Yes, please fucking do
And BTW, you should stay that way
We would all be a lot better off
You bunch of assholes could meet at a motel 6 a couple of times a year instead of DC to actually do the things that are needed by the people you claim to serve
You are nothing but a lot of self serving power mongers stuffing your pockets at the expense of the real America
Go ahead and shut it down
Or better yet
Maybe we will tear it down
Go fuck your arrogant sevlves
In case you didn’t know, both houses and the president still get paid if the government shuts down. It’s the civil service employees that suffer. No income, no way to pay the rent, no way to buy food, and no guarantee of back pay when things are settled. I know people who lost their homes during the last shutdown. Apartment landlords simply said “pay or get out.” Shutting down the government accomplishes three things. Glory for the politician that can blame it on the other party. Financial pain, and possibly ruin, for thousands. And a chance for the uninformed to blather on about something they don’t quite understand.

Actually I understand it perfectly. More is less. The more misery this POS Govt. brings to it’s long suffering citizenry, the closer they are to turning out in the streets in revolt. Every revolution needs a vehicle and a lot of the American people are waiting for the bus. BTW, eviction is a process. You cannot tell someone a day or two late on the rent to pay up or get out. That is the case in every state of the union.

I’m sure you know better that I, and I’m sure you were there when it happened. Eviction is a process if you have the wherewithal to fight. For those who don’t, the process involves changing the locks on the doors and hauling the contents to the curb. As for the revolution, don’t hold your breath. Bread and circuses (aka light beer and cable TV with a multitude of sports channels) are readily available. The opiate of the masses now has high definition and stereo sound.
