    Well Cajuns still ain’t that smart. They had the chance to let Nawlens and all those Democrats drown and what did they do? They let a Republican bail out the water, then build the walls that hold the water back higher in a city that is sinking at the rate of 1.5 inches per year. Yep REAL SMART.
