I am betting you’d need therapy after absorbing the abuse and bullshit the average cop has to take in one shift. You have no clue what the go through or what they see. I’ve known a lot of cops and they weren’t like the idiot in the Floyd video. Have you seen the other Floyd video that shows him resisting and acting like a drugged up moron? Like it or no there are two sides to every story. If you watch the MSM you only get one side, and even that is a lie. What happened to the man was wrong, but they won’t tell you why it happened. You can’t take anybodies word for anything anymore.

So resisting is now an excuse for public execution without trial, thus making the police the ENTIRE Justice department?
The problem is that good cops don’t say anything when bad cops commit acts that would put any other citizen in jail. These bad cops are rampant throughout the ranks of police in the USA and probably most other western country’s and endemic in third world countries. Every police department, EVERY ONE OF THEM, has at least one bad cop. They’ve all got this “warrior ethos” now. Got that? Warrior ethos. Who are they at war with? The citizens. Every one of them, criminal and law abiding alike.
Police need to be held to, at minimum, the same standard as the rest of us citizens. Actually, as law enforcers, they should be help to a higher standard.

John, I am always on the side against abuse of power and always will be. I didn’t start this out of nowhere. I started my sister site that deals exclusively with police abuse after my family was targeted . This website right here was used by a crooked judge and lying cop to sentence some one to jail. If I seem to have a hard on for cops, perchance it is because I do. I make a much better friend than an enemy. That is not in reference to you. I am glad that we can agree to disagree.

This is about the 4th time the country has gotten in a snit over what a cop did and each time the cop was vindicated. Wait for the trial, get the facts.

Here’s the thing about people that run from the cops like the guy in Atlanta. 90+% of the time, the reason for the stop is a misdemeanor. When the person runs, another misdemeanor, the officer ALREADY HAS the person’s info, i.e. name and address. So if the officer can’t catch him and already has the info, why is shooting an escapee exercised in that situation? The officer and some buddies can’t later go to the address and arrest the person or serve a desk appearance ticket?
These situations all go back to training. Officers are trained to dominate IN EVERY SITUATION. They have NO training in how to de-escalate. A human being, when confronted by an officer, will naturally get an adrenaline rush and not react well to having a hostile force lay hands on. The natural reaction is to shake those hands off, sometimes to fight to effect release, always to run.
