He should be. One of Trump’s mistakes that he maybe wouldn’t have made if he’d been in the armed forces.
When Milley refused to bring the troops home from Syria, Trump should have summoned him to the oval, ordered him to stand at attention in front of the Resolute Desk and chewed him up one side and down the other.
After forcing Milley to surrender his phone(s) Trump should have stripped him of him rank and booted his ass out of 1600 Penn Ave, literally, that’s after he sent Milley’s car and driver back to the Pentagon, empty.
Someone in his administration, probably Atty Jeff “the other traitor” Sessions probably told Trump he couldn’t fire Milley.
If Trump does re-activate Milley and court martial’s him for treason, Trump should order him shot on the WH lawn and give the press and the public three days to assemble as witnesses.
That’ll make these progressive pansy ass military assholes WTFU and small the coffee.
The other thing he needs to do when reinaugurated is fire everyone on the WH staff, all of DOJ management including all U.S. Atty’s in each state and their staffs except the lowest local U.S. prosecutors, Eff Bee Eye management including all SAC’s and their staffs, See Eye Aaa management down to resident Embassy Agents and Secret Service management down to each individual protectee detail supervisor.
The whole damn deep state government needs to go. Otherwise he’s going to be fighting the same bureaucracy again that screwed him over last time.

Court martial after being busted back down to PFC, followed by long stay in Ft Leavenworth. Sadly, hanging or firing squad seems to be verbotten for treason of late.
