Every poll, every race, every outcome always seems to be neck & neck, a tie or too close to call. It’s part of the cheat.

Yeah the pollsters have their fingers on the scale, it’s called voter suppression.
If the left is accusing you of it, damn sure they are doing it themselves.
To answer your question, the House decides, which is why down ballot races are so very important.
And not just in a tie scenario. If the Dems win the house they will not ratify the vote even if Trump wins in a landslide.
