On the run in need of help! Please pass this on.

This man was arrested after an “Anti government” rally in Louisiana for possession of marijuana and his children were taken. He is a USAF vet and part of the patriot community  I personally will give him and his family aid and shelter if I come across them.

The logical conclusion

https://i0.wp.com/img585.imageshack.us/img585/367/copy2ofafaegdira.png The leftists continue their push to outlaw the second amendment. Connecticut has now passed some of the strictest anti gun laws in the country and a bill has been floated in congress to exact a $10,000 dollar fine on any gun owner that doesn’t carry liability insurance on their firearms. It seems that in the most illogical of ways, they are going to push this issue  to it’s most logical conclusion; Mayhem and bloodshed.    The problem is that they are missing the most important part of the true American psyche; We come from revolutionaries who could not live under a crown and threw off the chains of oppression. Even the founders missed this and they started to rule as they wished and the end result of that was the whiskey rebellion and the subsequent codifying of the bill of rights.     Because of the leftists innate belief in the absolute power of the state, they have made a grave tactical misjudgement. They think that the fear of state reprisal against individuals will cow all constitutional  patriots into a fearful state of submission. The problem is that fear of reprisal doesn’t exist in many of us. We are law abiding citizens and we don’t commit crimes: And  not out of fear of reprisal, but because we are the good guys. We are your cops, your soldiers, your paramedics, citizens who intervene in crime, your neighbors who watch your house while you are gone. We don’t take pictures while people die on train tracks and say there was no time to respond. If you are in trouble we are the people to call.     On another front they have also gravely misjudged our patriotism and dedication to the constitution. They do not realize that we will fight and die to defend not just our rights, but also our republic and our sacred constitution; That which spells out the rights we claim to all future dictators. There is no legislating away our rights because they are codified in stone. If they defy that, then they defy us and it it is up to us to claim our rights, for they have become illegitimate.    They will try to make us criminals, they will call us terrorists and worse for what is to come ; But it is all in the name of taking our legitimacy; Although It is not us who are criminals, but rather they. Resistance to tyranny is not terrorism, but rather a duty. It is our duty to protect and defend the constitution and in the end re-institute the government when it no longer represents the people.          I have as much to lose as the next man, but I can’t make the easy choice. When it comes to this, I am required by duty  to stand up and make the tough choice. Maybe I will be hung , maybe I will be shot, maybe I will live.   I am not feeling real optimistic at the moment. Maybe at the the most I will make the patriot  roll of those who fell.     I will be proud to be put upon the list .

RESISTANCE IS NOT TERRORISM

Actions have consequences

In Kaufman county Texas, Mike Mclelland and his wife Cynthia were both found shot to death in their home. This happened  Saturday, two months after Assistant District Attorney Mark Hasse was gunned down and less than two weeks after Colorado prisons chief Tom Clements was also killed.   It seems that what they are experiencing is a breakdown of the “System”. When the “System” functions as it should, criminals take their punishment, do their time and don’t go out looking for revenge. The entire prison system operates with the approval of the inmates.  They get up when they are told to, eat when they are told to and sleep when they are told to. The entire thing works because inmates cooperate with their own  imprisonment. If they all refused to leave their cells or to obey any order at all, the prison staff would almost have to match the inmate population. The entire endeavor would be so costly that no state could afford it.   Now, cracks are in showing in the very fabric of the prison system and the judicial system. Normally an official in the “System” is not held responsible for their actions unless they break the laws of the “System”  and that is judged from within. Their actions don’t have consequences because they are insulated and protected by the rest of the “System” which taken collectively is all powerful.    But just like the prison system, everyone has to agree and cooperate with the orders that come down or it doesn’t work.    Take Christopher Dorner and his cop hit list as an example. Because he took it upon himself to go outside the law he threw the entire System into chaos. It would have been even worse if he hadn’t named a hit list because they would have had to protect even more cops. Cops will do their job as long as they think that the other cops can protect them and people will cooperate and fear that protection.      I am not judging or defaming any of the deceased, as I know nothing about them; They may have been the greatest of heroes.  I am simply saying that they died as a direct result of their actions because individuals decided to work outside of the system . None of these killings were random acts; They were targeted attacks not just on individuals but also on the “System” itself.    Acts like these are usually dealt with harshly and quickly as the facade of the System cannot be broken for long. You see, the system operates like a bank; It doesn’t work without faith. With banks the faith has to come from the outside, from customers who believe the bank will give them their money. With the system the faith has to come from the inside; Those within must believe the system can protect them from the harm.      Now think about this for a moment; Right now millions of people are being forced out of the system. In states like new York  ,Connecticut,  Colorado, California and others they are criminalizing many of their citizens. Many, if not most of those citizens are taking their first small steps outside the system by flat out refusing to do as the law states.    Cracks in the facade of the larger system are now starting to show. The question is though when you force someone to be a criminal outside of the system, how far will that person go? Personally, when all these laws go into full effect, I think we are going to find out. I think that there will be consequences for their actions.

Coming soon to a theater near you

Seems like everyone you talk to these days has a growing sense of unease. Shows on preppers have gone mainstream. Everyone is stockpiling something, be it gold, guns, ammo or food. The feeling saturates our society from the top to bottom. Those who can afford big time stuff are spending tens of thousands on supplies , safe rooms and land in the country.  Militia groups are growing at an exponential rate, gardening is suddenly a very popular past time and , at least in my state, you have to book a campsite almost a year ahead of time.     It all adds up to something bad, even if you are not a paranoid or prepper type.  I read this morning that Fiocchi is sold out of ammo for 2013 even after adding extra production. I am sure that DHS purchases account for some of the shortages but most of it are from citizen purchases. I personally know people sitting on 50k plus rounds.   Now, those of us on the more extreme side sit and wait, knowing full well that a pot this close to boiling will soon enough go over the top.  What will it be and what will be the mechanism that brings it? Who knows. It may be the gun control push sparking a war in New York or more likely Colorado. All I know is once Federal assets begin being used, it is on. All those people holding back because they don’t have a tangible target will suddenly have one and they are angry, righteous and trained. The significance of 2700 MRAPS is not lost on them.    It may also be a financial collapse that triggers it. If it comes this time, it is going to be bigger than you can wrap your head around. As Marc Faber said yesterday “Not even gold will save you from what is coming”.  At that point we will have surpassed SHTF and gone to TEOTWAWKI. If it comes to that, you better have tribe.     There is also the possibility that it may come down from the Federal side. You could wake up in the morning and find your neighborhood cordoned off with check points at each intersection, although I find that the most unlikely scenario.  I believe what they have in store will be a slow usurpation; TSA check points on highways, bus stations and train stations.  In Florida they are already doing bus and train stations on a random basis to warm people up to the idea.    What is happening now is like Intrade. Once enough people believe that something is going to happen, it is almost inevitable that it will; We seem to have this intuition for probability.   Whatever  is coming, I am thinking sooner rather than later and if you haven’t doubled down on being ready for it, I  suggest that you do.       Tempis Fugit

Ever kick a hornets nest?

You know they won’t be able to resist. They are so overwhelmingly assured in the immense power of their statist machine that they will have to.They have the goal in sight and all they have to do is kick the ball.  Go ahead, kick it.    I don’t think the response is going to be favorable. Once the hornets are out of the nest, they will play hell getting them back in.  Imagine if all the people planning resistance decided to act out, even if on a minor scale. Mayhem would quickly ensue. Once one group starts, others will quickly follow.   I am not even talking about acts of war, I am simply talking about acts of mayhem. Once people figure out a riot has started they then run with the mob.   Downed power lines, overturned cars, burning tire barricades and so forth. The local police forces would quickly be overwhelmed due to the sheer scale and guard troops would need to be called in.  Sure the guard will try to protect citizens and property , but deep down inside most of them are on our side.    If this were ever  to take place it would most likely come to the point that people would be targeting federal assets and TSA and DHS would be deployed in force. Now your state, your town, your neighborhood would be occupied by troops of the federal government.   Get the point?

Colorado Governor signs anti gun bill into law

Well Colorado has gone and done it and personally, I think that they have stepped in it. On July 2nd the day after the new law goes into effect, a magazine swap meet is going to take place to test their mettle. http://co-ironwill.blogspot.com/2013/03/commierado-gov-signs-victim-disarmament.html . With 62 out of 64 county sheriffs in opposition to these illegal laws, they are going to have fun arresting these people.   In addition to the native folk, outside groups looking to make a stand are planning to travel into Colorado. http://sipseystreetirregulars.blogspot.com/2013/03/oh-theyll-get-wolverines-back-in.html     Yep, things are certainly starting to heat up.This is where it is going to get dicey. Let’s say they do arrest a large number of these self righteous citizens. What do they think is going to happen if they are imprisoned? If that happens I will tell you this much; They better never let them out. They will have destroyed their lives and I will guarantee that there will be retribution.    The night before the signing of the bill the Colorado head of corrections was assassinated when he answered a 12:30 A.M. knock on his door. Now they are scrambling to add extra security for the Governor and the rest of the traitorous legislators that voted for the bill.  Now the shooting may not have been related to the bill, but I am absolutely certain that it was retribution by someone.     I believe that you will see that this July 2nd event is going to snowball into something giant. I would suggest that anyone inside or outside of Colorado who wants to support the cause of liberty to be there on July 2. I know that many people cannot afford the trip , but if you can, be there. This is our line in the sand, all of ours and not just Colorado’s. I also encourage you to petition the various gun lobbies (NRA, GOA , SAS, etc.) for their participation in this event as I will be doing.    Isn’t  it cool that it is only 2 days before the 4th of July?   Molon Labe. Spread the word!

Happy St. Patrick’s day

Many Irish came to America to flee the oppression of the British. My ancestors came over 20 yrs. before the revolutionary war.   My great grandfather to the 3rd power, served meritoriously in the war for freedom and in such a manner that he was awarded 5500 acres of land and his brother 1500 .  Tomorrow is the day,  when everyone is Irish.   I for one,  will most certainly be one those. Happy St. Patrick’s day. May tomorrow bring us better than yesterday.   I will leave it at that.

We are Americans

This is not an easy choice we make. This is most likely  our death we face .  We are family men; honorable men.  We are  citizens of the community. We love our families, as do you. We are drinkers, lovers, men of abstinence and all in between. We are good men, God fearing men, and those that don’t believe.    We are Americans, those people that stand above the world. (yes we do ) and we stand up  and tell you when you  do what is not right.   We are Americans and we will fight to the death for what is right.  Don’t make us fight, because If you do that ,we lose all that we have and then we have nothing left to lose.  God help us all if it comes to that.    May all men of  honor , now honor their oath.        We are the chosen and we now live our lives every day as if we are dead men. We live as ghosts.  Our lives gone, done and dead , because of what we choose.  We choose freedom and so be it.

The fight starts in Colorado

It starts in Colorado , the war I mean. They won’t be fighting there for themselves. They will be fighting for us, for our rights. We must support them in that fight. They don’t fight the Colorado government they fight for the constitutional right to bear arms.     The fight starts here. Don’t give them up, don’t let them down. If they are willing to fight, then back them up

They defy us now

I know that most Americans have  been waiting and  hoping that this will all go away; Somehow get better, become normal, and that we could all go about our lives . We hoped that this could be erased from our memory and that we could  just go about our business.   All we want to do is live those American lives that we desire; Peaceful and productive lives that require no thought and are unhindered by outside influence  All we want to do is make money, make peace, make families and make them good families.     Unfortunately it is not unfolding that way . Our lives, our very way of life, has become permanently disrupted. Our liberties as defined in the constitution and claimed by us as God given rights, are under assault.  We have been left with no choice;  It is up to us. There is no cavalry arriving  except ourselves;  Men and women dedicated to the cause of liberty and the constitution; To freedom .    They defy us now, they claim rights over us that they do not have; Powers not granted, illegal and without representation. They sit in congress and refuse to represent the people that sent them, They pass gun control bills, they pass the NDAA, the patriot act and other onerous bills. Their intent is now becoming clear; They don’t represent us, we are just the the little people and after we elect them   they will do whatever keeps them elected.    Our representation has been removed through corruption and  our recourse has been absolved through influence.     We have no choices left. Our voice has been stifled, strangled by the system , so far past any form of change.   We must do what we must do.    I desire nothing more than peace and dread the thought of war; But as an American I see no other choice. As a man of honor, I can only say that I will take this fight on; I cannot turn away, I will not turn away. You will not take my guns or rights or my dignity; I cannot permit that.    I will fight, fight until you kill me,  kill me dead;  And After you kill me others will fight in my stead. You don’t know what you have birthed, we are men that have taken an oath to die for freedom.     I will die for freedom, where ever it is. So help me god . I will fight for honor, and die for it. I will fight and die for the constitution of the United states of America.    Let me put this in no uncertain terms :  Violate the constitution at your own hazard.  I personally will take arms against you if you do so. I will give my life, thrown against the machine, if it comes to that. Your own life will become a hazard.   My life will be gone, but for a cause worthy of dying for.      Liberty or death. By liberty we live, by slavery we die. I do not couch terms here. I fight for liberty or die. Come for my liberty and I will stake my life on it.   Got that ?  The fight is on.

The road to war part III

The real root of the problem here is the two party system. The Republicans are our only alternative to the leftists in power. They are doing nothing but playing politics as usual, so far out of touch and so far removed from the real America that they have no clue that a revolution is brewing beneath their feet. As the federal government and various states move in to extinguish our god given rights, those in power in D.C. position for re-election.    Rand Paul? He is not a republican. He is a RINO in it’s purest form. He had to take the branding to get elected. If what he represents were Republican ideals, we surely would not be in the predicament that we find ourselves in now. I appreciate his fight and laud his efforts, but I think they are pointless.   There is a small glimmer of hope in me that he will awaken enough people, that this bitter cup will be taken from our lips; But it is small.   The process is so broken, so far from what it is supposed to be that I feel deep down that it is beyond fixing. While they drone on (No pun intended) and argue about how many more of our rights are to be absolved, new bills of rights are being fielded and plans are being laid for the post revolution government. That is how far out of touch they are.     I am sure that DHS has picked up on the chatter ,but they mechanically and coldly view it through the eyes of threat assessment. It doesn’t get the real flavor of the reality; We now live in an America where people are making plans for a post revolution government.  Everyone knows that something is coming; We can feel it in our bones, like creeping chill. Everyone is preparing knowing that what is coming is not good. Everyone but them, they sit up there in their ivory castle oblivious to the storm building outside.  Dark clouds are on the horizon my friends. Hope for the best and prepare for he worst. It has already started, they just don’t know it yet .   Tempis Fugit

We will pound our fearsome sound

Please take this in context. This is from my wife and she has been under tremendous stress.   I am serious . She is being assaulted,  her way of life altered and frankly is fucking pissed off about it.    She grew up in America, a place to love, that her family fought and died to protect. Her way of life, her very life is now threatened. Here is the response of the woman I love.   An excerpt: ” We have now been driven to madness, poked like rabid animals in a cage . You are unleashing a beast that loves the blood of it’s enemies. We are an enemy that will play sport with your skulls, that will fashion your  flesh for our war drums. We will pound our fearsome sound out with your bones. Can you hear the sound? It is getting closer and closer” Yeah, that’s my baby. I will love her ’til I die. I have taken a vow to her, my love , That I will not fire the first shot.     That’s my baby.

The power of the mob

The system is a funny thing, It works,  it goes on, does it’s thing. But it only works if everyone goes along with it.Everyone has to play their part.    The prison system could never work if no one went along with it.  A handful of guards could never make a prison full of unruly inmates comply. They acquiesce and give subservience to the system; They agree to the rules and do as they are told. They enter and leave their cells upon command and do tasks such as laundry and cooking that fosters their imprisonment. If they all refused to leave their cells and fought removal, the system would require 30 times as many guards and  associated staff to make it work.    The IRS works because everyone dutifully fills out their forms and sends them in. Imagine one tax season when not a single person sent a return in. The problem wouldn’t only be the lack of revenue but the amount of agents needed to enforce compliance. How do you prosecute 70 million people? The task is overwhelming.    The system operates on fear and intimidation. It operates on the fact that most people will not do something because they are afraid, that they are the one to be singled out by the system and caught. No one wants the power of the state focused on them because it’s resources are endless.     There are times though when the system breaks down. One of those instances is when a mob forms. Mobs are funny things. Most (not all) form because of a sense of injustice. Once they are formed, a mob has no fear. A mob will do what individuals will not. Watch a mob in action , they will do extraordinary acts of defiance. A mob will openly confront police and attack, flip cars and torch them.Momentarily the system has broken down.  It is momentary because the system has checks and balances built in to accommodate the occasional mob.   The down side to the mob is that it has no organizational structure. When the system responds with lines of riot troops , fences and tear gas, the mob is quickly dispersed.     What is happening now is that we are starting to develop the mob mentality. Our fear of the system is gone or waning. We are starting to not care who knows or sees. Damn the torpedoes. At the same time we are not a flash mob assembled on the spot. This has been years in coming. We are organizing, planning stockpiling, preparing.    It is now becoming reminiscent of another time; The build up to the revolutionary war. They had definitely developed mob mentality. They had no concern for consequence. They formed militias , stockpiled arms and powder and did such things as the Boston teaparty.  Hamilton and Adams both had arrest warrants out for them. Their response? They dodged them and went about their business.   That is what I see developing  now, that same blase attitude.  It doesn’t matter what laws you pass we are simply not going to abide by them. Go ahead lock me up, I simply don’t care anymore. Catch me if you can.

Why they will have to pry it from my cold dead fingers

I don’t take many vows as I am a man who keeps his word and too many oaths would be indefensible.  But one that I did take was an oath to defend this country when I was only 8 years old. I remember the day as yesterday. My father, a good and honorable man, swore me in to the civil defense. He swore me in because he was the head of it; The local chapter that was charged with safe guarding the  community. The head of a bunch of men armed with Springfield 1903′ s that would make sure that we were safe in emergencies or war. This was back in a time when citizens could be trusted with homeland security. War veterans mostly filled the ranks recruited from the VFW.      He was an obvious choice as commander , as he was of the local VFW also, a strapping man of 6′ 1″ who commanded the respect of all he met. A Vet who fought honorably in WW II . Fought, survived, continued and gave all that he had, not just there but in all of his life.    I got to drive with him that day in an open top civil defense jeep, both wearing white helmets emblazoned with the logo on the side.  We went to the local depot where all the equipment and vehicles were stored. Inside it also housed a small office. We went into the depot which was stacked high with logo-ed boxes and canary yellow electronic devices and he took me into the office.  He filled out the affirmation form and had me raise right hand and repeat the words after him. When I was done he patted me and told me I was now a member of the civil defense and I would be responsible to help defend and protect our state and country.   Now I understand that  an oath that you take when you are 8 really isn’t binding, even though it did make a great impression on me.  But the oath isn’t the whole story, Afterwards, we parked the jeep and stowed the equipment and got in our sky blue station wagon and headed home. On the way I asked him a question about the oath, There was a part in it that read that you would not join any group political or otherwise, that would attempt to violently overthrow the government. I wanted to know why anyone would want to do that.     He told me that the commies always wanted to overthrow the government, but that was basically a pipe dream as they were much outnumbered by men like himself.  He went on to say that the only real chance that it would ever be attempted would be if the government ever attempted to ban guns.    He then looked over at me very seriously and said ” When you get older don’t ever register your guns, not even if they pass a law, none of mine ever will be”   He went on tho explain that they had to know who had guns and how many to be able to try and take them.         I never forgot either one of those things from that day and they both had a profound effect on me.  It definitely deepened my sense of patriotism but it was also my first realization as a child that the country and the government weren’t the same.   I also took another oath that day under my breath; That I would never register any guns and I would never allow the government to take them.   I wish dad was still around because I think I would get patted on the shoulder again, as I did that day, for what I am about to say…….. Kiss me, I’m Irish

The war in Northern Ireland has gone on for hundreds of years and  It is still fought today. The Ira, after a successful campaign that fought Britain to a standstill, may have retired but the RIRA, the real IRA  fights on ,along with a handful of other groups.  It has been a war of attrition against the British who occupy their land;  A long slow war, fought out day by day and week by week , in between normal life.   The British have fought for centuries to subdue them and quell their resistance. They have  attempted wholesale genocide against them and any other means at their disposal. Every despicable attempt has been made against them, from slavery to institutional rape to mass murder to starvation and the result has always been the same; There are resistors.     These men fight on, driven by purpose and cause, knowing the day that they join that they will certainly face imprisonment or death; It is only a matter of time. Once they take that step, they are enemies of the state and the state will eventually claim them, yet still there are enough men to replace them to keep the fight going.    The irony of it is that they have been created by the Brits themselves; It is in their  genes. Generations of murder, oppression and slaughter have made them who they are. They are the survivors of all of those who  survived by resisting, unlike those who survived by submitting.  It is simple selective adaptation carried out over a thousand years or so, that has bred them into who they are. They are men who’s life is to  resist. The Brits have to  face them every day as a threat , because they simply won’t stop; They don’t know how to.     The power and popularity of the resistance grows and wanes throughout  the generations, but it is always there, that fire burning that can’t be extinguished, can’t be murdered away, can’t be bred out. It can be expected to burn until eventually it becomes a wildfire, fanned by the winds of events and time.          I am not going to go on and on today about gun control and the government and rebellion and all that.  Just let me say this one thing for the day….. I’m Irish, through and through.

Explosives manufacturing in the news : Is that the sound of S starting to HTF?

It is one thing when you tell someone how many people have been busted recently manufacturing explosives. It is entirely another when you gather news headlines to give them a visual; And that is exactly what I have done. Below is a collection of recent headlines concerning  explosives manufacturing. The majority are not criminal types, a couple are on our side for sure and at least 2 are recent vets.  Most of the headlines are recent, January or February,  and I included dates with all of them.     All these articles made me ask a few  questions. First, what are all of these people planning on doing with these devices? They obviously have some sort of plan for these or they wouldn’t have made them. Secondly, If these are the people getting busted, then how many are out there not getting caught? I have a feeling that it is like pot grow houses; There are 1000 operating for everyone that gets caught.  Lastly who’s side are they on? I suspect that both sides are laying plans right now.       Now everyone has been waiting for the shit to hit the proverbial fan and I think it is starting. (I also lost  power in my neighborhood a couple of hours ago and had to go scope it out and see if it was widespread or local, if that gives you any insight)  Most people expect the scenario to come suddenly in one fell poop (Sorry, couldn’t help it,part of me never got out of the 7th grade) but history shows otherwise.    There is always a series of events that lead up to it. Those events don’t just happen; They shape and change the climate and bring about other events. It was a full decade between the Boston massacre and the first shots of the revolution, but the massacre inexorably set us on the course to a full scale shooting war.     It is not only  events either that bring revolutions on either , but ideas, opinions and feelings. We humans are not only smart, we are also an emotional lot. Make us feel like we are being oppressed and you will piss us off. Piss us off enough and we will revolt. An affidavit from John Parker follows:

I, John Parker, of lawful Age, and Commander of the Militia in Lexington, do testify and declare, that on the 19th Instant in the Morning, about one of the Clock, being informed that there were a Number of Regular Officers, riding up and down the Road, stopping and insulting People as they passed the Road; and also was informed that a Number of Regular Troops were on their March from Boston in order to take the Province Stores at Concord, ordered our Militia to meet on the Common in said Lexington to consult what to do, and concluded not to be discovered, nor meddle or make with said Regular Troops (if they should approach) unless they should insult or molest us; and, upon their sudden Approach, I immediately ordered our Militia to disperse, and not to fire:–Immediately said Troops made their appearance and rushed furiously, fired upon, and killed eight of our Party without receiving any Provocation therefor from us.

John Parker.

Did you catch the line”not to make or meddle with said regular troops (if they should approach) unless they should insult or molest us”  What? You are 38 men lined up on the green facing 700 British soldiers and if you are insulted you are ready to fight?   ( After you conveniently put yourselves there)    Yeah, that is me and probably you, We have had enough, been pushed back enough and now, refuse to give another inch. Not one more assault on our rights and freedoms, this is it, take us off the burner we are done.  We are ready to form that thin line on the green , out numbered more than 15 to 1.     You see , we feel oppressed, we feel the tyranny that has been creeping in for decades has finally reached the breaking point and when we feel that way, the  Brits should be frightened, we are feeling emotional.                There are others it seems that are also forming their own lines. Who’s side they are on, I can’t know, but it seems that there are a lot of them and they are listed below. I pulled some examples but there are many others out there. I think that the S is already HTF they just don’t know it yet; And neither do we .

Man to trial for grow house and explosives

The grow house was uncovered after Harrell’s Oct. 1, 2012 arrest for allegedly keeping 145 pounds of commercial-grade explosives and a gallon-size bag of marijuana in a locked closet. Police had gone to his residence on Cliff Swallow Court on reports of a domestic disturbance with his live-in girlfriend. Authorities found no cause to arrest Harrell for the disturbance and he was set to leave in a taxi for his parents’ Montara home until the girlfriend asked officers to follow her back inside. She told them Harrell kept a closet locked but she had a key made and grew concerned for her children’s safety once she discovered the contents.Authorities have not said why they think Harrell had the stash but believe he has ties to extremist groups.

“There is nothing that a fanatic will not do to achieve his goal: the end justifies the use of ANY means. There are some things which those who are not fanatical will refuse to do in defense of their ideals, even at the cost of their lives

They say that survival at ANY price is the be-all and the end-all of existence have in effect capitulated to the fanatics who are unafraid to die. As a morality, this view is contemptible; as a strategy it is unimtelligent. It is morally contemptible because those who endorse it will swallow any infamy in order to live a life unworthy of man. It is unintelligent because the only thing which can restrain fanatics is fear of failure. Even Hitler probably would have kept the peace had he known or feared his aggression meant destruction for his cause. Where fanatics have no fear of failure, the liklihood is that in their insanity they will destroy themselves in fanatical war against other fanatics. In that case, those who have sacrificed integrity for life will have lost their lives, too.”  Sydney Hook

A little about myself….

Let me tell you a little about myself as your are kind enough to read my various rantings here. To start with, the persona that I project here, is who I actually am . Yes, I am hardcore and armed to the teeth. I believe everything that I write here; Otherwise I wouldn’t write it.   I consider myself a free man, freer than most in fact, and expect to be left alone to enjoy that freedom. I expect to live my life without intrusions by others.  I am a peaceful man if left to my own devices and will bring trouble to none who don’t deserve it. For those that bring it to me,and they really have to go out of their way, I reserve a special gusto and glee for dishing out what they have rightfully coming to them. I will give them a double helping of something that they will never come back for seconds of. I am man who shows kindness to all ,unless they give me reason not to. If I am your friend, if you treat me as such, I will have your back to the death. I hate cowardice and everything that comes with it. I hold honor above all else and live my life accordingly.   I rescue cats, squirrels, rabbits, opossums and other such creatures and once they are rescued they are spoiled to death if they are not released.( I have a big heart for it as I myself was once rescued.) I do have a few quirks though. One is my love of the semi colon. I think that the semi colon is one of the greatest little punctuation devices ever made and am fighting almost single handedly to bring it back into popularity. The other is my hatred for “Snarky” comments. I don’t even like the word. Snarky. What the hell kind of word is that? It conjures up the image of the hip, liberal, metrosexual , pseudo-lesbian in a bitchy little fight with one of his low-T buddies. Sarcasm on the other hand is fine; In fact I find sarcasm to be an art form and will acknowledge a master when I meet one. The obvious semi colon loving loving joke would be a good example, although certainly not from a master. You are probably wondering by now if I have a point and let me assure you that I do . This was all a lead in for what follows next and to give it context. I will post below a snarky little comment that some one left me and my response that followed. I also have wicked sense of humor and was laughing my ass off while writing the response. It so amused me that I occasionally go back to it to get a chuckle. I hope that you find it as amusing as I did or I really am just a sick twisted bastard. I think I used a combination of: Pent up anger, sarcasm and metaphor, (Really, that shoot you down in the streets thing was a metaphor.I was thinking of the Ceaușescu’s .Crap, that’s not a metaphor, that’s a simile. Wait another minute, I am suddenly overwhelmed by choices. Can I write all this in parenthesis? That wasn’t a simile either. I didn’t use “as in” and I am in the middle of a sentence. Now I am using punctuation in parenthesis and talking to myself. I forgot I am in first person…. Should I have told them about my third quirk? No I will wait until later, ) A warning for the faint of heart: Much swearing and violent imagery

Snarky comment: “Will bookmark this for future enlightenment. Just remember when coms get iffy we can communicate as the French resistance did in the runup to Normandy. Marching orders go through Hannity or Rush in code. It makes no difference if the ptbs know it’s being broadcast, they can’t break that code because it is essentially nonsensical. Johnny can play outside even if it’s a cold gray day in April. See? It’s easy”

My response: All right all you fucktards out there, let me put this into language that you can understand. Sometime in the near future we plan on fucking your shit up really bad. Not bad like you know it , but bad like we know it. H.E., naplalm (And not shit made from styrofoam) ANFO and other N enriched substances. We plan on killing you with 7.62 x 39 and 5.56 and all the other fucking numbers and symbols we can think of. We plan on raining fire, death and hell on you.We plan on finding and killing everyone of you. Shooting the fuck out of you with our so named assault rifles and hanging the rest. We plan on having you running in the streets to escape death. Once we are done with that shit, we will kill you to take your food, fuck your family up,burn your house down , take your supplies. You are nothing but enemies of the republic, you and yours are traitors. All of you. There are no survivors. Have a good fucking night you pieces of shit. Hope tomorrow that you don’t see my sorry ass coming for you, for if you do you are fucked and not in a good kind of way. ……That’s code for have a nice day

The coming war in America

The polarization of America continues everyday, becoming more and more extreme. Sooner or later, and sooner I think rather than later, we are going to get to the point where the rubber hits the road. The left thinking victory is in sight rabidly pursues their goals. The right in the meantime arms for war, while flexing their monetary muscle. We have reached a point of division not seen since the civil war and it would seem that it is soon coming to a head.    We live in a country today where legislation is introduced in Washington state that would require gun owners to submit to a search of their homes once a year. In Missouri  Dems have proposed a ban that would require gun owners to turn in any weapon that they banned within 90 days or become felons. In New york, which already had a ban on “assault weapons” they have banned large capacity magazines and made it a crime to own one, including existing ones. Conversely, republicans in Missouri have introduced a bill that makes introducing gun control legislation a crime. Various other states have passed laws that make it a crime to enforce federal gun laws. Some states have even declared that the BATFE has no jurisdiction on guns that don’t leave their state and makes it a crime to enforce federal laws. Eleven other states have such bills pending in their legislature, which is known as the firearm freedom act. 24 states have introduced the 2nd amendment preservation act into their houses which renders all federal gun laws, regulations, rules, acts, orders, etc – null and void within the borders of that state. Sheriffs and sheriffs associations nationwide are stating that they will not enforce any new federal gun laws. The Utah sheriffs association has declared, in a letter to the white house, that they will give their lives to defend the 2nd amendment (As will I). The Milwaukee Wisconsin sheriff has advised all of his citizens to arm themselves and one Pennsylvania sheriff has gone as far as forming a citizen militia. A stale, partial list of sheriffs publicly standing up stood at 178 as of this writing. The list for state sheriffs association stood at 11. On the economic front, gun and magazine suppliers are boycotting the states with restrictive gun laws, refusing to sell to LEO what they can’t sell to citizens. Ammo suppliers are also getting on board and refusing to supply ammunition to them. Major manufacturers, such as Magpul, are planning on taking their industries elsewhere after their states passed anti gun legislation. Citizens are also boycotting. Walmart and Cheaper than dirt are being targeted after taking stances that did not sit well with gun owners. New york, Colorado and California are on the list also and have consumers checking labels on everything from scissors to salsa. If you take this as a whole you will see that it fully supports the statement I made at the beginning. We are so polarized now that there is no middle ground, no room for compromise. The left will continue it’s assault on the morals and values of this nation. They will also continue to attack our founding principals and constitution. What has changed though is that we will no longer back down. We have drawn a line this time and plan on making a stand. This isn’t the first attempt at a gun ban and frankly, I think that they were surprised by the result. They thought that Sandyhook would be the perfect backdrop but they seriously misjudged the mood of the nation. I can only see this accelerating and devolving. It has gone too deep into the fabric of our society and in the end will tear it apart. I don’t relish the thought of any of this, but I face it with the resignation of inevitability. It is not pleasant when you examine the reality of the consequences of our nation asunder. In the end if it does come to that, I will do my part, whatever that might be; As will many others. I will do it with honor and with no other intent than to restore our republic. If I should perish than so be it; Put my name on the list of the many who have gone before me. Victoria Aut Mors

Why “Assault rifles” are protected by the second amendment

IN THE ABSENCE OF ANY EVIDENCE TENDING TO SHOW THAT POSSESSION OR USE
OF A "SHOTGUN HAVING A BARREL OF LESS THAN EIGHTEEN INCHES IN LENGTH"
AT THIS TIME HAS SOME REASONABLE RELATIONSHIP TO THE PRESERVATION OR
EFFICIENCY OF A WELL REGULATED MILITIA, WE CANNOT SAY THAT THE SECOND
AMENDMENT GUARANTEES THE RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR SUCH AN INSTRUMENT.
CERTAINLY IT IS NOT WITHIN JUDICIAL NOTICE THAT THIS WEAPON IS ANY PART
OF THE ORDINARY MILITARY EQUIPMENT OR THAT ITS USE COULD CONTRIBUTE TO
THE COMMON DEFENSE. AYMETTE V. STATE, 2 HUMPHREYS (TENN.) 154, 158.
U.S. v Miller March 30 1939

Miller and a buddy were busted transporting a short barreled shotgun, with a
barrel less than 18", across state lines in violation of the 1934 national
firearms act. The shotgun was supposed to be registered and have a tax stamp
purchased:Of which it had neither. Above is an excerpt from the supreme court
ruling that upheld their conviction. You will notice two things that are of
importance:IN THE ABSENCE OF ANY EVIDENCE TENDING TO SHOW THAT POSSESSION OR
USE OF A "SHOTGUN HAVING A BARREL OF LESS THAN EIGHTEEN INCHES IN LENGTH AT
THIS TIME HAS SOME REASONABLE RELATIONSHIP TO THE PRESERVATION OR EFFICIENCY OF
A WELL REGULATED MILITIA" and "IT IS NOT WITHIN JUDICIAL NOTICE THAT THIS
WEAPON IS ANY PART OF THE ORDINARY MILITARY EQUIPMENT OR THAT ITS USE COULD
CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMMON DEFENSE." Did you notice what they based their
finding on? One that the weapon may not contribute to a militia and two that it
is not like THE ORDINARY MILITARY EQUIPMENT. If they had he been transporting
the main battle rifle of U.S. forces of the time, The M1 Garand ,they
would have been all right. If troops were currently using short barreled weapons
then they apparently would have ruled in favor of Miller. This paragraph
also acknowledges participation in a militia even though he belonged to none
either formal or informal. So it is acknowledged that he is part of the body militia.
Next is the part of U.S V. Miller has been used against personal firearm use for decades:
"THE CONSTITUTION AS ORIGINALLY ADOPTED GRANTED TO THE CONGRESS POWER "TO
PROVIDE FOR CALLING FORTH THE MILITIA TO EXECUTE THE LAWS OF THE UNION, SUPPRESS
INSURRECTIONS AND REPEL INVASIONS; TO PROVIDE FOR ORGANIZING, ARMING, AND
DISCIPLINING, THE MILITIA, AND FOR GOVERNING SUCH PART OF THEM AS MAY BE
EMPLOYED IN THE SERVICE OF THE UNITED STATES, RESERVING TO THE STATES
RESPECTIVELY, THE APPOINTMENT OF THE OFFICERS, AND THE AUTHORITY OF TRAINING THE
MILITIA ACCORDING TO THE DISCIPLINE PRESCRIBED BY CONGRESS." WITH OBVIOUS
PURPOSE TO ASSURE THE CONTINUATION AND RENDER POSSIBLE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SUCH
FORCES THE DECLARATION AND GUARANTEE OF THE SECOND AMENDMENT WERE MADE.
IT MUST BE INTERPRETED AND APPLIED WITH THAT END IN VIEW. THE MILITIA WHICH THE
STATES WERE EXPECTED TO MAINTAIN AND TRAIN IS SET IN CONTRAST WITH TROOPS WHICH
THEY WERE FORBIDDEN TO KEEP WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF CONGRESS. THE SENTIMENT OF
THE TIME STRONGLY DISFAVORED STANDING ARMIES; THE COMMON VIEW WAS THAT ADEQUATE
DEFENSE OF COUNTRY AND LAWS COULD BE SECURED THROUGH THE MILITIA - CIVILIANS
PRIMARILY, SOLDIERS ON OCCASION." This seems to set in stone that the only
Militias were the state run national guard militias; even though they used the
weapons failure of contribution to the militia as the reason for
ruling against him. Now comes the recent ruling on the DC gun ban which relied
heavily on Miller. Below is an excerpt:
            District of Columbia V. Heller
 1) The Second Amendment protects an individual right to
possess a firearm unconnected with service in a militia, and to use
that arm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the
home. Pp. 2–53.
(a) The Amendment’s prefatory clause announces a purpose, but does not limit or expand the scope of the second part, the operative clause. The operative clause’s text and history demonstrate that it connotes an individual right to keep and bear arms. Pp. 2–22.
(b) The prefatory clause comports with the Court’s interpretation of the operative clause. The “militia” comprised all males physically capable of acting in concert for the common defense. The Antifederalists feared that the Federal Government would disarm the people in order to disable this citizens’ militia, enabling a politicized standing army or a select militia to rule. The response was to deny Congress power to abridge the ancient right of individuals to keep and bear arms, so that the ideal of a citizens’ militia would be preserved. Pp. 22–28.
(c) The Court’s interpretation is confirmed by analogous arms-bearing rights in state constitutions that preceded and immediately followed the Second Amendment. Pp. 28–30.
(d) The Second Amendment’s drafting history, while of dubious interpretive worth, reveals three state Second Amendment proposals that unequivocally referred to an individual right to bear arms. Pp. 30–32.
Now after this Scalia goes on to say that this does not cover any weapon, like dangerous ones, but ones that are common to the time. It is obvious though by reading Miller that they are referring to weapons of war. Now I personally don’t give a shit what the SCOTUS rules, because I think they sold us down the river long ago; they lost their objectivity and became an arm of the federal machine. But if you add Heller and Miller it is obvious what you have; We are part of the Militia body and we should have weapons of war. The reason I spent all this time writing this is for others as,I already stated how I feel about SCOTUS rulings. The next time you have some liberal tell you that the second amendment is about duck hunting or some such crap, smack them upside the head with some truth. You may also pass this on to any misinformed on our side if they don’t quite get the indignity of what the fed and states are trying to do to us.

State gun bans pushing us towards civil conflict

I am really thinking SHTF sooner rather than later. I don’t think we will make the year or six months for that fact. I think that these overconfident, arrogant assholes are going to show us “Who is in charge” and overstep the line. And they really are arrogant and assholes. In Missouri the Democrats in the state legislature proposed draconian legislation that would ban “assault rifles” and leave anyone owning one 90 days to surrender it. Or else.     Here’s the joke; The Republicans won a super majority of the house and there isn’t a chance in hell that it will ever pass.   So you introduce a bill that has zero chance of passing. Why?  Do I think that they proposed this bill to get votes ? To make their fellow Proglydytes cheer? Not at all. I think it was to be pricks, to show their true intent; You wait until we are back in charge then see what happens.   They think they have the brass ring; And they are really serious about this. They believe that there will be no resistance or that if there is resistance it will be quickly overwhelmed. You don’t know how many times I have heard a Lib gleefully state.  “You wouldn’t last a week against the army”       They are going to push this,  Dem state by Dem state to achieve their agenda and I think it is going to blow the lid off the pot long before Chairman Zero has a chance to do it.   Once the first shot is fired, all hell is going to break loose. The thing is that right now no one has the actual enemy to fight. How do you fight when the enemy hasn’t shown himself ?  Everyone is in an uproar about “The federal government”  But how would they fight it? What do you do, blow up a federal building,  full of people and children? Post offices? Shoot cops?    Here’s the problem with that; We are the good guys.  We don’t do that. We protect life, liberty and all those other things. We are the cops, the soldiers and the good citizens and patriots that form the core of this country.      The federal Government leviathan is a ghost ; In that it doesn’t actually exist as an entity.    If the states that pass this legislation and push this to a shooting war they will have given many people a target that they now lack and we will be looking at SHTF.  The enemy would be perceived either as those that passed the law or those that tried to enforce it.   A recent event in California highlights this point.  An individual allegedly  made threats to a state legislator who was proposing strict anti 2cnd amendment legislation ( Silly rabbit) and was found to have explosive  devices. This type of thing is becoming more common. There is more and more news of explosives and weapons arrests. People are planning and readying themselves. War is on the horizon whether we want to see it or not.       These liberal states pass these laws , not realizing that many believe that if  people in one state resist and fight, they will not be fighting state law; But rather fighting for the U.S. constitution and specifically the second amendment and by doing so will spark the conflagration as they flock there to enjoin them
