    Honest occifer, those are pigeon shoo spikes, same as over the church entry…

    Hope the local law folks have a sense of humor because that is a hair separated from intent to harm by way of a booby trap and if the sign owner had a prior incident that led to the modification he could be toast for causing an accident, never mind the asshole that destroyed his property.

    Then again if in TX the “he had it coming” defense could work.
