Well that white car looked to have a couple or three dead bodies crammed in the boot, could have been embarrassing, explaining all the deceased at a two-car prang.
Luckily the pickup driver had good reflexes, I thought for a sec that he was going to miss that sign!

The white car reacted stupidly. In his effort to avoid the truck, he turned to follow the truck. Always turn *into* the wayward vehicle. In this case, that would mean the white car would turn to the left.
As it happened, the white car increased his risk of being in the accident.
