Well here’s the thing. Ya’ place a graphic IN THE MIDDLE OF A BUSY INTERSECTION, and ON THE PAVEMENT, it is BOUND to get run over, marked up, etc. because people accelerate and brake there… repeatedly, every hour. What numbskull decided it was a good idea to place a “pride” image at that location, unless it was to make criminals out of ordinary people?
