Off to cook….

I have a pork loin done up with salt, Cumin, Garlic, turmeric and A few other thing. Need to get a Mesquite fire going now to have it done by 6:30-7:00

    Just got thru chowing down on a home grown meat chicken cooked on the egg with hickory, doused down with mutton pepper flakes and adobo seasoning. Off the chizzy with a cold Moosehead. Side of yellow rice. Enjoy while we can

    Sounds really good. Rub on a coat of stone ground mustard and you won’t be disappointed.
