I’m a Tampa boy at large. Anyway, there’s an app called “windy” that is meant for use by sailors. It is a model but, so far it has been pretty accurate as far as the path goes. Wind speeds seem low, actually are, or maybe there has been some embellishment on the part of the weather folks. I chose to not post the app without your okay. I use the free version. I’ll check back to see if you want me to post it. The model shows forecasts by selecting dates and times at the bottom. It shows the eye nearly making landfall at St Pete, then turning up the coast with landfall being near Spring Hill
So…. Windy app only shows 75 mph winds right now unless I mis- read it. Maybe that is why it went from Cat3 to Cat5 in about 3 hours? I find that more likely than Govt. Lasers. Thanks for the tip. I will post a map link in between prepping
If you need to beat feet, I’d be proud to let you stay here in upper north east Texas.
