Ukraine asks for NATO help as 100 Russian tanks roll across the border

http://news.yahoo.com/kiev-reports-movement-tanks-heavy-weapons-russia-105057667.html

“Rozdolne (Ukraine) (AFP) – Ukraine appealed for NATO’s help on Wednesday after reporting that a huge convoy of tanks and weaponry from Russia was moving through the southeast of the country.
Kiev’s claims came just hours after the first meeting in three months between President Petro Poroshenko and Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin failed to achieve any concrete breakthrough despite talk of a peace roadmap.

The military said a convoy of up to 100 tanks, armoured vehicles and rocket launchers was seen travelling towards Telmanove, a town about 80 kilometres (50 miles) south of the main rebel-held city of Donetsk and 20 kilometres from the Russian border”

Silly rabbit, Trix are for kids. “This is my last election. After my election I have more flexibility” No NATO help will be coming your way. Just give it up now and submit to your old master.

President Obama: “On all these issues, but particularly missile defense, this, this can be solved but it’s important for him to give me space.”

President Medvedev: “Yeah, I understand. I understand your message about space. Space for you…”

President Obama: “This is my last election. After my election I have more flexibility.”

President Medvedev: “I understand. I will transmit this information to Vladimir, and I stand with you.”

Liberian troops open fire on protesters

From Rueters:http://www.reuters.com/article/2014/08/27/us-health-ebola-liberia-protests-idUSKBN0GR12X20140827
“Witnesses said the clashes in West Point started after security forces early on Wednesday blocked roads to the neighborhood with tables, chairs and barbed wire. Security forces also came in to escort the local commissioner out of the neighborhood, they said.

Attempts to isolate the worst affected areas of the country and neighboring Sierra Leone have raised fears of unrest in one of the world’s poorest regions should communities start to run low on food and medical supplies.”

“West Point residents said they were given no warning of the blockade, which prevented them from getting to work or buying food. Many people in impoverished parts of Monrovia buy food to eat each day rather than stocking it.

Residents also said the closure immediately caused prices of basic goods, including drinking water sold in sachets, to soar.

“We just saw it (the blockade) this morning. We came out and we couldn’t go anywhere. I haven’t heard from anybody in authority what happened,” Barry, 45, who works as a money changer, told Reuters.”

Just remember that this is all for the greater good. The government knows best and if you and your family are going to die from Ebola, rest assured that it was to keep everyone else safe.
That is of course, unless you work for the Govt. like the commissioner who was spirited out of the neighborhood.
Those that are Govt. employed enjoy special rights to life that is not afforded to the lowly commoners. If they were smart they would be throwing bottles of urine instead of rocks.
Just remember that a quarantine area could be coming to a neighborhood near you. What are you going to throw?

Ukraine captures Russian troops

From the NYT: http://www.nytimes.com/2014/08/27/world/europe/ukraine.html
“Ukraine has repeatedly accused Russia of supporting the separatists, without providing any solid evidence. On Tuesday, Kiev released video clips of four men who, under interrogation, identified themselves as Russian soldiers captured on Ukrainian territory. The men, who were among 10 soldiers Ukraine said it had captured, gave their names and military serial numbers and said they had been sent to Ukraine by their superiors after initially being told they were going on a training exercise.”

Well, this should really increase tensions. Kiev is actually being pretty ballsy by tweaking the Russian bear. Now it looks like they are rubbing it’s face in Doo do. They had better be careful or they are going to give old Vlad the excuse that he needs for a full scale incursion.
I think that Putin is shoring his relationship with China up and as soon as BRICS is launched he is going to start full scale economic war. But wait , Russia isn’t important, they don’t make anything…

NATO behind Creation of ISIL: Webster Tarpley

” I think the fact of the matter is that NATO forces, the United States, Britain and France, are very much behind the creation of ISIS or ISIL. The general idea is that these were fighters that were trained in those NATO camps in Jordan.

The money comes from Saudi Arabia. The main moneybag seems to be Prince Abdul Rahman al-Faisal. He’s the brother of Saud Al-Faisal, the Foreign Minister, also the brother of Prince Turki, the former Ambassador here to the United States.

The people composing this group have been brought in from Libya at the end of 2011. I’m afraid Ambassador Stevens in Benghazi played a role in that. They were transferred to Turkey and then moved into northern Syria. It’s a well-known group of death squad fanatics starting off as unemployed men with no future despair and so forth, and then given this to do.

Busy, busy , busy, with no time to comment for the moment. G’day

The root of our troubles lurks in many mirrors

This is a comment from WRSA. It was in response to someone who seemed a little over eager to shoot those who loot. I think it can stand on it’s own as my morning post without any addition. I hope that Smitty who made the comment and CA don’t mind me lifting it. If so, I will gladly remove it.

That “youth” is maybe all of ten years old…

What the fuck is wrong with you, *******? Are ya really pumped up and ready to blast a little boy?

This monkey-fuck sort of thinking is self-defeating in a divide and conquer sort of way.

(by way of explanation, a monkey-fuck is an individual whose thinking and/or behavior indicates that man may have indeed evolved from apes…but not very far evolved…)

I’m really tiring of the stupid racist bullshit of assumptions that the bad behavior of the looters and bad actors is assigned to the entire black population of Ferguson (and the likes of the little kid with the sign), when in fact-if facts ever matter these days-the vast majority of Ferguson citizens just want to be left the hell alone…and happily, some brave blacks and whites are peacefully marching together against militarized police brutality.

Bigoted dingbats conveniently forget the incidents such as the rescue of truck driver Reginald Denny from black thugs by brave black residents during the LA riots…they forget that the vast majority are NOT looting and such, they mostly remain huddled in their homes hoping to be left alone.

No matter your race, religion, whatever differentiates us…we ALL (with the exception of government boot-lickers and enablers) stand to eventually be crushed by the boots of authoritarian police state tyrants, unless we recognize our common enemy-government.

Police have been targeting virtually all of us, and our dogs, for some time. But some just refuse to address that reality.

Remember, bigots, that your ignorant bigotry ensures continued success of authoritarian police state government’s historically favorite strategy-divide and conquer.

The root of our troubles lurks in many mirrors…

Mitt Romney: Obama even worse than I expected

“I was not a big fan of the president’s policies, as you know, either domestically or internationally,” he said, “but the results of his mistakes and errors, in my opinion, have been more severe than even I would have predicted.”

Of course Mitt, like millions of others, never expected Obama to try and fundamentally transform our country. What would ever make him think that he would try to put his juvenile and ill thought out leftist policies into place?

Worse than expected? How about exactly as expected for anyone who took the time to listen to the dolt? He made it obvious and clear time after time that he wanted to lead, from behind of course, down the failed European road of socialism.

You know, leftism must be a religion as surely as any other. How else is it that with all of the empirical evidence pointing to failure can you still believe that it works? Faith, blind faith. Hallelujah and pass the manifesto….
Moron.

Ordinary Americans have zero impact on national policy

Who ever would have guessed that Joe Average has no voice in politics ? Who ever would have thought that rich elites and special interests lining politicians pockets controlled virtually all policy?
The only time that I have seen that not ring true was in the last push for gun control after the Newtown shooting. You can’t tell me that the “Little people” weren’t being heard when Pat Buchannon went on national television and said that gun control would start another civil war.
As always, rulers only listen when they think that the mob may be coming for them.

“A shattering new study by two political science professors has found that ordinary Americans have virtually no impact whatsoever on the making of national policy in our country. The analysts found that rich individuals and business-controlled interest groups largely shape policy outcomes in the United States.

This study should be a loud wake-up call to the vast majority of Americans who are bypassed by their government. To reclaim the promise of American democracy, ordinary citizens must act positively to change the relationship between the people and our government

The new study, with the jaw-clenching title of “Testing Theories of American Politics: Elites, Interest Groups, and Average Citizens,” is forthcoming in the fall 2014 edition of Perspectives on Politics. Its authors, Martin Gilens of Princeton University and Benjamin Page of Northwestern University, examined survey data on 1,779 national policy issues for which they could gauge the preferences of average citizens, economic elites, mass-based interest groups and business-dominated interest groups. They used statistical methods to determine the influence of each of these four groups on policy outcomes, including both policies that are adopted and rejected.

The analysts found that when controlling for the power of economic elites and organized interest groups, the influence of ordinary Americans registers at a “non-significant, near-zero level.” The analysts further discovered that rich individuals and business-dominated interest groups dominate the policymaking process. The mass-based interest groups had minimal influence compared to the business-based interest groups.”

The little people

There is treachery afoot
On the highest levels
Treason
Sedition
Malevolent power
From those that rule us
In their Ivory towers
Handing out laws
Made for men
That apply for all
Except to them
Greed and corruption
As they stuff their pockets
Help their buddies
All the while
Mock us
They think that we
Are just the little people
Dim and stupid
So far beneath them
But they have forgotten
That we are the sons of legends
Born of the Gods of the past
As surely as Hercules himself
But we are born of the Gods of freedom
Of Washington and Jefferson and Madison
Davey Crockett and Daniel Boone
The sons born of America
Birthed out in bravery and blood
And we see your treachery
And your blatant disregard
For freedom and law
And soon
The sons and daughters of America
Will be coming for you

Rand Paul on the militarization of law enforcement

“When you couple this militarization of law enforcement with an erosion of civil liberties and due process that allows the police to become judge and jury—national security letters, no-knock searches, broad general warrants, pre-conviction forfeiture—we begin to have a very serious problem on our hands.

Given these developments, it is almost impossible for many Americans not to feel like their government is targeting them. Given the racial disparities in our criminal justice system, it is impossible for African-Americans not to feel like their government is particularly targeting them.

This is part of the anguish we are seeing in the tragic events outside of St. Louis, Missouri. It is what the citizens of Ferguson feel when there is an unfortunate and heartbreaking shooting like the incident with Michael Brown.

Anyone who thinks that race does not still, even if inadvertently, skew the application of criminal justice in this country is just not paying close enough attention. Our prisons are full of black and brown men and women who are serving inappropriately long and harsh sentences for non-violent mistakes in their youth.

The militarization of our law enforcement is due to an unprecedented expansion of government power in this realm. It is one thing for federal officials to work in conjunction with local authorities to reduce or solve crime. It is quite another for them to subsidize it.

Americans must never sacrifice their liberty for an illusive and dangerous, or false, security. This has been a cause I have championed for years, and one that is at a near-crisis point in our country.”

You know, I saw TL’s speech from yapfest the other day and he really seemed to have a palpable sense of frustration that he was not getting through to anyone. I understand his frustration but I think that he and the many others out there railing against the police state and federal tyranny are accomplishing more than they know.
Right now there is a bill being introduced in congress that would de- militarize the Federal alphabet soup and see agencies such as the Dept. of education lose their SWAT teams.
The constant chatter that is created does eventually make it through the pipeline and into the mainstream. Don’t forget Joe Biden and his comments during the last gun ban push when he said “Yeah , the black helicopter crowd is pretty upset” (Read that as “Hey we are about to start another civil war”)The chatter is monitored and when it gets loud enough people start to hear it, including those in high places.
So take heart in the fact that bitching long enough and loud enough about something can actually start to make a difference.

Cracks in the system

A re-post from April 01,2013 with an update

In Kaufman county Texas, Mike Mclelland and his wife Cynthia were both found shot to death in their home. This happened Saturday, two months after Assistant District Attorney Mark Hasse was gunned down and less than two weeks after Colorado prisons chief Tom Clements was also killed. It seems that what they are experiencing is a breakdown of the “System”. When the “System” functions as it should, criminals take their punishment, do their time and don’t go out looking for revenge. The entire prison system operates with the approval of the inmates. They get up when they are told to, eat when they are told to and sleep when they are told to. The entire thing works because inmates cooperate with their own imprisonment. If they all refused to leave their cells or to obey any order at all, the prison staff would almost have to match the inmate population. The entire endeavor would be so costly that no state could afford it. Now, cracks are in showing in the very fabric of the prison system and the judicial system. Normally an official in the “System” is not held responsible for their actions unless they break the laws of the “System” and that is judged from within. Their actions don’t have consequences because they are insulated and protected by the rest of the “System” which taken collectively is all powerful. But just like the prison system, everyone has to agree and cooperate with the orders that come down or it doesn’t work. Take Christopher Dorner and his cop hit list as an example. Because he took it upon himself to go outside the law he threw the entire System into chaos. It would have been even worse if he hadn’t named a hit list because they would have had to protect even more cops. Cops will do their job as long as they think that the other cops can protect them and people will cooperate and fear that protection. I am not judging or defaming any of the deceased, as I know nothing about them; They may have been the greatest of heroes. I am simply saying that they died as a direct result of their actions because individuals decided to work outside of the system . None of these killings were random acts; They were targeted attacks not just on individuals but also on the “System” itself. Acts like these are usually dealt with harshly and quickly as the facade of the System cannot be broken for long. You see, the system operates like a bank; It doesn’t work without faith. With banks the faith has to come from the outside, from customers who believe the bank will give them their money. With the system the faith has to come from the inside; Those within must believe the system can protect them from the harm. Now think about this for a moment; Right now millions of people are being forced out of the system. In states like new York ,Connecticut, Colorado, California and others they are criminalizing many of their citizens. Many, if not most of those citizens are taking their first small steps outside the system by flat out refusing to do as the law states. Cracks in the facade of the larger system are now starting to show. The question is though when you force someone to be a criminal outside of the system, how far will that person go? Personally, when all these laws go into full effect, I think we are going to find out. I think that there will be consequences for their actions.

Update: I am supporting a candidate for sheriff and he drops by my office from time to time. He stopped in the other day just as my office manager was finishing reading an open letter from Cliven Bundy to the Clark County sheriff.
Conversation quickly turned to the events at the Bundy ranch and he expressed his extreme displeasure at what had transpired. He was completely freaked out about what transpired because as he put it” The law cannot function that way. When you go to serve a warrant, you can’t be met by men with guns. That is not law, that is anarchy”
He saw the Jared and Amanda Miller shootings as the culmination of the of the lawlessness of the Bundy situation. As LEO looking to be sheriff he saw this as a very serious breakdown of law and order and he is quite spooked by it.
He was right of course. Cracks in the veneer of the system are starting to open up and not just on one level, but many. From states declaring weed legal to Colorado and New York sheriffs declaring that they would not enforce gun laws. The system cannot function when hundreds of thousands of people openly defy the law as they are doing in Colorado, Connecticut and New York. Of course that also does not take into account the Threepers and millions of others who have declared a hearty Molon Labe.
The system has to maintain it’s facade of power to continue to function but it has to balance that against outright rebellion, because in outright rebellion their law does not exist at all and that poses the biggest threat of all. In Connecticut, when it became apparent that back up was going to be flooding into their state if they went for enforcing their law, they had to back off. It culminated with Mr. “I’ll give my left nut to kick your door in” going into hiding for fear of reprisal.(Of course , don’t think that they are done)
These are not the only instances and if you look around carefully, you will see what I am talking about. From the states reclaiming rights to nullifying federal law to gun owners standing up to the fed, an air of defiance is beginning to permeate our culture. There is a standing sense of outrage at the brutality and militarization of the police and a disgust for those that govern us.
I don’t think that I am exaggerating when I say that our system is in the process of breaking down. The question is only when one of the cracks will open wide enough to unleash a flood.

Putin sets a bear trap for the bear cub

“Russia has banned most food imports from the West in retaliation for sanctions over Russia’s involvement with Ukrainian separatists who are also suspected of shooting down a passenger jet.

The sanctions will cost Western farmers billions but could also lead to empty shelves and high food prices in Russia. The US and EU have accused Russia, which annexed Ukraine’s Crimean Peninsula in March, of fomenting tensions in eastern Ukraine by supplying arms and expertise to a pro-Moscow insurgency. They have imposed asset freezes and loan bans on a score of individuals and companies.

The Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said at a televised cabinet meeting yesterday that Russia’s retaliatory ban covers all imports of meat, fish, milk and milk products, fruit and vegetables from the United States, the European Union, Australia, Canada and Norway. It will last for one year.

The Russian sanctions come as the Ukrainian army appears to be defeating pro-Russian rebels in the east of Ukraine.” :http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/europe/ukraine-crisis-russia-bans-food-imports-from-west-in-response-to-sanctions-9655353.html?origin=internalSearch

Apparently no one in the current administration is a student of history. Just like Hitler in the lead up to WWII , Putin really has no regard for world opinion. He is solely focused on his goal and the only regard he has is for the unwavering support of his minions.
Hitler used reports of Germans being slaughtered and persecuted to start making his territory grabs in the Sudetenland. He had the German populace whipped into a frenzy and they cheered as these territories were “Liberated” and annexed.
Putin needs the same thing behind him and it has now been handed to him on a platter.(Pun intended).
With the recent sanctions being imposed on Russia , Putin now has a reason to retaliate and shut off the food supply. It seems like a stupid thing to do because Russia imports 70% of it’s food, but Putin is far from stupid.
As the shelves clear out and hunger sets in, the Russian peoples eyes will be settling upon the fertile farm fields of Ukraine. It will be framed that it is all the fault of Ukraine anyway. The food shortage has been caused by western sanctions in support of Ukraine.
The Russian nationalist population will begin to clamor, not just for food, but for farmland.Putin , having his excuse will invade Ukraine and dare us to stop him.
The only question left then is; will it be a replay of 1932-33 with the “Holodomor” or mass starvation that resulted in 7 million Ukrainian deaths?
The world and our government has gravely misjudged Vladimir Putin.
They think that he is a politician who is the president of Russia. He is not; He is a conqueror. His personality type has surfaced over and over throughout history and they seem too dim witted to notice. They think that all that bare chested shark wrestling is just the Russian equivalent of Machismo for photo ops.
I think though that they are about to find out differently because I believe that he is about to do what conquerors do; Conquer

Henny Penny died of Ebola before the sky could fall on her

There is nothing to see here just move along …. Congress came back from their leave to have a special meeting of the house foreign affairs sub-committee to discuss the impact of the Ebola threat.
Testifying before the panel was Samaritan’s Purse’s vice president of programs and government relations ,Ken Isaacs. Samaritans purse is a Christian organization that is currently assisting in the effort to stop the spread of Ebola in West Africa.
After commenting on how Matt Drudge is spurring panic he then says the below:

“Confirming the new worthiness of the current “out of control” spread of the virus in heavily populated cities in West Africa at the end of the hearing Isaacs said, “We will see death tolls and numbers we can’t imagine right now.”

Now don’t panic, as I said there is nothing to see here.
Fire..Fire…..FIRE…FIIIIIIRRRRREEEE!!!!!!

If those A-wads start a pandemic then I suggest that we become Ebola and make sure that none of them or their kind survive the bloody death…Drone strike please.

From Russia with love

The Russians gave the birthday boy a big card to celebrate his turning 53. A laser light show depicting Obama in a party hat with a banana in his mouth. The best part of the whole thing? They shone it on the side of the American embassy in Moscow.
You just can’t make this stuff up.
Happy birthday Mr. President

Math….

Guess what is right around the corner. Flu season. Now, how would you tell the difference between Ebola and Influenza? Of course they can test for that , but that takes time and resources.
Now imagine that we had a little Ebola outbreak, just enough to scare the living crap out of people.Ebola quarantine protocol is very extreme. If you get on a bus with thirty people then all of you go into quarantine. One person steps off and gets on another bus then all of those people get quarantined. Right now in Africa they are looking for 30,000 people who may have had contact with an infected passenger.
You can see that this would quickly overwhelm the medical system.
Now back to flu season. If there is a small Ebola outbreak, aren’t they going to have to treat flu victims as potential Ebola victims until tested otherwise? Quarantine and the whole deal?
Yeah, do the math on this scenario and it is a pretty scary answer. I know that I have already checked the ins and outs of my neighborhood. I have identified all the possible choke points for road blocks and such and have identified 3 routes out. Call me paranoid if you will…. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/world/sierra-leone-calls-out-troops-in-bid-to-contain-ebola/article19927002/

Zero plays the back nine while Rome burns

http://www.redstate.com/2014/07/28/maliciousness-not-incompetence/

“But it is clearer and clearer that is not true. It is clear that President Obama’s disastrous policies are premised not in incompetence, but in maliciousness. Our President — and he is our President — is not a stumbler and a bumbler, but a Nero who when not persecuting Christians, plays golf while the world burns.”

Yep, kind of sums up what the traitor in chief is up to. I can’t believe that his approval numbers are still at 39%. I guess it just goes to show how many truly stupid people there are out there.

The state of the III percent

You may wonder at times what the actual state of the III percent movement is. Are we everywhere? How many of us are there actually out there? It is lucky for you that I have already done the legwork for you on this one.

Let me start by saying this: Over the past two years the numbers of our movement have increased exponentially. How would I know that? You might ask.( Yeah, or more likely not) But read on and I will tell you anyway.

About three years ago, I started keeping tabs on the growth of the movement. I would go to google (Which I do not normally use) put in the term “Three percent” and then hit images. The results were paltry at best, bringing only two or three images up that were relevant.

Then I would go to ebay and do the same; Once again the same result. After that I would move on to facebook (Which I do not use) and do it there; Four or five groups numbering in the tens.

That is not the case today. On an image search hundreds if not thousands of results come up. Any kind of gear that you may want to buy is represented; From magazines to coffee mugs to tee shirts. If you follow the images they will also take you to a host of threeper sites.

Where there is product being sold there are customers and there is a lot of product out there. On an ebay search there is now product all over under the listing of three percent. They even have all the different spellings (3% III) with more product there.

Facebook, which was once a 3% wasteland, is now loaded down with 3% pages and groups some of which have 40,000 plus likes. There are now groups representing almost every state in the nation.

So I would advise that you take heart from this. If we are not everywhere, we will be soon. I am taking an active campaign online to spread the movement. As a former political activist I belong to hundreds of groups and can reach out and touch a lot of people in a short time.I am thinking that many of these groups will now be receptive to the 3% philosophy.

In my daily read at WRSA the other day they were stressing the importance of growth and I think that they are right.

The ground to plant the seeds in are not going to be more fertile then they are right now. Don’t only resist now, but spread the resistance. Make a comment on an article? Bring up three percent. Got a facebook page? Three percent.

If things keep growing the way are they you won’t be able to sling a dead cat without hitting a threeper.( And that is NOT advisable)

Founder of the new republic

I was having a discussion with my wife last night about John Roberts and the decision he made that so many consider onerous. She not only thinks that Robert’s has gotten a bad rap, but in the future there is going to be a mountain with his face carved on it.
She doesn’t think that he took the easy way out. She thinks that he made the hard choice at the last moment and steered our republic in a different direction. Here is the argument:
With six words Roberts put our nation on an entirely different course; be careful who you vote for. Roberts upheld the decision on the fact that congress has the power to tax…On anything. Yes, you can elect tyrants and they will impose their tyranny on you.(Wait until they figure out the you can tax for anything part)The court can’t save you because it is appointed by those you elect.Be careful who you vote for.

Six words and with those words he unceremoniously uncapped a fiver of gasoline and threw it on the culture war. Flame on Johnny. What Roberts did was to abdicate the power of the SCOTUS to the people. He said in not so many words that the court can’t save us from tyranny; only we the people can.
Of course I always knew that that was the case, but he threw it out at the feet of everyone. He made a tough choice and then rubbed our face in it. We are not a bunch of contentious children and the court is not our nanny. Put on your big boy pants and step up. If there is tyranny afoot then it is up to you to stop it.Whether he realized the further implications of his decision I can’t speculate on, but I have a gut feeling that he was very aware of what he was doing.
I believe that Roberts got a big whiff of tyranny at the state of the union address and didn’t like the smell of it. I’m thinking that the court getting dressed down in front of the entire nation didn’t sit well with him.I am sure that he is also aware that we are only one appointment away from a kangaroo court that will agree with anything that comes out of the executive branch.
But here’s the rub;our two party system has become so corrupt that one choice is as bad as the next. The Republicans don’t care that Chairman Zero is shredding the constitution. They are only focused on the next election and maintaining their own power. Oh yeah, and putting their man on the throne that the chairman has created
So in the end, what choice are we left with? The one that Roberts gave us. It is not up to the SCOTUS to save us from tyranny. It is up to you…And me.I think that the Bundy ranch ordeal was a turning point in our nations history. It didn’t seem like much of an event, but it really was. It showed that there are men out there that don’t ask for freedom, but rather demand it. I think that it was a portent of much more to come in the future; a time when people all over this nation begin demanding their freedom and stop asking for.
I also think that it was in part, a direct result of Robert’s decision to let the tyranny of our congress stand. The pot has been boiling and the lid has been rattling, but with his decision, it started to boil over.

I think my wife was right about that portrait of John Roberts being carved somewhere into a lone rocky mountain. But I think that below it should be carved a fitting inscription ” Founder of the new republic”

Imposing Economic sanctions against our own government

My wife is a very intelligent woman but I think a far more valuable trait is that she is wiley. Smart is one thing but it is the wiley ones that you have to watch out for. They think like a fox and never think inside of the box. What she proposed to me last night is certainly not a task for a lone person or small group of people. It is something that would require large numbers and a dedication of time. We were watching the news and they announced that Chairman Zero was increasing the sanctions against those in the Russian Oligarchy, when Bing! the light went on. She looks over at me and says” If there is no other way to get to those bastards in Washington then why don’t we impose economic sanctions against them? They are all rich business men and all their money comes from their businesses. They choose to impose tyranny on us, so we punish them by attacking their revenue stream” See? I told you she was smart and wiley. This is a woman who it is better to stay on the good side of. That has been sitting right in front of my face and I never even thought of it.Now I am not suggesting that a bunch of Threepers in pick up truck rampage through Nancy Pelosi’s vineyard (Although that would be hilarious, especially if they had flamethrowers) but rather find these peoples investments and attack them. Identify the business and the product, boycott anything that comes from them. Put pressure on those doing business with them to not process their product or sell their wares. I know that this is a large undertaking ,but I really think that she is onto something. It is the only way that I can think of to do something back to these dirty scum. Vote against liberty? Screw voting you out. Instead give them a financial whack as punishment for their misdeed. I think that that would get their attention more than someone holding up a little sign. I have already started trying to track down our nefarious Sen. Bill Nelsons revenue stream. This is just in the birthing stage and any additional ideas or info is welcomed

The law and loss of moral authority

To put our current legal situation into context you have to ask one basic question; what is law? Is law as we have been lead to believe, the codification of statutes defining what is illegal or not? Or is there some inherent property of moral righteousness that must exist for that law to have force?

I will argue that there is a moral component of law that must be present to make the system of law work. I am, of course, aware that there are many places that laws are passed that have no moral basis at all. There are dictatorships around the world that oppress their peoples and use their codified statutes to imprison and kill any who dissent.

The ultimate example of this is was the Nazi Germany government who made it legal to kill Jews. It was not only legal, but a system of laws was implemented to guide their extermination. But those laws, even though written out with penalties for those who did not follow them by the legislature, were illegal.

It is a basic component of the human being to know right from wrong. It is the reason that human beings set up laws in the first place. They are set up to make sure that innocents are not victimized by the predacious in our societies. In virtually every place that a human society exists, whether on a group, tribal or civilization level, there are always laws that govern behavior. Even those that break the laws have a sense of righteousness. In prison populations, if the prisoners feel that they are being treated in a fair and just manner they will comply with the rules and follow the system. Take away that feeling of just and fair treatment and prison riots and mayhem ensues. The prisoners realize that they have broken the law and when treated humanely will accept their punishment for the most part. The prisoners know that they have committed a wrong and they knew the possible penalty beforehand and knew what they risked. If torture, mal-treatment and other injuries are added to the punishment then a situation of self-righteousness is set up. The only way to control a prison population under those circumstances is with solitary confinement and complete isolation; if left to exist within prison society it would quickly conflagrate into confrontation.

In places where law exists without any moral authority there is always rebellion brewing just under the surface of society. The dictators and bureaucracies of these societies must rule with an iron fist because they know that one moment of slackness will have them swept from power and executed or exiled. Every single individual who is subject to these laws knows that they are illegal. How can they be illegal if they are written into law you might ask; Is that not the definition of law?

My argument is that it is the moral component of the law that is essential for it to work. It has nothing to with writing a statute and everything to do with human nature. We are after all the ones who create the laws, then write them and in the end follow them. It is at the very core of our nature to organize and codify law because we are innately social by nature and always end up forming some type of society that must have rules. It is also our own feeling of self-righteousness that makes us create the laws.

Certain things are innately wrong and one person should not be able to do this or that to another, and that is the basic creator of law. Laws don’t start out as regulations to govern society. They start out as basic rules of moral behavior; don’t steal from those in our community, don’t kill anyone and don’t try to take my wife. It is this same sense of self-righteousness that drives us to rebel when we know that a law is being applied without any righteous basis.

Take traffic laws for an example. Someone is driving down the highway when they suddenly see blue lights in the rearview. They were oblivious to their speed, lost in thought, and look down at the speedometer and see that they are doing 70 M.P.H. When the cop walks up and gives them a speeding ticket for doing 70 M.P.H. in a 50 M.P.H zone, there is little room for self-righteousness. Most people knowing that they broke the law, and one enacted for public safety, will accept the ticket and pay it without even showing up in court. The next example is the opposite.

Someone is rolling down the highway and the only difference in the scenario is that when they look down they see that they are only doing 45 M.P.H. They continue on for a while, waiting for the cop to go around them. When they eventually pull over, part of it is curiosity as to why he would be stopping them. In this case when a 70 M.P.H. ticket is handed out the reaction is going to be entirely different. That person will go to court. In addition to going to court, if not resolved there, they will spend large amounts of time and money to right the injustice. They will actually spend time and money far out of proportion to the actual injustice that happened because they are self-righteous.

Now imagine that the law was written like this: If you are driving down the highway you can be pulled over and issued a speeding ticket at any time no matter what your speed was. That is the point where the law goes against human nature. People would naturally begin to rebel against it because of its inherent injustice. In the second case it is not only that person’s right to rebel against the law, but also their moral obligation. They have a moral obligation to rebel because they should be seeking to re-establish moral law. If they live in human society then moral law, compatible with human nature should be the rule. If this is not the case, then they are being set up to have very bad things happen.

The Jews in Nazi Germany also had a moral obligation to fight and for the most part they did not (With the notable and heroic exception of the Warsaw ghetto and a few others) and were led to their slaughter. They had a moral obligation not just to themselves, but to their fellow Jews and compatriots. They were obligated to save their children, their mothers and fathers and other humans and in the end, for the most part did not.

Instead they followed the laws of Nazi Germany. (Just as the German soldiers at the Nuremberg trials did) They agreed to be registered because to not do so would be breaking the law. They showed up in groups to be transported away because to not do so would be breaking the law. They gave up their goods and businesses and money because not to do so would be breaking the law. There were, of course, severe penalties for breaking the law such as being imprisoned or just disappearing into the night and that drove most to comply.

I know that faith also played a part for many and I am not judging their actions or inaction. I am simply stating the results of what happened by their following the law and putting forward the fact that we are all morally obligated to act when law becomes illegal or immoral.

When law has lost its moral authority and becomes nothing more than something punitive to arbitrarily punish enemies then it is not true law; or at least not true to human nature , by which we all act. In that case all the law becomes is a fear of retribution. No one cares if they break the law for they feel no guilt about doing so and we humans, for the most part, are moral beings. Personally I don’t rob people because it is against the law. I don’t rob people because of the fact that it is morally wrong and I have no desire to violently take from another to gain wealth. I will die before I take the sustenance of another to live.

Once the moral component of law is removed only fear of punishment remains. If someone follows the law it is only because they don’t want to be fined or imprisoned; It I not because they have a moral imperative. But fear only goes so far; when the law becomes illegal its moral authority is transferred to those against whom it is used. They now have righteousness on their side and righteousness has a way of cancelling out fear.

Counter-intuitively, the more injustice that is piled on the more it is met with resistance. The IRA is an excellent example. By the 1960’s their membership was flagging and their armed struggle against the British was at very low ebb. That all changed on bloody Sunday when British troops opened fire into a crowd of demonstrators and killed and wounded a number of them. Instead of being frightened by this, they were outraged and active resistance against them doubled. A vicious cycle was started as the British escalated their actions in response to the increase in attacks and therefore caused even more.

The result of the British crackdown was the highest membership in the IRA in history and the start of a real shooting war. The level of violence escalated to a point never seen before and eventually drove the Brits to sue for peace. The danger of enrolling in the outlawed organization was more than offset by the sense of self-righteous outrage that was generated by the deaths and military lock down of entire neighborhoods. When one joined the IRA it was not a matter of if you would die or be imprisoned, but rather when. Still, even knowing what the outcome would be the ranks of the IRA swelled to enormous numbers. When the British military began a covert assassination program to kill suspected IRA members and affiliates, instead of instilling fear it just added to the sense of outrage and drove more to join and fight.

It was the (Legal) injustice of what was being done that gave the moral righteousness to the IRA and drove them to war. I bring this all up because we are now, in our own society, entering an era of legal lawlessness. We will be forced to make choices about how we respond when confronted with these laws. From the patriot act to the NSA spying, the NDAA authorization of indefinite detention, the IRS and the DOJ it is becoming clear that we are living in an increasingly lawless society.

The lawlessness is not on the part of the people, but rather on the part of those writing the law. The irony is that as the laws become more illegitimate the numbers of them are increasing exponentially. There are already so many federal laws on the books that at any given time any given individual is guilty of a crime. We have now become beholden to the very institutions that are supposed to be serving us as a society. Instead of serving us, the people, they now serve the bureaucracy instead. The bureaucracy and the institutions thereof have become the center of law giving rather than we as citizens. The law, rather than protecting us has become an instrument to protect the bureaucracy and punish those who disagree with it.

We have come to the point where our laws are becoming as corrupt as any given banana republic and if we do not actually want to become one, then we need to make a stand and say enough is enough. I am sure that while I have been writing this that I have committed at least three crimes; either by what I have written or done or thought or possibly what type of lighting I used. Do I care? No not at all. My sense of self- righteous indignation has grown to the point that I have no fear. I have no fear of death or imprisonment. The level of outrage has grown in me to the point that I will go to war.

Will they put me in prison? Go ahead lock me up with a captive audience and let me speak the truth to them; I will leave with an army of self-righteous individuals. Of course the speaking of this truth is illegal in prison, but at this point what is law? We all have hard choices coming up in the future; choices that could affect the rest of our lives and need to decide how to act. In the end how we act is going to be influenced by how the legal system acts. Let me end this with a question: If you receive a letter from the IRS informing you that you are subject to an audit, is your hard drive going to crash? I know that mine is.

And no this is not a 2200 word paragraph..All of my indentations disappeared…Again!

Burger King introduces gay pride whopper

http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2014/07/02/fans-and-foes-react-to-burger-kings-new-gay-pride-burger-how-about-a-second-amendment-whopper/

Now you can pick up a big gay whopper on your way to watch a big gay NFL game. They are only doing it in San Fran but it tells you that the parent corporation supports the leftist agenda. Now Burger king can go on the list along with the NFL, Heineken , Guinness stout and Samuel Adams. I don’t personally have anything against gays. They were born who they are. I do have a problem with the big gay leftist agenda that pushes the a-moralistic acceptance of everything without any judgement. I actually had gay friends that my wife and I traveled around the country with for years. We eventually had a falling out, but it had everything to do with friendship and nothing to do with gayness. In all our travels together, I was the only person ever discriminated against and it was by gays who didn’t like my male straightness. Our friends didn’t have the balls to stand up and cancel their reservations when the Hotel/resort denied me access because I was straight. Instead we were put out on the highway at 11:00 PM at night in a snowstorm. That didn’t end it right there, but it was the start. There was an essential trust broken there that was never regained. I was especially miffed because I was the one who always provided security on our trips and was ready to go to the ground with anyone who may have harassed them. That being said, I think that I have one more reason to eat at Chick-Fil-A. I absolutely refuse to support any corporation that supports the agenda of my enemy. I suggest that everyone call their local Burger King and speak to the manager. Tell them that you will no longer even consider using their business because of what Burger King corporation is supporting. The businesses are independently owned, but the franchise fees go to the corporation. If you use Burger King then you support the leftist agenda that is being used to destroy our country. I am making the call as soon as I am done writing.

Islamic state of Iraq loots $500 billion Iraqi Dinar, now has more money than the Falkland islands

http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/mosul-seized-jihadis-loot-429m-citys-central-bank-make-isis-worlds-richest-terror-force-1452190

The Islamic state of Iraq recently over ran Mosul, Iraq’s second city, after regular army troops fled. It wasn’t bad enough that they gained all the arms and weapons on the military base that we supplied to the Iraqi army.  After taking the city and government offices they began to loot all of the banks netting an estimated $429 million in American dollars, leaving them richer than small nations such as the Falkland islands.      If anyone thinks that this is not going to come home to roost on us, I think that they are sadly mistaken. Whether through intention or just sheer stupidity, this and the previous administration has now made an Al Qaeda affiliated group the best funded terror organization on the planet. As extremist Muslim insurgencies burn across the middle east, Africa and Asia, ISIS now has it’s hands on more money than Al Qaeda itself.    The “War on terror” is now showing itself as an abysmal failure as we prepare to abandon Afghanistan to our enemies. The entire balance of power has been shifted in the middle east after country after country has fallen to revolutions covertly supported and funded by our own government. Every major government that kept Al-Qaeda at bay is either out, or in transition except Iran.    From Libya to Syria to Afghanistan Al-Qaeda is going to have a free reign. Karzai’s government will not stand a chance  once the Taliban coupled with Al Qaeda start flooding back into the country. As each of these countries fall, more and more money is going to be channeled into terrorist groups. With this destabilization, our own government has almost made it certain that Jihad will fall on our shores.     Once they are done fighting among themselves they will be turning their eyes to us. Don’t think that for one second that they have forgotten one single Sunni death caused by America. They will now have the funding of entire countries to focus their terror on us.   Here at home that will only mean more justification for DHS and NSA to restrict our rights in the name of fighting terrorists. More surveillance, more searches and more infringements.  The gross irony here is that they have made and empowered these enemies for them to be in the position to attack us and we, not them will pay the price.       Have I said this lately? Fuck Obama. Oh yeah, and Fuck George Bush too. Man, have they really screwed us good.
