Yep, it does. And you could get locked inside it because it had old fashion door latches.

My Grandmother used her 1960’s fridge out on the back porch for soda’s right up until the early 90’s. Thing was built like a sherman tank and kept things COLD.

Too many moving parts on that one, but the old stuff was built to last.

My Dad’s parents had a Nat. gas powered refrigerator that they purchased back in to late 30’s. There were always cold Coke bottles in it. It was still going strong when grandma passed at 103, sometime in the 90’s.
