    Didn’t someone already do one back in the ’90’s? It was at the harbor in San Pedro, CA, but I didn’t make the effort to look, even though I worked in the city.

    It is truly disgusting how this generation thinks that THEY have thought of all of this first. My wife and I purchased reusable grocery bags in the 1980s, were recycling, etc since then. Sorry to burst your bubble, but fire too was invented a while back, just like masted sailing vessels.
