Well, I laughed. Bicyclists – at least the serious types in their pro style spandex outfits – are a bunch of pricks due to their hypocrisy in following the rules of the road. They don’t obey stop signs and often ignore electric signals as well, hold up traffic by riding two (or even 3) abreast, and yet expect every consideration from other motorists on the roadway. The sense of entitlement has earned them an ass-kicking.
Signage prohibiting bikes, tractors and other non-suitable vehicles from interstate highways varies widely from one state to the next. Here in Missouri, I don’t recall ever seeing signing to that effect at highway on ramps, even though such vehicles are forbidden by state law. I guess they assume it should be self evident. Illinois, by contrast, does have such signs posted at on ramps. Go figure.

Karma should hurt. Controlled access roads prohibit bicycles. Moron is lucky to be alive. Bicyclists are among the stupidest most egocentric assholes imaginable.
