Do you get it yet? The police state is here. This behemoth that we call the federal government is so far out of control that there is no reigning it in.  All the apparatus is in place. All that is needed are a few final moves. They have moved dangerously close to their goal.      Do you think that they are done with gun control?  No, it is only the beginning. The worst part is that all of this goes without mentioning Obamacare, the ultimate in data collecting.     They have now put this on a path that is going to end with a showdown, us against the police state. We are not voting this out; It has gone too far. The beast has taken on a life of it’s own.  Romney was not going to stop this, he was just going to give you his version of it.  Don’t forget that it was GWB that started all of this.

It seems that many people are not even bothered by the SCOTUS decision on DNA swabbing after an arrest.  They are falling back on the argument that DNA testing is just modern finger printing. The problem is that DNA reveals a lot more about a person than a finger print does.It shows if you are black or white or , perhaps, Jewish.  Your family members can be identified, your medical predispositions and more. In the wake of the Boston Marathon bombings, Mayor Michael Bloomberg said Monday the country’s interpretation of the Constitution will “have to change” to allow for greater security to stave off future attacks.

“The people who are worried about privacy have a legitimate worry,” Mr. Bloomberg said during a press conference in Midtown. “But we live in a complex word where you’re going to have to have a level of security greater than you did back in the olden days, if you will. And our laws and our interpretation of the Constitution, I think, have to change.”

In the wake of Michael Bloomberg saying that the constitution should be re-interpreted,  the two rabbits who live in my office, Larry and Mr. Bunny have called for a re-interpretation  that would allow hanging him.
