo written in that book of yours the SCOTUS will decide what is what.

You know,  just like those inalienable rights endowed on you by your creator.

The SCOTUS gives you your rights….Or takes them away

Bow down now before your new masters

Your new Gods.

Bow down

Is this enough? Has not every insult been hurled at us? Have we not petitioned and entreated our grievances according to law ? Have we not voted representatives to office only to be boldly betrayed?

Have we not time and time again been sold, almost as chattel, to lobbyists and monied interests who fill the pockets of those we elect?

Is this not enough when men wearing robes put themselves above God and millennium of holy tradition?

Is this not cause enough, the total sum of the injuries and insults that we have endured, to spur you to action?

If not  then no cause will ever be great enough.

You will endure the chains of servitude imposed by  them and gladly at that, if you balk now

I make the case that our liberty is already gone and hard tyranny comes next

Our choices have been made for us both by fate and men and the way forward is clear

Look around you, is that freedom? Is that what our forefathers died for?

We must now be bold and decisive

There will be no better time coming

No set of circumstances more opportune in the level of outrage provoked

Our masters have spoken and we must let them know that we are not happy

We need to put a gauntlet across their faces as they have ours

But we must unite and have a unified face of resistance

Los Angeles City Council votes for $15 minimum wage

Christian science monitor: http://www.csmonitor.com/Business/2015/0519/Los-Angeles-City-Council-votes-for-15-minimum-wage-video

The key here is the elephant in the room. That elephant is just going to grow after they raise minimum wage. LA is about to get schooled in the laws of unintended consequences.

A vicious cycle of of localized inflation is about to rain down on them. I did a little quick math and  came to the conclusion that in my business I would need to raise my hourly rate from $50.00 to $65.00 for two guys.

That is just the beginning. Once my supply house does the same thing to me and drives parts prices up I have to compensate again.

Any one care for an $8.00 Macdonalds cheeseburger?

Boehner not budging on DHS showdown

Feb. 26  “With less than two days to go before a Homeland Security Department shutdown, John Boehner isn’t blinking.

“We passed a bill to fund the department six weeks ago. Six weeks ago!” the House speaker said during a press conference Thursday. “It’s time for the Senate to act. How many times do I have to say it?”

Boehner doesn’t appear to be going along with his Republican counterparts in the Senate, where Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is looking to avert a shutdown by offering Democrats a clean funding bill for DHS. The speaker would not say whether he would back a Senate funding bill without provisions that would defund President Obama’s executive actions on immigration”

From National journal: http://www.nationaljournal.com/congress/john-boehner-blows-kisses-to-the-press-won-t-budge-on-dhs-20150226

Yeah right. They have killed the real John Boehner and replaced him with this guy. We all know that the REAL John Boehner would be crying, caving and folding, not blowing kisses at the press.

If you look at his picture you will see that they did not quite get the “My liver is out of whack” color just right. Might even be a robot.

Back at you : Names and addresses of NYT reporters who published Darren Wilson’s address

New York Times reporters Julie Bosman and Campbell Robertson published the address of Darren Wilson in the New York Times so here are their addresses.

GotNews.com strenuously objects to publishing the addresses of individuals who are being targeted with death threats.

GotNews.com published the address of Ebola patient Nina Pham so that people could avoid going to her Houston apartment.

But it would also be wrong to publish the addresses of journalists without their consent.

It would be wrong, for example, to publish Bosman’s address at

5620 N WAYNE AVE APT 2
CHICAGO, IL 60660-4204
COOK COUNTY

It would be similarly wrong to publish the address of Robertson, too.

1113 N DUPRE ST
NEW ORLEANS, LA 70119-3203
ORLEANS COUNTY

So why do journalists think they are beyond examination?

How does it advance the story to know where Darren Wilson and his newly wed live?”

Original is below : I really hope someone pays these tools a visit. We need to start making it painful to be a mouthpiece for the regime.

Chuck Schumer: Democrats erred by passing Obamacare

From: The Hill

Democrats made a strategic mistake by passing the Affordable Care Act, Sen. Charles Schumer (N.Y.), the third-ranking member of the Senate Democratic leadership, said Tuesday.

Schumer says Democrats “blew the opportunity the American people gave them” in the 2008 elections, a Democratic landslide, by focusing on healthcare reform instead of legislation to boost the middle class.

“After passing the stimulus, Democrats should have continued to propose middle class-oriented programs and built on the partial success of the stimulus,” he said in a speech at the National Press Club.

He said the plight of uninsured Americans caused by “unfair insurance company practices” needed to be addressed, but it wasn’t the change that people wanted when they elected Barack Obama as president.

“Americans were crying out for an end to the recession, for better wages and more jobs; not for changes in their healthcare,” he said.

He noted that 85 percent of all Americans got their healthcare from either the government, through Medicare or Medicaid, or through an employer.

“So when Democrats focused on healthcare, the average middle class person thought, ‘the Democrats are not paying enough attention to me,’ ” he said.

Schumer’s concession is a striking change of tone from what he said shortly after the passage of the healthcare law, when he predicted that ObamaCare would turn out to be a strong political issue for his party.

“I predict … by November those who voted for healthcare will find it an asset, those who voted against it will find it a liability,” he said on NBC’s “Meet the Press” in March 2010.

A slew of Senate Democrats, including Blanche Lincoln (Ark.), Mark Pryor (Ark.), Mark Begich (Alaska), Kay Hagan (N.C.) and Mark Udall (Colo.), who voted for the bill, however, ended up losing in 2010 or 2014. Republicans attacked them constantly for voting for ObamaCare, an attack that became more potent after the law’s error-prone rollout.

On Tuesday, Schumer said that behind the scenes, he told other Democratic Party leaders that they should have focused on jobs and the economy instead of ObamaCare.

Original here:http://thehill.com/policy/healthcare/225300-schumer-dems-erred-with-obamacare

“Americans were crying out for an end to the recession, for better wages and more jobs; not for changes in their healthcare,” he said.”

Ya’ think Chucky? You arrogant prick. Now that half the country is pissed at your party and about a 1/4 is ready to go to war, you talk back your earlier points.

It goes to show that you had awareness of the situation then, but were too arrogant to care about anything other than your socialist agenda.

You seem to forget your earlier position but we haven’t.

Does anyone smell some more shellacking coming for the almighty party of Govt. control? I think Herr Schumer does.

Don’t worry Chuck, we have a light pole with your name on it.
