Lazy stupid Americans let that dream be stolen. It’s always said it’s not polite to speak about politics or religion in mixed company. I wonder who thought of that trite little saying ? Wrong we should have been screaming from the roof tops. We were all raised not to allow contradiction of thought with another person. The art of conversation died on the vine a long time ago. Just look at how many blogs news sites have all shut down the comment section. I actually had a middle aged man stick his fingers in ears and start saying lalalala because he couldn’t bear an adult conversation about what is going on. I guess when he comes to my door with his hungry kid I’ll stick my fingers in my ears and tell him to feed his kid lalalalalalalalalalalal. I know how Machiavellian of me.
