Constitution to be re-interpeted to allow the hanging of arrogent asses like Bloomberg

In the wake of the Boston Marathon bombings, Mayor Michael Bloomberg said Monday the country’s interpretation of the Constitution will “have to change” to allow for greater security to stave off future attacks.

“The people who are worried about privacy have a legitimate worry,” Mr. Bloomberg said during a press conference in Midtown. “But we live in a complex word where you’re going to have to have a level of security greater than you did back in the olden days, if you will. And our laws and our interpretation of the Constitution, I think, have to change.”

In the wake of Michael Bloomberg saying that the constitution should be re-interpreted,  the two rabbits who live in my office, Larry and Mr. Bunny have called for a re-interpretation  that would allow hanging him.

They will be coming after us. They will attempt to stifle our voices; They can have no dissent. Be prepared to support those in our community who are singled out. “Absolute power corrupts absolutely,” they told me in high school, with stern expressions to let me know I had been exposed to profundity.I have a different supposition: Power is a virus. If not taken out of the hands of individuals and directed toward some abstract but realistic goal, like the growth of a civilization, power serves only itself — but it does so through the individualism and self-importance of unorganized people.   This is where politics leaves politics itself, because now we’re talking about the nature of power, not values (right, left) or manipulation (compromise, spin, ideology). We’re talking about how the human herd organizes itself, and not what it intends, but what corrupts its intention.    Now, all of this is out the window if power has a goal. Power with a goal is a three way switch — did it: (a) come closer to achieving the goal, (b) move farther away from the goal, or (c) do nothing? For all practical purposes, #b and #c are so close together that they get measured the same way. This is what holds power in check; comparison to the objective.    However, where there is no goal or only a vague maintenance-style goal like we have in the modern West, power has nothing to check it. Like a government employee or an NPO, it has no measurement of its success or failure; it just is. It keeps meeting its own internal goals, and so it assumes it is OK.    Wherever this kind of power goes, it expands. This can be a volunteer group, a friend group, a government, an NPO, a corporation or even one aspect of your own mind. Once power exists, and has no outlet (goal), it starts working to further itself — because if it doesn’t do that or stagnates, it declines (options #b and #c above).    Bureaucratic institutions never get smaller, only bigger. When a need arises, a bureaucracy is created. It begins addressing that need. Unless it can fix the situation immediately, it sets in for the long haul. At this point, it starts working to perpetuate itself. The situation is removed, and replaced by internal goals and external appearances.    Each year, the bureaucracy needs to find a way to justify itself. It can almost never do that by pointing to what it has been doing all this time and merely saying, “Yep, we’re just doing the same stuff, year after year.” People would mistake that for option #c, stagnation, even though for most non-immediately-solvable problems the answer is to keep doing the same stuff that is known to ameliorate them, or do nothing about them and design around them (this is difficult).    As a result, the bureau must come out with a new initiative ever year. It’s doing that to defend the jobs of the people who work for it. A consequence of this however is mission creep, or the tendency to keep tacking on new goals as “sub-items” of whatever ostensible goal it was founded to have.    This means that every year, the bureau gets bigger, hires more people, and does more stuff. This is a form of entropy because it is becoming less organized, less effective, and more likely to be internally “gamed” by people who are fulfilling its internal demands, which are a step removed from actually addressing the problem. If the managers and check-writers are happy, the organization has succeeded; its actual objective is a secondary concern     You might then ask, why does government turn leftist over time, and why are most government agencies leftist in outlook? The answer is that barring agencies which deal with specific reality-based concerns, like economics or the military, government agencies need to perpetuate themselves.    Conservative politics favor results over intentions, and as a result, will never expand government or give infinite job security to its employees. Conservatives are neither pro-government or anti-government, but favor the right tool for the job. The minority of problems are best served with permanent government agencies, hence most people see conservatives as “anti-government,” even though that’s illogical in a government-based system.    The result is that government turns leftist because leftists favor intentions over results. Intentions are what bureaus do best; they announce the new initiative, hire more people and spend more money, and when the problem goes unsolved, they haul out their mission document and show they’ve met their internal targets, even if their external ones went unaddressed.    Leftism builds more government. It allows government to justify itself by intention, and thus to grow itself. Power is a virus, and it is expressed by finding more dependents that require it so that it cannot be removed. This is a fundamentally defensive strategy.    Think about government welfare programs. When does the number of welfare recipients ever decrease? Never, if the welfare program can help it. If the number drops, so does the number of employees, the budget, the perks, and the job security. So any welfare program will find new dependents every year, and, if they aren’t there, it will invent them by expanding its mission. If society ever runs out of poor, the welfare agencies will quickly expand to covering people with mental stress, exhaustion, compulsive masturbation, etc.    Power likes to be leftist and have good intentions because that lets it expand. This seems to be why all governments except monarchies quickly plummet into oblivion. Even the totalitarians come to love their dependents, and soon they have converted society into a trough with no visible means of support. Shortly after that, the bill comes due, and it collapses.

The truth about the gun grab

Many people today are waiting , wondering where and when the fight starts.Waiting for that shot to be fired so they can act. In their minds they conjure up a battle against some dark federal leviathan that sweeps through their Gothamesque city , black clad and menacing in futuristic uniforms.   The truth is that the enemy and the fight is actually a lot closer to home. They are not nameless or faceless. The enemy makes some uncomfortable because they are not storm troopers armed to the teeth ,moving in huddled groups through the dark of night. Instead they live two doors down from you. They are the person you see walking their dog every day. They are the person who teaches your fourth grade child.  They wear the face of just a regular person. They are Democrats and they are the real enemy and driving force behind all anti gun legislation. The source for the upcoming gun grab is solely the responsibility of the Democrat party and the Democrat voter. The voters  either heartily or tacitly support their parties goals ; Otherwise they wouldn’t be voting for them.   We are preparing to fight a fight without truly identifying who the enemy is. If DHS, TSA or some other federal agency shows up in your town to seize firearms it will be under the directions of Democrats. The person you see walking their dog everyday? They will point you out as a gun owner if they know. That schoolteacher? They will question your 4th grader to find out if you have guns.   Enemies are easier to fight if they are nameless and faceless; Non persons stripped of identity and humanity. That is why in war we have Gooks, Krauts, Chinks and such. It make them easier to kill and still sleep at night . They don’t have fathers or mothers or families to mourn them because they are just Gooks.    It is time to take a hard look at the real enemy and decide what to do.    Maybe we can come up with a cool name for them so we can sleep better at night.

Resistance: Breaking the perception of the infallability of the state

Part of not playing by the rules is ensuring that military operations come second to the battle of persuading the people. Ultimately, a government cannot exist without some sort of consent by the governed. At the very least, the ruled must resign themselves to government control. The two most dangerous ideas to state are therefore 1) that the people do not need it, and 2) that the government can be defeated. Once the people are persuaded of these two points, no government can exist.

Of these two ideas, proving the vulnerability of the state is the more difficult. The state has a powerful Army, Navy and Air Force, all outfitted with the latest technology. Many believe the only thing that could beat such power is another state with an equally powerful military. The resister proves the vulnerability of these conventional forces by opposing them and surviving to tell the tale. Most people assume that any one individual opposing the state would be crushed by the full might and power of an empire. However, when the state fails to crush that individual, it shows that resistance is possible and lowers the cost of others joining the resister’s movement. It also makes the resistance leader appear larger-than-life. For example, Mullah Omar and members of the Haqqani Network actively opposed the Soviet Union and the United States in Pashtunistan and are still alive to inspire others. The inability to stop these individuals illustrates the failing of massive armies with overwhelming technological superiority. Of course, the loss of such leaders is a propaganda coup for the government. However, as Al-Qaeda has proven, such leaders are easy to replace at a very low cost.   Joshua Van Buskirk

Anti- government extremist

The left has a generic term for people like me. Along with right wing, extremist and  far right, anti-government always pops up. In fact I am not anti government at all. I am anti fascist, anti-communist, anti-dictator and anti-king. I am against all the things that our government was set up to protect us against.   I believe that our form of government is one of the most beautiful things in the history of mankind.  It is the embodiment of freedom and self determination. I look at it with reverence and am sometimes astounded by the sheer simplicity of what it actually stands for, written out in such simple terms.

” When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

That is the founding principle of our nation. It is not only eloquent, but a deep and powerful statement about the soul of our nation and us as a people. How can I hate that? How could I hate a thing of such beauty?   Anti- government ?  Au contraire , I am a government advocate, one who wishes that our republic and it’s principles would stand forever. My only problem is with those that wish to distort and destroy our government. It is they, not I that should wear that label.   This is what we are rising to defend. We are not waging an offensive action, but rather a defensive action; We are not fighting against but rather advocating for.   Anti-government?  No, just give us our damn government back. Joshua Hakken family snatcher BS

So, this is what made me throw the B.S. flag on the Joshua Hakken story the other day. He was originally arrested in Slidell Louisiana for possession of marijuana, paraphernalia and for using it around the children. His children were then taken by CPS and he got a free trip to jail. The first thing I wondered was why wasn’t the mother arrested? (I have heard a rumor that she was baker acted)  But that isn’t the main event, it is what happened after he was released.    Supposedly after he got out jail, and even though the cops confiscated numerous guns, he went to a state run child care facility with a gun and attempted to break in. After failing to gain admission he left.  Ready? Here it comes… The police did not issue an arrest warrant  for him.       I challenge any person, who after a run in with the state,  to take a gun to a state building and try to gain entry. I think you know what the result of that will be. You do not challenge the power of the state or it will take fast and hard punitive action; It must in order to remain in power.    So I call BS on that in a big way. They knew where he lived, he had dealings after that with CPS , was in and out of court and so on and so on.  I just can’t buy it.  I think they are trying to make him into a violent psycho to mitigate sympathy and support for him after they gun him down.            The latest update on the story was that the family is on surveillance leaving Madeira  beach Florida on a 24′ sailboat. In addition, the Slidell police spokesman now states that he never said that Hakken attended an anti government rally.   Happy sailing, hope you make it.

Just an American

       I am not a rash man; I do not make decisions without serious thought.
 I over think things to a fault when it is an important decision.  Where
 I am today was not something that happened overnight. I was a political
 activist for 4 years (Obviously a failed one) and an organizer for 
912DC.    I am by most standards considered a radical because I am 
usually the the first one to react to events and my solutions are always
 a little more extreme than most.  I myself don't think that I am 
radical, I just happen to have unusual clarity when it comes to events 
and their outcomes. My solutions seem a little more extreme than most 
because of what I see as the outcome;  (X) is a justified as a response 
because of the outcome of (Y).      After 912DC I knew that we were in 
deep, deep, shit. The largest gathering in Washington DC history was 
completely ignored by not only the administration, but also the entire 
MSM. It was obvious  that we had been disregarded , not so much of 
course that Chairman zero had been flown out of Washington when we 
arrived, but  in the other sense. I knew then that the battle had 
crossed the threshold and that we would be where we are now.    I 
petitioned people then to tell them that a dangerous line had been 
crossed and to no avail.  Everyone thought that any type of disobedience
 would reflect badly on our cause and somehow the Republicans would be 
elected and make it better. The Republicans of course reinforced this 
and assured everyone that they would make it better  if they were 
elected.( We all see where that went.)     Let me take you to a 
flashback to the mid 90's. Things were a little hot, but not like today.
 Militias were forming up in numbers and some people were starting to 
wake up, but not many. Back then I was REALLY considered a radical. I 
saw then, what we have today. It was obvious where it was all going but 
most people completely ignored it. If you were to talk about the coming 
police state, you were a whack job. Things like DHS ? Unthinkable.     
So here we are today. I am still a radical, but I have a lot more 
brothers. A lot more people are awake than in the past. I seem a lot 
less radical now, but only because  a lot of other people are catching 
on to the learning curve.     I truly  think that we have  passed the 
point of no return , but still wish that this bitter cup would be passed
 from our lips. My wish for tomorrow is that we would all wake in a free
 America. My wish is that you and all you love would be safe. My wish is
 simply the American dream. Live it,love it, be it.

The second amendment is not about hunting

The next time a moron falls back on the argument that the second amendment is about hunting, please refer them to these quotes below.

Resistance to tyranny is not criminal, it is duty. The time is coming soon when we will have to act to keep these rights. If you don’t have it in you to do so , then you don’t deserve those rights.  We effectively have a one party system now, bent on control of every aspect of our lives.
