This guy is a genius if he thinks that he is going to man-down Putin. I believe that he has a flawed view of the Russian psyche. Hasn’t he paid attention to Putin’s numerous comments that they are still a nuclear power?
Obama is a day late and a dollar short on this one. Only an early and unified response from the west and Europe might have stopped him. Instead he found that he could do whatever he wanted with relative impunity.
