    Well, if they’re “Non-Offending, then how do you know they’re “MAP’s” If you KNOW they’re MAP’s then they HAVE offended, and deserve to be hung by the balls from a powerline.

    My definition of NOMAPS is “no more asshole pedophiles”. And I do mean no more, as in none, zero, etc. Kill ’em all and let God sort them out.

    There is no cure for pedophilia and only one “treatment”. High speed lead applied to the cranium. Anyone supporting pedophilia in any way is in need of the same treatment.

    The offenders list notifies us of offenders locations and identities because so that we can protect our families from potential sexual attack from known sexual offenders and not as an extended punishment. Therefore, I can see no reason to not include these so called nomaps on the sexual offenders list as they too have the potential to commit a sexual offense against a minor.

    I live in a county where a child was brutally raped and buried alive from a registered child rapist. It did no good. As the family slept the 9 yr old would go out on the porch to gaze at the stars while that pervert watched her through night vision. He opened the door one night and stole her from her bed. She had to listen as people search for her in vain. Then after days of brutal rape and torture he dug her grave and laid her in it with her stuff toy. Jessica Lunsford was her name.
